Absolutely beautiful hotel located in the heart of the town. The balcony rooms are very beautiful and clean. Highly recommend to get those rooms. The breakfast is ok just does the job nothing special. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed because it’s only open in summer. The sauna and the Jacuzzi was available. Which was always available to use never busy.

We had a great stay at Grand Brizo. Five days. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. It’s a great location for access to everything. Only downside to location, was the nightclub scene Fri and Sat. Bass could be heard in our room both nights. Staff was helpful and friendly. Pool was only open til 6PM, because it’s by the outside Bar. Not a deal breaker

Awful musty smell as entered our room. Did not like to use ac and noise from traffic meant too noisy to sleep with balcony door open. Room was very large but sparse and not for us. Breakfast first morning loud and busy as hotel full. This was much improved second morning but if want anything apart from buffet eggs need to pay. As we Arrived late no other rooms available to move to until next day. Staff were really accommodating following afternoon offering multiple other rooms unfortunately by now we had decided to leave. They sent cheese and wine to room and allowed us to check out early refunding unused nights. This hotel is not a boutique type hotel as we prefer.

Hôtel confortable, bien situé pr accéder à tous les quartiers de la ville, en grande partie à pied. Métro à proximité. Personnel très prévenant et réactif. Très bon petit déjeuner. Chambre pas très grande mais suffisante et lit très confortable. Calme. Très bonne insonorisation. Petit bémol pr la fenêtre, petite, et pour la vue pas terrible sur l'arrière. Bar en rooftop sympathique. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Really excellent hotel. Big rooms. Very comfortable beds. Very clean and well updated. Really helpful front desk staff. Very good breakfast with eggs, croissants, juices, desserts, etc. lovely rooftop bar with music, tapas and good drinks. Has a small gym with treadmill, weights etc. excellent value! Will be staying here again!

The property is nice, however the free wifi was horrible. The pool is small so not enough chairs to sit. The pool closes Al 6 way too early. I was not happy with one of the front desk person, I was asking a question and he was short and not really helpful. This is a nice hotel but if you need to. stay in contact with your family or work, then internet won’t help you.

The location was great. The roof bar was also very nice and the staff at the bar very friendly. The room was ok. The shower doesn’t drain properly so you find yourself standing in an ankle deep water every show which is disgusting. The lobby restaurant was bad. The service was bad and the food was not good at all. The rooms have no carpeting, which is usually fine and I actually prefer but, the room upstairs was literally moving furniture all nigh. I was not able to sleep 2 night in a row and the staff did nothing about it. Given the high price for this hotel, it is not worth the quality or service you get.

This is a nice hotel located centrally in Buenos Aires, so easy to get to a variety of locations. Very walkable. Nice restaurant and rooftop bar. WiFi was not reliable, and more plugs needed bedside to accommodate chargers, etc. Other than that, good.

The hotel was conveniently located and the staff was very helpful. The only thing preventing a 5 star rating, our room was incredibly hot, I informed the front desk twice and the second time they did send a mechanic, yet was not effective in making the room more comfortable. Slept with the window open, even though it was 2°C outside.

The hotel is in a very good location. The room is in good condition and the bathroom is clean and new. The breakfast is great. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the issues at the check in. The process itself was smooth but my card key didn’t work. I went back to the front desk asking for a fix on the card key or the door lock. First a young guy, a bell boy, asked me to go back upstairs with him and he showed me how to use the card key as if I didn’t know how. Of course the card key still didn’t work. He then apologized and asked me going down stairs with him. He then brought a master key and opened the room door for me so I could put my luggage in. I said I still need a working card key and he seemed no idea! I went to the front desk again and waited for the receptionist! The bell boy was genuinely sorry and apologetic but he didn’t know what to do. The front desk staff seemed knowing what was going on but he took his time and didn’t offer much explanation or polite words! They finally fixed the card or the door lock, after half an hour of the check in!

A estadia foi muito boa, o hotel tem ótima localização, os quartos são confortáveis e limpos, café da manhã gostoso, a única coisa que não foi boa, foi a organização dos atendentes. Fizemos alguns pedidos e não respondiam, como agendamento de transfer antes da viagem e tickets comprados com eles. Somente respondem se for pessoalmente no balcão, o que nos deixou um pouco frustrados. No geral, recomendaria o hotel, mas não contaria com serviços extras oferecidos por eles.

This is an excellent hotel! We liked it so much that we extended our stay here (thereby cancelling reservations we had at a different hotel). The staff were extremely helpful and were able to answer all our various questions. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Our room was nice and spacious, comfy but didn’t have a nice view. We think the hotel is centrally located and easy to find as you only need to look for the obelisk as it is about 5 min walk from the hotel. It’s a busy location with easy access to restaurants, cafes, bank, convenience stores and tango shows venue. Lots of tourists so it’s safe to walk around at night. The restaurant on site does have good food, cocktails and wine at reasonable price. Breakfast buffet was great. Truly enjoyed it.

Location close to the obelisk and Av. Corrientes. Literally the heart of the city. The location allows us to be in the center of everything; however, because of that we also get the bustle. Having said that, insulation is sufficient that I wasn’t disturbed by the street noise. In short, if one wants to stay in the heart of the city, this hotel is a great option. I would stay back.
