Loved this hotel. So clean and I really appreciated the pool being heated so I could swim with my kids comfortably. The hot tub was really nice and the room was comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and I loved the kitchenette! So great for families! Will definitely stay again!

The pool was closed for part of our stay so we do did get to use it. Thia was one of the main reaaons we came to St George. Bwd was very small and the people i. Our hallway were loud. They left doors open to mingle with each other in the hallway.

This was right off the freeway, which is nice. Easy to get to, dining options are within walking distance. I really liked how they had EV chargers. Main reason we stayed there. There were plenty.

I've loved this hotel for years but I'm not sure I'll stay here again. Other guests have been very noisy until 2 or 3 in the morning my last 3 or 4 stays. The hot tub is luke warm at best. Most of the staff is absolutely lovely but a couple have been unfriendly and off-putting. The laundry is expensive and needs to be updated to card readers and I had a couple of big old cockroaches skittering around the kitchen area :(

I've stayed at this hotel dozens of times and loved it. My last 5 or 6 visits were pretty awful. Half of the Direct TV channels were inactive. The other guests were blasting TVs and/or yelling until 2 or 3am. The hot tub was barely luke warm. Housekeeping knocked on my door well before checkout when I was still sleeping and there were a couple of big fat cockroaches skittering around the kitchen area. The management of this franchise is letting it go.

The entire staff at this hotel are Awesome! Very accommodating, kind and Friendly! The room was comfortable and SPOTLESS. The kitchenettes have a full size fridge/freezer, microwave and a two-burner cooktop. They have all the cookware/silverware you may need at the front desk. There are stores within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. The exterior area around the hotel, pool and laundry area are were well kept and very clean. I will be staying here again!!

overall the hotel is clean and in good shape, and the staff were super nice. However, there was an extremely powerful smell that wouldn\'t go away in our room, like febreeze concentrate or something, that was nauseating for our "normal" noses- we looked everywhere and couldn\'t locate a single source of the smell so figured it was some cleaner they used on the carpet. It would not go away even with the fan running- was pretty intense, I\'ve stayed in a lot of hotels and never had anything like it. I would highly recommend anyone sensitive to smell (pregnant, migraines, etc) avoid this hotel. It is likely we got unlucky with our room and the others weren\'t as bad but it seemed like a pretty big oversight. Otherwise the hotel was clean ( the pool and hot tub too).

Loved our stay! This hotel was SO CLEAN!!!!! Not usually what you find in a more budget hotel! We were very impressed. Our room had a little kitchenette which was super convenient. Great location, right off the highway. Free parking, great service, didn’t use the pool but it looked beautiful. Also, from our room on the third floor had an EPIC VIEW of the sunrise over the mountains! (Room 301!) what an awesome bonus! Would definitely stay there again.

I stayed one night and I could hear people talking all around me at all hours. The air conditioner would make alternating noises. Along with the fridge. The bed was hard and I didn't get any sleep. I'll never stay at My place and it will always be another place for me.

Liked the refrigerator ice maker and kitchenette even though plans and activities didn’t require using this time. Strong water pressure made for a nice shower and bed was comfortable. Would stay again if in the area.

We liked the bike trail that is just next door -- great for taking the dog on a morning jaunt. The building has very thin walls, we had noise from rooms next door and above (children yelling, heaving walking, dog barking) until quite late. Very little in the way of noise damping. There is a full kitchen in the room but zero dishes or utensils, so mostly a waste of space for us -- perhaps if you are staying longer you could ask for these things.

Biggest issue: housekeeping is on a 4-day rotation with no other option. We stayed a week and had only one cleaning (this includes emptying trash). Ran out of shampoo near the end of our stay because housekeeping couldn't be bothered to refill it on the one day they come. But don't worry, there are signs all over the room about how you can tip them for the below average service. Hair dryer stopped working and we had to have maintenance come up and fix it. The shower diverter only worked about 80%. The afternoon/evening guy working the front desk spent most of the time camped out at a table in the lobby on his phone. Didn't seem to be paying much attention to who was coming or going. Not sure why, but this hotel was very popular with contractors. There were many staying at the hotel so the parking lot was full over oversized pickups with questionable parking skills. Overall there were a lot of negatives and very little positives to this hotel. If you need to crash for one night I'm sure it's fine (free coffee in the lobby) but I wouldn't stay here again. There are plenty of better options in St George.

Hotel made a mistake, charged us twice for the room- they fixed . Then we were supposed to check in at 3 , we went to our room and it has not been cleaned. Was told to wait 30 min so they could clean it. Didn’t get into our room until after 6:30 pm- after waiting an hour in the lobby we went and got dinner . Other than that minor set back the hotel staff is amazing, the facility is nice and clean, the hot tub nice and clean

Service could have been better . Visiting from out of state and when you walk in , no one is there to greet you. When I was on ally helped, I let them know I had 2 dogs . So the fee along with the deposit fee would be charged on the account . The receptionist ran my card and I can see the dog fee . Then continued to run it over and over for the deposit . I let her know I was traveling and to please not run it so many times or my bank would flag it being I was on another state . I called my bank and it turned out it was their terminal that was not working . They refused to take responsibility of it and insisted it was my card . I gave her 2 bank cards and 2 capital ones . All with money . She then said , “ unless you have cash” how am I to give cash on a deposit that is to be held on a card and refunded after check out?! The hotel also needs more ventilation. The hallways stick with all different meals since they do come with a kitchen on each room.

Staying at this location for the first time was what I expected from a My Place Hotel = excellent! The staff and the rooms are always the best, and my dog always is comfortable and safe. I hope someone will open more in So Cal where I used to live in Ventura County (hint hint) I visit family there often and it would be awesome to have one there. I as always - look for a My Place when I will be traveling so that I can stay there. TY!

Convenient location as it was a 5 minute walk to the Dixie Convention Centre. The kitchenette was extremely useful for breakfast and lunches which help cut down costs of eating out. You could walk across the highway overpass and access all of the restaurants and shops on the other side of the freeway. I felt safe and it was easy to get around without the use of a vehicle.

Very clean, new and contemporary. Rooms are fully self-sufficient, with full sized fridge and microwave. The property is well-sited, among all major traffic routes in the city. We will stay there a third time when we visit St. George again.

This was right off the freeway, which is nice. Easy to get to, dining options are within walking distance. I really liked how they had EV chargers. Main reason we stayed there. There were plenty.

Loved our stay! This hotel was SO CLEAN!!!!! Not usually what you find in a more budget hotel! We were very impressed. Our room had a little kitchenette which was super convenient. Great location, right off the highway. Free parking, great service, didn’t use the pool but it looked beautiful. Also, from our room on the third floor had an EPIC VIEW of the sunrise over the mountains! (Room 301!) what an awesome bonus! Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel has great ammenities in each room you can even order breakfast in bed for a very reasonable charge!! The pool and hot tub were spotless and well functioning with towels provided!! Beds and linens were comfortable and provided a great nights sleep location quiet perfect for access to basic necessities. Parking easy and free. This is girst i have heard pf this chain of hotels but i am sold!!!

Place was good. No breakfast (can pay for a night before breakfast for delivery to store in a fridge for a fee) which is usually a plus for traveling with the family. The pillows suck. Hot plate in the room but nothing to use to cook with.

We enjoyed our stay; the hotel and our room were very clean. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet in our room. Two negatives: I was aware the hotel didn’t provide a free continental or buffet breakfast, but the website indicated there was an option to pay for breakfast. When I checked in there were several signs referencing “breakfast in bed” or breakfast delivered to the room. The options were frozen breakfast items (burritos, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, etc.) Very misleading, in my opinion. Also, we really enjoyed the full-sized refrigerator and freezer. However, I think you should either leave the freezers’ ice makers on, or provide ice machines, because it takes several hours for the ice maker to provide enough ice for cold beverages.

My rating of 3 stars is because this hotel does not do continental breakfast. What kind of new, four story hotel does not have breakfast?? I won’t stay here again because I can get more from a hotel for the same price, or less. The staff was super nice. I’m not sure why I got put in a wheelchair accessible room. The hotel was not crowded at all. Perhaps I inadvertently pick that on accident when booking? (Not likely, but I can’t say for sure without proper evidence.) The room has a full fridge (not sure why) and a two burner stove top, but no pans pots or even dishes. So why the burners if you can’t use them?? Anyway, the room was fine. I usually don’t sleep well in hotel beds but the bed seemed mostly fine for the average person.
