Dog friendly hotel-the elevators smell so badly of dog urine that it takes your breath away so everything else about the hotel that is fantastic is soured. They do not clean your room unless you request at the front desk. Staff neglected to mention that at check in. Other than that the room was nice, breakfast is great and parking is easy. A nice perk would have been free guest parking.

Beautiful accommodations, several small issues that were taken care of. I assumed parking for hotel guests would be included but was an extra charge. Have stayed there before and all in all would stay there again.

The hotel is very clean and in a great location to easily walk to shopping, dining, bars, etc. Staff was very friendly during my stay. Didn't try the dining or bar options at the hotel, but the bar attached to the hotel seemed very popular. I'd stay there again for sure.

Shower difficult to use.Shower amenities were dried up and difficult to use. Room makeup wasn't done daily. Price doubled on weekend.Front office staff very nice, easy checkin and checkout.

Everything GREAT, will stay here again. Only two minor complaints: breakfast seemed overpriced, but plenty of options in the neighborhood; and the wifi connection was a little convoluted compared to other hotels. But otherwise excellent hotel. Great room.

This hotel is in an excellent location for walkability to great restaurants. There are so many awesome food options right outside the hotel! It felt clean and high end. The nouse was the biggest issue with this particular location. Everytime someone enters or exits their room, the door slam was super loud and you could hear everything going on in the hallway as well as the rooms next to you and above you. We loved the location, so we'd stay here again, but definitely would request a room on the top floor to avoid loud footsteps above us all day and night.

Check in was super easy. Location and room were great . However our bathroom door did not close at all . It was off the hinges. We went down to tell the front desk . They had someone come look at it who couldn’t fix it. He said he would be back and never came back . We had to go to the lobby multiple times to use the bathroom so we found this extremely inconvenient.

The bars along the same street blasted music until around 2:20am. In addition, many extremely loud cars and motorcycles had such high decibel that the beds were shaking when they passed. This made it impossible for me until after 2:30am

The hotel itself is well appointed and the lobby is very nice. The room was comfortable...the only issue was noise from outside the hotel throughout the night kept us from sleeping well. I don't know what the answer to that problem would be.

The management team especially were very professional and showed extreme kindness towards my wife and I during our stay. This team of Renee, Justin, and Chris were all top notch! They are truly to be commended for the level of customer service that they provide. The AC Hotel on E. Market St is located in the NULU area of Louisville. In walking distance to the hotel were very good restaurants & boutique clothing shops. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff at this property went above and beyond and even allowed us an early check-in! Extremely kind and courteous. The hotel is in a great location, very safe, but it was very loud at night due to nightclubs in the area. We would stay here again however!

When I made my reservation, I made one that included breakfast for two. Two. However, when my husband and I went to get breakfast, we were charged almost $50! I told the gentleman that breakfast was included with our reservation and he said yes ma'am, and continued to charge me. For this reason I will not stay at this hotel again.

Really should have some dining options weekend evenings, especially during the off season when everything else in the neighborhood closes. I also feel like we should have been notified about a water outage during our stay BEFORE we checked in.

10 out of 10!! The staff were extremely friendly! The room was perfect and very clean. I loved that we were right in the middle of NULU and close to shopping and dining options. The hotel breakfast was great and worth adding on to our stay. We will definitely stay here again!
