Unfortunately both elevators were not in service. That was not convenient. One was fixed the next morning Front desk did not seem very invested in customer service. It’s still a nice place for the price.

I’m still in pain from the bed. It was an awful bed. Only one of the elevators worked and the one that did work was not reliable. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was wonderful. The room was nice and clean.

Perfect spot for the fireworks on July 4 overlooking the Nuggets hotel and others. Behind the hotel is the lake and it was an excellent walk around. Infront was a casino and the premium outlet store. Best of it, it was free EV charging on its parking lot. Nice size indoor swimming pool for the kids.

Love the balconies overlooking the Marina and close access to the walking path. Breakfast is very good. However, the cleanliness has gone downhill. All hallway doors to the rooms are dinged up and we had hair all over our bathroom floor and shower. Dirt on trims and walls. So makes me doubt other deeper cleans.

I will never stay at this place again. We gave it 3 times and every time gets worse. This time it smelled of weed in the hallways, in our room. The room was FILTHY. No vacuuming, food all over, bathroom had pee all over the toilet and floors, the shower had stuff everywhere including hair! I am so grateful to be gone. Never again

The hotel and service is great. The surrounding store and options are very convenient. Our room was facing the water and moutains witj snow on top and was wonderful to see. The only downfall is the flooring has no padding so its a lil hard to walk on and makes the footsteps sound a lot liuder then should be. The walls are very thin so you can hear every guest walking down tje hall way and leave there room. Dont recommend if you dont have kids as the kids running around will annoy the guest thriighout the floor.

I enjoyed my three day stay at this hotel in Sparks. I had a beautiful view of the lake and mountains from my room. I was most impressed with my experience with the staff, particularly Front Desk Supervisor, Ellen. She was beyond helpful and accommodating and had great energy. I would stay here again. It’s good people that work here.

We really enjoyed our trip at New Hampton. The only hitch was check-in. We walked in around 6:00pm. There were two people at the counter. The male assisted us. Just as we walked through the door and before we even got to the counter, the male asked for our ID. There was no welcome at all. He was knowledgeable but was right down to business. He handed us our room key without explaining what room number we were in or where to find it. We ended up parking on the opposite side of the building as where our room was. The next day we went to the front reception an inquired about some headache, medicine and water. She was very friendly and helpful and we found out that the previous night we were not provided with the water package and that we were not told that breakfast is served in the morning from 6-9. Besides the check in, our stay was quite enjoyable, and we thoroughly enjoyed the complementary breakfast.

stayed 3 nights - the first night I was there I took a shower and the shampoo dispenser was empty. On my way out the next morning, I advised the front desk that there was no shampoo in the room. I never got any more shampoo and ended up washing my hair with body wash for 3 days. Upon checkout, I told the front desk that I never got shampoo and she looked it up on her terminal and verified she put in a request to housekeeping. I guess housekeeping was too busy to take care of it. Breakfast was meh. Most Hamptons I have stayed in had more to offer.

Eric front desk has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! He rudely kept me waiting at front desk for a while. As he finally came out of the back office he was on a personal call the whole time he checked me into the hotel. His call was on speaker the whole time! Never greeted me or said anything besides my I.d. & credit card for deposit. Never once did he make eye contact with me. He also continued his conversation while helping the next customer. We both agree that it was the rudest customer experience EVER!

My experience was amazing, they had Maintence problem which was difficult in the beginning but once they gotten it fixed it was spectacular! and the breakfast they provided was insanely good! Omg I told everyone about the breakfast and I’ll definitely be back for another stay!

Stayed here for our son’s baseball tournament @ Golden Eagle Regional Park. An easy 15 min drive to the park. The location is great, lots of dining/food options within waking distance as well as entertainment including Scheel’s, Legends Bay casino, Coconut Bowl, etc. I would highly recommend all 3! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Would definitely stay here again.

Reserved a suite for a 10 day stay. On arrival, no suites available. 10 days in a standard hotel room. Tried to extend stay for a one day earlier arrivals and had to pay almost twice the daily rate of our stay. The free breakfast was worth the price.
