Die Unterkunft war sehr gut. Die Lage war perfekt Man ist 15 min von der Innenstadt entfernt. - Parkplatz pro Nacht 25€

Toller Aufenthalt in der kleinen Suite. Klimaanlage fehlte mir, aber zum Glück war es nicht so heiß. Beruhigt hat mich, dass es doch eine zeitweise besetzte und hilfsbereite Rezeption gab. Vielen Dank für den guten Service.

They offer “private parking,” but apparently only an extremely limited number of spaces so when we arrived they told us we had to park in a garage 30 min away from the hotel at more than double the daily rate. Then their reception only works 1000-1600 so leaving luggage before 1000 is not possible. The room was fine, but the beds were not very comfortable. Great location with easy access to trams, food options, and various attractions.

Pros:nice quiet area, they have a suite with a kitchen and stove . Check in was easy. Nice clean place.20 minute walk to old city. Restaurants near by tram 5 minute walk. So everything is close but away from the noise. Would recommend for sure . Cons: no air conditioning though in October with windows open was good. Pillows were not nice. No water bottles. Towels limited unless you pay.

Apart-Hotel hat für 2-3 Personen eine gut ausgestattete Küche in Zimmer. Bin zadezimmer ist sauber und wurde vor kurzem renoviert. Betten sind gemütlich. Die Location ist super! Zwischen Pavlova und Namesti Miru. (Grün / Rote U-Bahnlinie) Vorsicht: ist nicht Barrierfrei - Aufzug ist vorhanden aber da der Aufzug zwischen Stockwerke hält muss man immer entweder Treppen hoch oder runter nehmen. Vor der Ankunft unbedingt anrufen oder Kontakt aufnehmen damit ihr euch den Schlüssel auf die App laden könnt. Es gab beim Checkin nur eine Karte/Schlüssel der für das Licht / Strom benötigt wird.

Generally ok.. location good and initial coms good for access. Room smelt badly of stale smoke which was horrible as a non smoker - but was otherwise clean on arrival No daily cleaning or clean towels til complained on day 4 and had to go buy own loo roll. Shower was broken too Sold as a double room but 2 single beds which was not what I bkd Could’ve been a lovely stay but spoiled but slack management Definitely not a 9 rating - more 7

Nettes Hotel, mit einer netten Empfangsdame. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch sehr gut. Allerdings wurde unser Hotelzimmer während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gründlich geputzt. Im Großen und Ganzen war das Hotel in Ordnung.

Rummer i sig var väldigt fint på femte våningen med en mysig balkong med utsikt över ett torg samt en kyrka. Bekvämligheter fanns till hands så som kaffe och te, dock var städningen under all kritik. Under hela vistelsen på 5 dagar byttes våra lakan en gång samt handdukarna inte alls, toalett och liknande rengjordes men det kändes inte som att man fick vad man betalade för i helhet.

There is no blind, just curtains (last floor room) so all the sunlight comes in in the early morning. No bottle of water when you arrive. Found hair in the bath (I have no hair). Other than that the room was clean.

Boa localização, o único problema era o banheiro que tinha cheiro forte de esgoto. De resto estava muito bom, 15 minutos andando até o centro da cidade

The rooms are huge and comfortable ! The staff is very helpful and accommodating ! I prefer the fourth floor balcony that faces the Main Street and store fronts ! Two coffee cafes directly across the street ! The hotel is walkable to many of the historical site

Our room was a very nice one - spacious, light with a balcony. It was quiet and clean. The bed was very good and so were the pillows. The reception works from 10 till 16. Guests receive messages from the hotel with instructions to check in. The hotel sends the key code to the application they work with and guests should download it. There was something wrong with our mobile connection so we were unable to see our virtual key. We had to call the number the hotel provided and they helped us to solve the problem - we had to pick the physical card to our room from their hotel partner not far away. The hotel is well located - about 25 minutes walk to the old city.

Street below tends to be loud. The receptionist was excellent - friendly, helpful

Helt ok hotell, nærme sentrum og kort vei til metro. Rommet var fint og rent. Badet hadde nok de største problemene, ødelagt holder til dusj hodet og strømmen til hele rommet gikk (hoved sikring slo seg ut) hver gang man tok seg en lengre dusj.

The rooms were large and well kept ! The staff always went out of their way to be more then helpful ! I would definitely recommend this hotel ! The price was also reasonable !

Struttura di qualità, check in online inefficace ed inefficiente. Arrivato nel fine settimana con reception chiusa, per entrare è stata una caccia al tesoro. Ti chiedono di scaricare l' app Just IN, ma il codice inviato in automatico non apriva il portone principale, poi non veniva comunicato né il numero del box per ritirare la chiave ne il relativo pin. Quindi mezz'ora di tempo perso e poi è stato necessario chiamare per avere i codici. Dopo avere viaggiato si ha la necessità di un bagno e di rilassarsi e stare in strada ad armeggiare con app e codici inefficaci è sicuramente quello che non ti aspetti. Sconsigliato

When i made reservation it said left luggage which i needed before and after stay. However as reception only manned 1000-1600 this is a problem. Luckily the helpful manager gave me my room at 1015! But after check out i had to leave bag at main station. Otherwise 5 stars.

The property rescued our stay in Prague after another property we booked was a let down, don't panic though we used booking dot com for that one and won't be using it again. The receptionist here was amazing, checked us in early and offered us a free upgrade to make up for our initial disappointment and as a birthday present for me. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the centre and old town, its surrounded by good restaurants and transport links to the rest of the city, and it has a nice balcony. Very accommodating, brought us an iron when we needed one, held on to our luggage on check out day so we could wander unhindered, it seemed like nothing was too much trouble for them. Give the man on the desk a raise though, he was the best part. Cheers!

I recently stayed at Elizabeth Suites in Prague in October 2024, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, there were persistent issues with the hot water. I found it extremely inconvenient that there was no hot water available in the mornings and evenings. This made simple tasks like showering quite frustrating. The elevator was another major concern. It’s located outside the building and produces a terrifying noise. I had to share it with another guest, and we both felt uneasy and scared during our rides. The hotel staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. I reached out for assistance three times during my stay, only to be met with indifference. The hotel does not provide regular cleaning services, and when I requested a change of towels, I was told it would incur an additional charge. It wasn’t about the money; it was the principle. I expected basic services as part of my hotel stay. Additionally, the lack of a proper reception desk was quite frustrating. Staff are only available between 10 AM and 4 PM, which rendered them nearly useless for most of the day. When I inquired about an early checkout, one staff member didn’t even look up from his computer to acknowledge me. As someone who has visited Prague many times and has a son living there, I can confidently say there are far better hotel options available in the area. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your stay in Prague.

I would love to tell you, but I can't. When I arrived at the hotel, I used my check-in instructions to get inside. They didn't work. I got into the court yard by running in behind a guest who had the correct code. Once inside the courtyard, we tried to unlock the box to get my key-also didn't work. I was accompanied by my 22yo son who was a student in Prague who I was visiting. Soon another guest showed up while we were on the phone with the person who worked the phones that night. While standing outside in near darkness, with all of my luggage, getting wet from the misty weather, none of us could get it to work. After nearly an hour, I'm freezing, wet and jet lagged for 14 hours of airports, flying and taxis, I'm done. We leave, go to a restaurant and I find another hotel that let me into my room.

The key system (app) did not work before our arrival. We arrived there around 9:30pm and we had to call from outside of the building to figure out getting into the hotel as no one was on site. They should give us other ways to provide us a code to enter the property before our arrival. If there are more information about the key system, it will be better. Once we could get in, everything was good. The location was great. The kitchenette was a bonus.

The key system was terrible. I downloaded app and sent my phone number but it never worked. We arrived late and had a hard time to get inside. They should have another way to send a guest the code such as email.

Although very close to the attractions, I liked the quiet neighbourhood! Definitely beats staying in the more touristy sections of town. Thanks for the great accommodations!

Very clean and spacious, in a quiet, safe neighborhood close to the metro. The only drawback is that there is no air conditioning and no oven or toaster. I would return without hesitation.
