The neighbourhood is questionable, outside of the building looks kind of rundown. Inside was actually surprisingly clean, bed and bath included. Wifi is better than some of the other higher end hotels given it has its own modem in room. It's quite adequate and comfortable enough for a 1 night stay over for me.

The host was very friendly , nice and easy to deal with. The property location is easy to find and haze the parking right in front of the door. Checking in was easy-peasy as Sam can handle it oven if he is not on the premises.

Older motel - similar age to.many in town. Room was old but clean. My mattress was very comfortable. Toaster in the room as well as a microwave and fridge. Would be good if owner added an accessible plug in the room.

The stone sculptures around the property and the very 1950's decor in the rooms. The internet speeds were only good enough for basic usage such as emails. Uploading larger files was tough. Gas stations Esso was nearby and therefore collecting PCPoints was easy.

This place was disgusting. It was dirty, smelled bad and we found a cockroach in the room. We got stuck and had to check in after hours so no one was around. As soon as we checked in we found the cockroach so we left due to unsanitary conditions. This was around 3am so we had to scramble to find somewhere else to stay. When I contacted the owner he refused to refund me for the rooms. Very rude - don’t stay here!

Felt very discriminated and the owner was very rude. The rooms were not as described online. Fees were also increased when checking in not as described online. Very dirty and smelly I don’t recommend anyone staying in this motel or hotel.

When we arrived, the door to the office was locked so no one was at the front desk. There were 2 phone numbers to call for service and we finally reached someone at the second number we tried. He gave us a code for the room. The paint was peeling on ALL the walls and the carpet was filthy. We didn't see anyone representing the hotel during our stay. We tried calling the next morning and the mailbox was full! I hope this motel is removed from hotels.com and that no one stays here. Disgusting.

Property was run down. Air conditioner and room lights canned out at about 10PM. Furniture was partly broken and worn out. Sink was cracked and tub was stained. Walls were marred and one of lights was broken.

This might be the oldest, most crumbling, falling apart motel I’ve ever stayed at. The bed and bathroom were surprisingly clean and the man at the front desk was very friendly, but wow, the place is in rough shape. Paint peeling from the walls, stained furniture, sagging mattress, dust and dirt. Fine location for getting on and off the transcanada hwy, and certainly wouldn’t choose to stay here for anything other than a quick nights sleep.

If you are looking for a cheap place to stay the night , this is the place. The beds were comfortable and clean. The air conditioning worked great. The rooms are small and in need of attention. The computer chais was broken, and the room could have been cleaner. You get what you pay for in this case.

Outdated, in dire need of repair and updating, carpets were stained, walls beaten up. The mattresses were sagging and caving in the middle. The bedspread seemed from the 70’s) was used as a blanket. The ceiling tiles were moldy. The shower had cracks and the was footprint stains in the tub. Even though the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and friendly, it is overpriced for what you get.

No one there to check us in, waited almost 30 minutes before someone came. Certaintly NOT modern. Shower didn't work, sink not attached to the wall, floor tiles in bathroom cracked and lifting, bathroom door coming apart, ceiling tiles not in place properly, metal trim around ceiling rusted, whole place needs a paint job. Very disappointing!

I did not like that they did not honour our reservation and instead sent a message an hour after we were to check in to say they booked all the pet friendly rooms in their motel but we could stay at another one they owned which was not anything like what we had booked

The owner charged us an additional $20.00 for damages he claimed was BLOOD on the pillows. We left the room in excellent condition and there was NO blood on the pillows. We will dispute the $20.00 charge with Mastercard.
