Pool was out of action although it was still advertised. Bed was terrible and collapsing in the middle. Would not recommend staying here in a budget room

Pretty much as expected for a budget overnight accomodation option. Very tidy and clean with good facilities in room. Negatives (as expected) being small room/bed size, traffic noise and variable hot water when showeringinthe morning (likley due to other guest showering at same time). Met our expectations thought for budget option and pleasanly surprised but tidiness and cleaniness. Happy to recommend but don t expect 4-star for budget cost. :-)

The room itself was very small and pretty old, however the bathroom looked recently tiled and was very clean. Bed linen and the few amenities,like microwave, crockery & utensils were also very clean. Bath towels were changed daily.

This hotel was in a great position for me south of the city. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean with a large shower and the other facilities are a full size fridge, microwave, toaster and tea and coffee!! Just a little tired furniture but good value for money!!! And there's a Hungry Jack's across the road!!

The hotel is in a good location, and has easy onsite parking. The building and furniture is getting quite old and tired and is in need of some updates. The cabinets have probably had water damage as the doors are all swollen and getting mouldy. The room did have the essentials needed, clean linen etc.Reasonably priced compared to other accommodation.

Property maintence promptly rectified the the TV and A/C remote which weren't working Old and dated unit but functional once everything was fixed and working again.

I was on a first level room and it was very noisy, from workers outside and people walking and talking you can hear everything. I booked this place because it had a pool, but, on a very Hot week in Perth the Pool was unable to be used to whole time.

The carpet was stained and seemed dirty. The curtain was old and the hem was coming down, the security grill on the window needs cleaning. The sheets were clean but the blanket smelled very stale. The face washer was probably clean but very stained and needs to be replaced… the velvet chair was dirty. sorry for bad review it was only an overnight stay

Small Room. Smelly. Dirty and smelly couch. Placement of AC in the room, almost on the floor. Broken toilet brush with poo still on it. Pillows are so smelly. Absolutely Needs Serious Attention for all aspects! Never Again 🙏

This hotel was in a great position for me south of the city. The room was clean and fresh, the staff member upon Checkin were extremely friendly and polite. The cleaner was extremely friendly and polite also. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was small and dated. Tidy but not thoroughly cleaned. Tiny box shower with a curtain that sticks to your body. We hit our heads on the shower glass when trying to sit down on the toilet. Not our best experience to date.

The location is very useful for travelling into the city or down to Fremantle. The rooms facing the road are extremely noisy making it hard to sleep.

An average to good motel. Quiet (I didn't hear other guests TVs, radios etc). The traffic noise was occasionally annoying, but it is next to a highway, so I guess thats understandable.

No security monitoring; Teams of youngsters kicking footy ball in car park, using cars as field limits. Very noisy by 8am Sunday morning. My regular stopover for running events but will now try to find somewhere quieter and more suitable.

I walked out after 3 hours. The room i was in had a constant toilet running every 20-30 seconds in the neighbours room or the store room which was directly next door. I couldnt ask for it to be fixed as there was no one at reception. I’ll be asking for a refund

Arrived 1am, but had arranged to pick up my cad key via a drop box. The key didn't work so I had to wake up a grump caretaker. The room was very dated, compact but functional. We were woken up at 6am by next doors alarm and then agai at about 8am by the caretaker? Browling leaves off the lawn. I left a box of chocolates in the fridge, but returned a few hours later to retrieve them but they were gone. I hope they enjoed them

Was not a pleasant experience. Room interior was extremely old and run down. Very noisy due to a number of rooms being booked to young men who just wanted to party, loud music, drinking and swearing. Reported this to management but nothing was done. Would not ever stay there again.

Old but clean, a lot of road noise due to the position of the motel we had only booked one night due to hubby having a procedure at Fiona Stanley hospital so was conveniently located for that. Didn’t cost us an arm and a leg I guess you get what you pay for.
