AC Hotel by Marriott Cleveland Beachwood

The hotel was fabulous. Professional and courteous staff. Easy check in, central to upscale shops and restaurants and they are dog friendly. Free parking in adjacent parking garage is a plus.

Great property and location! Shopping and dining all around you can walk downstairs to. Bartender was excellent also! She was so fun!

Only issue was when sitting outside on the balcony enjoying a drink the unruly teenagers running around and screaming and having cars honking at them. There is a curfew in place but it didn’t seem like any of the stores/restaurants were enforcing it.

Location was fabulous. The property itself was so nice and everyone that helps the guests was so kind and helpful. The cleaning staff was also wonderful. I would definitely stay there again

The employees at check in reeked like marijuana. For the price of this place I expect the shampoo and body wash bottles to be full and hate to find them empty when I'm already in the shower.

What I did not like was given a room that was not cleaned.

Terrible service, dirty hotel and given an incorrect room type. Concerns were disregarded.

Rooms were not cleaned to 100 %. Other people hairs were in our bathroom. Chair was broken in 318; almost fell out of it.

The property is nice inside a shopping complex. The front staff were very friendly. The room was clean.

The check-in was "ok". The individual that checked me in seemed irritated to have to help me. Also, I've stayed at this location several times over the past few years, and it seems the overall cleanliness of the rooms has deteriorated. Empty lotion bottles on the floor, dust on the table in the bathroom. Neither of which is a huge deal, but you never saw this in the past. What changed?? Also, the shower gel container was empty. I get it that it is probably more economical for you to use the big refillable bottles, but they are pretty gross and the scent is awful (sorry).

The cable didn't work and the heat didn't work, and it is the middle of the winter.

I was there on business and the room had a safe but, not large enough to store a standard size laptop. That's a dealbreaker when travel for business.

10/10 hotel & rooms are bigger than it looks ..

Very nice and up to date. Staff is wonderful.

Everything was fine but my tv didn't work so me and my fiance couldn't watch anything the entire night. Maintenance didn't come until the next morning but unfortunately, we checked out so it didn't help

We loved how the hotel was centrally located and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The toilet was a little strange. It worked fine but was very minimalistic and looked like a compost toilet. The shower was very nice. The turn on and off knob was across from the water, so you didn't have to get hit with cold water. The beds were comfortable but the curtains didn't close all the way so sun would shine through. We were very happy with our visit.

It is a very well laid out and classy hotel.

Room was downgraded and when we got to the room the ac was off and the room temp was unbearable at 78 degrees

Room was.not ready at 4pm, we left and came back ehen they texted us at 630pm. When we got to our room we found that the tv did not work. The maintenance man said that he dis not ok know why they put us in the room because the tv had been broke for the last 2 weeks.

Like: Upscale hotel located in a nice upscale area. Plenty of restaurants and various shopping places to choose from. The hotel is clean and welcoming. Dislike: The rooms did not have wall-to-wall carpet. The bathroom is designed like a Holiday Inn where the bathroom is not separated from the sleeping quarters.

Great hotel! It’s our favorite when we come to Cleveland which is often! Only problem this time was the gentlemen that checked us in… was not friendly and seemed annoyed with us checking in.

I didn’t like that I paid for my room a week in advance and when I got to the hotel my room wasn’t ready yet I waited hours. But overall it was a nice room.

Great staff, great location

I have stayed at the ac marriott beachwood pine crest multiple times in the past and this was the worse experience ive had... i booked via expedia and paid for my stay before i arrived. when i checked in i was given a totally different price to pay, i showed what i paid expedia and i was still told it would be a upchargebecuase the room rates are flexible the hostess on friday night was very rude and only help she could give me was talk to the manager the next day which i did and was told by shakira the manager she would get to the bottom of this and let me no by the end of the day Saturday.. Saturday came and went and no answer i went to the front desk to talk with her and she refused to have a conversation with me she walked past me 2x in the lobby while i waited to see her and refused to have a conversation with me... expedia rep called the hotel 2x to speak with her the front deskamswered the phone and trasnferred the call to shakira and she refused to answer the phone. When i checked out i was still left with no answer on the upcharge and a extra $258.00 charged to my account iam hopeful that expedia can get to the bottom of this and i get a refund for the upcharge

The staff from kitchen to housekeeping to front desk was absolutely phenomenal. I looked forward to going outside every day because the staff just greeted you and made you feel welcome.

The staff literally do not acknowledge you at all. The only time any of the staff said anything was at check in and that was not even friendly.

Loved the hotel and location. Staff was very un professional. From their inability to smile, rolling their eyes To question. It’s a shame

When we arrived the hotel was surrounded by police. When we checked in we were given our keys and sent on our way. When we arrived at our room and opened the door, the room was already occupied and the guests inside were quite shocked as were we. When went back to the front desk and they could not understand why that happened. They finally gave us a new room but did nothing for the inconvenience and embarrassment. The room was ok, but over priced for the accommodations. I would not rush back as I don’t think they truly feel they have the guest experience in mind.

Great hotel outside of Cleveland proper. Easy to get to from the interstate - plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
