This is the cleanest hotel I think I’ve ever stayed in. The housekeeping staff does amazing work. The reception at the front desk was very helpful, friendly, and outgoing. The bathroom was spotless, rooms looked just like the pictures, and did not at all feel like just a hotel room. Tons of premium TV channels to pick from too. I was able to watch both NFL and the NASCAR race without having to pay extra which is nice. If there is one thing I could dock this hotel for, it would be the hotel shuttle to the airport. If you have a flight before 7am, you’ll have to uber as the first shuttle doesn’t leave till 5:30am. If they adjusted the hours to fit redeye morning flights, it would be perfect. I will definitely go out of my way to stay here again when in the area!

This was my first time staying at the property and my stay was generally pleasant, however my room was on the 6th floor and this was a shopping trip. The elevator was out of service numerous times throughout the afternoon and evenings which proved to be extremely inconvenient as my room was located on the 6th floor. 😩😩. One morning I actually got downstairs and by the time I got breakfast to head back up, it was broken again. Honestly I was disappointed, but other than that my stay was pleasant enough.

Nice, clean rooms! Front desk staff was quick and very friendly. Both elevators weee “down” at my visit time. I was ok as I was only on the 2nd floor. But I did feel badly for those who had to climb 6 floors. The pool was also yucky green and the traffic beside the hotel is just insane! Very good nightly rate but not my finest stay!

Very average hotel location was convenient however the room was quite dirty. The table and the lamps are dusty took a picture of it. The furniture in the room is old one and shabby with spots, and there was marks on the TV screen.. I was afraid to walk there place to make sure I kept my shoes on. The best part of it was the bed was comfortable.

The property is great the rooms are beautiful however, housekeeping didn’t throughly clean the room hair was in the shower and the bathroom sink upon my arrival and I didn’t notice until that night when I needed to shower that is wasn’t cleaned. I was able to get cleaning products and do it myself but it would be annoying for those who don’t have that option

My family and I stayed 5 nights, the overall stay was fine and would have had no complaints except for the MOLD I discovered on our last day. My son and I both experienced allergic reactions and sinus infections from breathing that mold over the course of our stay. We couldn't figure out why we got sick until the last day when I was tidying the room for our departure and checking to make sure everything was back in place. They refused to refund me because I booked with a third party (hotels.com). They have yet to even give any type of membership points like the front desk clerk stated she would do upon our check out.

I rented two rooms for a one night stay before our 12 day cruise. The hotel is close enough to the cruise ports and offered airport transportation. All that was great, but once we checked in headed to our rooms the entire floor smelled "musty" not fresh at all. The room that my sister-n-law ended-up with soilded bedsheets and comfortor. The front desk immediately sent housekeeping up with brand new nesheets and comforter.

Upon arrival the lobby was in incredibly noisy with guests loitering around the lobby. Our room had stained sheets on a bed, had not been vacuumed, shower pan dirty wads of hair on bathroom floor, loose toilet seat, outlet not working and only a handful of tv channels. Shady area to walk at night and shuttle isn’t on a set schedule it has to be set for a specific time ahead of time. When we attempted to have this addressed the manager was never around and finally appeared on the last day only to deny any credit whatsoever!

The room was large - 2 queens, sofa bed in a sitting area. Coffee available downstairs and in the room - refrig, microwave, iron/board, hair dryer also. AC good, airport shuttle on the half hour. We walked, less than 15 minutes, every night to a different restaurant, even in the rain. Highly recommend Mundi's, Italian food and The Fish House. Breakfast was okay - waffles, eggs, cereal, juice, yogurt, toast, etc.

Room was large and bed was very comfortable. Only complaint was that one of the elevators was out of order which resulted in extended wait times to get upstairs. Staff recommended the Fish Grill as we had a late check in…restaurant was 3 blocks from the hotel so using our car wasn’t necessary. Food was excellent.

The general stay was vey good, confortable room, ample spaces, complete breakfast, very kind hotel staff. The only thing that wasn’t good was the noise in the room, as I already saw at other’ customers reviews that the rooms were noisy but near the ice machine… I had a room far from that and still could hear every person at the hall, every conversation and every noise outside my room. Besides from that, the Service were great and personal make more easy the general stay.

everything about the check-in and the shuttle service was immaculate. The lobby was great. I actually thought we weren’t gonna be able to get breakfast because of our early morning flight but everything was set up before 630. There was a driver named Winston, who I believe literally is an angel with providing the most amazing vibes to soothe anyone spirit who is going through any type of traveling jitters.

The bed was comfy, the lady who checked us in was friendly. Everyone else after that were not friendly. We had an issue with the shower working and asked for maintenance. Anson (the maintained guy?) was extremely rude, condescending and acted like we were a big bother. His comments were rude he acted like he hated his job. We most likely will not be returning to that establishment.

Never been harassed more! Was running late and told the staff who literally came into our room at 10:45 am, Fifteen minutes prior to checkout, and told them we needed a late checkout! Following this we got more phone calls and knocks on our door! Had to go down to the front desk to pay $50 per hour for a late checkout! Not sure why they couldn’t just charge the card that I swiped at check in when told them at 10:45 am!! Would never ever stay here again!!!

Traveling as a single mother with small children is difficult enough. The staff at this facility made it even worse. The manager got upset with my questions and threatened to kick me out. It’s in a questionable part of town and that made be very anxious. The breakfast was lack luster. The room was dirty. I have never been treated so poorly.

Hotel was nice. Front desk person when checking in was a little rude. Our room was clean and exactly has pictured when booking. Breakfast was ok. They could offer some kind of potato and maybe some oatmeal. Coffee needs to be better as well. Make sure you are down to breakfast at least a half hour before it ends because they don’t restock after that! Overall our stay was pleasant. We were happy with the hotel just breakfast needed a little help but was adequate.

I did not like the smell. It seemed like an overwhelming deodorizer is used to cover up any other scents. There were six of us with two rooms, no one really enjoyed breakfast. The waffles were oily tasting because the batter had not been made correctly. The baked goods were not good.

The room was nice and clean. The shuttle was a great option to have, it was one of the perks for choosing this property. The shuttle driver was very courteous, friendly and helpful. Received quick resolve to an issue within room. The breakfast was disappointing though, could use upgrading and the pool didn't seem accessible/clean during stay.

Our stay at Comfort Suites was excellent. From start (being picked up by a pleasant, helpful Ariel) to the time we left. Jeremiah is a remarkable employee: a jack of all trades. He is answering the phones, checking people in, organizing rides...everything! He even came up to our room to fix our sink, which he did quickly without any tools!! Laura, who was on duty the next day, was extremely helpful in organizing our rides to various places. She, too, did all of this while answering the phones, organizing the lobby, etc. She was pleasant and accommodating for each request made of her. I would definitely return to Comfort Suites!

This is my go-to hotel when I am in Fort Lauderdale and I always highly recommend this hotel. Always very clean which is my #1 criteria, followed by the friendly and efficient front desk!
