Best breakfast provided in area. Room cleaned every other day. Great location if using Mayo hospitals. Hotel shuttle top shelf. Drivers very helpful. Work out room spotless always. Best large lobby for use to eat order out or watch tv with refreshments. Parking inside if desired. Beautiful long trail system right out door for miles. I spent 28 days while having treatments. Hotel staff top shelf.

I almost never review anything, but my great experience here is encouraging me to take the time. Every aspect of our stay was great including cleanliness, good quality rooms, a good breakfast and the convenient shuttle to Mayo. Very importantly, the front desk associate and shuttle driver were fantastic, patient, generous, thoughtful and kind. They completely exceeded my expectations. They even offered us complimentary snacks and bottled waters. The sitting area outside the front doors with an outdoor fire pit was also a wonderful extra. I’d love to go back!

A really nice place. The commons area was great for a morning meetup with the very substantial complementary breakfast. The only downside was parking lot was too small for the hotel. I really had to stretch to find a parking spot late at night.

Nobody told up in advance the pool was closed all weekend. I have three kids that were excited to use the pool and did not get to for the two nights we were there. Next time a heads up and option to reserve a different weekend would have been thoughtful.

Great experience at this hotel. Lots of services we didn't expect. Very nice breakfast bar, with lots of protein as well as cereals, fresh waffles, etc. The gym is great, as is the salt water pool. Very clean and comfortable room. Service superb

Only bad thing was the lingering smell of dog in the room, as soon as we opened the door it stunk, the air-conditioning helped a little but it was always there. I blame the lazy pet owner's more than the hotel. What kind of person is too lazy to take their dog outsidefor business? Or leave it to roam around pi##ing & shi##ing while you sleep? Hotel was excellent in every way besides the room odor.

We enjoyed the large room size and the breakfast options.We used the pool but thought the tiles and bottom of the pool were dirty. The bathroom in our room was not a clean as i would expect. The area around the faucet and the area in the sink and on the shower rails weren't clean. The worst though were numerous what looked like pet stains on the carpet in the room.

Location is nice and has a lovely walking trail close by, both panera and bww within walking distance. We got a huge room with a kitchen and a nice comfortable bed. Staff at check in was very friendly and had a lot of great tips for our trip. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming, would have preferred more healthy options like fruit, granola and yoghurt.

Mattresses need to be replaced. Walking into the room I immediately noticed that both beds sagged in the middle. This hotel does not have smart TVs. I contacted the desk and it took two hours for a response. It’s easy to find and conveniently located.

So much space to store things, I would have no problem putting all my stuff in the drawers provided and staying for a week. The full kitchen makes it easy to refrigerate, reheat, or prepare food and the dishwasher keeps the kitchen from getting too cluttered. I would actively seek out the Home2 Suites in the future because of how easy they made our stay.

Huge room, comfy beds, and kitchenette! Rooms have blackout shades (the only thing I would change is make the shades black and put curtains up over them to keep all the light from the nooks and cranny’s-my husband has to have it completely dark, so staying in a hotel is usually hell, but this is the best we have found so far). Great place and will definitely stay here on my return trips to Rochester. Then, they called me bc I forgot my hand soap in the bathroom!! I have forgotten cords and a coat in other hotels and called ASAP, before they would even have cleaned, and they “never” find my stuff😡, and this hotel called me for hand soap that I left❤️

The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast was great and the shuttle was convenient except for the fact that it doesn’t run on weekends. Our biggest complaints are around the front desk and room. There was a “computer issue” when checking in so despite prepaying they made us pay again. This was later sorted out but was still an inconvenience. The room had an uncomfortable bed, a tv with something wrong so you had to wiggle the cord to get it to work and the toilet seat was broken. I was scared my mom would fall off the toilet seat so I let the front desk know- it was never fixed during her stay.

We were SO IMPRESSED with the shuttle drivers and the front desk staff! The drivers friendliness in helping us find our way around the Mayo maze was above and beyond anything that we could of hoped for! They made a stressful health situation so much less intimidating and scary. Thank you for employing such thoughtful, caring individuals!

Staff was very nice and accommodating, the best I have seen in a long time. The room was clean and had more than enough room. I enjoyed the breakfast every morning and the free bottle water. Panera's and Buffalo Wild Wings next door was so convenient. Used the workout room, the pool and took a few trips down the walking trails right next to the building. Used the shuttle to the Mayo clinic which was right on time both ways and the driver was also very nice. We enjoyed our stay here a lot and would definitely stay again.

Very clean and comfortable. The only complaint we have is the breakfast. It was ok, but not exceptional. There was a poor selection of juices - no orange juice, for example. The eggs and meats were pre-cooked. Service was fantastic - the shuttle to Mayo was very helpful especially due to the construction going on downtown.
