The beds and bathroom were comfortable and clean. The pool was green and smelled of algae the minute you walked into the area. The hot tub was out of commission completely. The pool and hot tub were amenities that I was looking forward to utilizing, but alas could not. It was disappointing!

Do not hesitate to immediately book staying at this property. The staff greeting was so kind and informative. Me and my pup felt so welcomed walking in the gorgeous and clean lobby. The rooms and breakfast are fantastic. Hot tub, pool, and gym are excellent. Don’t snooze on staying close to everything you need.

We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of all the areas of the hotel we visited. Our room was very clean and inviting, and it was nice to be on the third floor, which made it a quiet stay. The fitness room and pool/hot tub area was a nice feature, and easy to get to from the lobby. The breakfast area was large and had plenty of seating without crowding, and the selection of foods was plentiful and outstanding! Right across the street from the hotel is a large shopping area, and there are other shopping/restaurant options nearby. We will book again. David at the front desk was absolutely wonderful - friendly, helpful, and let us know all the things we needed to for our stay. His smile was a bright welcoming gift.

We were traveling with our dogs and they made us feel very welcome. There are plenty of grassy areas for walking your dog. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Pool and jacuzzi were broken. I specifically picked this resort bc it had a hot tub. It was luke warm at best and only had one jet working. Super disappointing!!!!!!!!!!!’

This hotel was surprisingly excellent. The room was spotless. The beds were comfortable. There was free and convenient parking. The breakfast was consistently great, and I stayed there for four days. Sausage and biscuits, scrambled eggs and salsa, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, cheese omelettes, in a rotation. The pool and fitness center looked clean. There is a nice walking trail behind the hotel that leads to Willow Farm Park. If you want to go out for food there are many restaurants (Wendy’s, Culver’s) and an organic grocery store (Sprouts) within easy walking distance. When I was shorted a set of towels, I received another set immediately from the front desk clerk, with a smile. The desk clerk greeted me when I walked in and out of the hotel. I basically could not improve on this hotel even if I owned it.

We have never before been warned by police to leave a hotel for our safety! There was poop in the toilet when we checked in, nonexistent service, if I could give a hotel a -10 I would. Truly a terrible stay!!!

The room was clean and linens were fresh, nothing was stained or torn. Common areas could use more attention, elevators were dirty and one has a large stain in the carpet. They were out of room towels so 2 of us had to use pool towels, not a big deal but not being prepared for a reservation is bothersome. Staff seemed annoyed that we were there during check in and it did not appear to be busy or even close to full capacity (only a few cars in the parking lot).

I stayed at this property on two separate weekends. The beds are very soft and you will find yourself with a sore back in the morning. The first weekend, we had a bathroom with a fan that continually made noise. We were told that we could not turn that off. The a/c unit was very noisy. The second weekend, we had a different room-same issue with an old soft mattress. The bathroom in this suite had NO fan at all but did have a sink that did not drain and had bugs in the bathroom. Would not stay here again.

Modern, clean and comfortable room with lovely Mountain View. Unusually good breakfast with cage-free eggs, oatmeal with healthy toppings. Hotel is located just off the street behind other buildings, and you have to drive through a parking lot not part of hotel to get to hotel’s lot. This is not a big deal, just not a very attractive entry to an otherwise very nice property.

Nice room. Had king accessible with a shower only. Perfect for me. No tub to fall into. Comfortable bed but I could have used at least ONE flatter pillow and a heavier blanket. Also a really nice microwave/ mini fridge / coffee station. Loved that! Great long low cabinet to put my suitcase and other items on. Very helpful and made it easy to access my suitcase. Had a great stay.

The property was well maintained. Lobby was clean and welcoming. The checkin was easy and on time. The room is comfortable and clean. I did request that the room be cleaned during our stay and no one ever came by during our stay to clean. I was told every other day housekeeping comes by to service the rooms…unfortunately housekeeping never came to mine.

Disappointed that we did not get a king size bed as requested in our purchase. There were 2 queens. When I asked about it I was told that we made our reservations through a third party and they are often overbooked and they give us what they have. Several times I was told about the booking as a third party and felt like they considered us third party guests.

It all comes down to the service you receive. The lady at the front desk could have handled the situation better and shown us some empathy and understanding but, she was rude and not attentive. I understand if we arrived early before check-in and rooms are not ready but, when you have been traveling all night and morning and you're greeted with hostility and a poor attitude... it doesn't matter what the property looks or feels like. I had to go to my event without being able to freshen up and shower. I returned to the property late in the evening and check-in was fine.

Everything was going OK until our door sensor for our access card wasn't working. On Saturday July 19 we were coming home very late from a Baby Shower/Family Party about 90 minutes away and the sensor wasn't working. We were carrying two sleeping kids (6 and 4). We went downstairs, the manager was helpful in getting us additional key cards, in which they didn't work again. Going down another time, we got another batch which did work finally. The manager also told me they were going to put a work order for fixing the room door sensor. In the morning, we were awakened by a phone call saying that the technician needed to come fix the sensor. We said OK thinking the person could just do it from outside the door. However, about 30 minutes later, the technician said he needed to come inside the room to fix the problem, which was an issue for us because my wife was naked coming from the shower (and now couldn't come out to change), and both of my children were still sleeping. The technician was understanding, but he was also upset that the front desk management had not warned us earlier that he was coming. I don't think it's right to jump into someone room like this, yet alone this early in the morning. This is why I'm leaving this review here.

The first room we were given did not have a working air conditioner. We had to change rooms. Our shower did not have a shower curtain liner. We were told that Marriott Corporate office did away with liners. Everytime we took a shower we had to lay towels on the floor to soak up the water. Breakfast had a lot of items missing by the second morning.

Never mind the property. We had a long way to go to get home and planned to leave as early as possible. At most hotels breakfast starts at 6:30 am. We were informed that on Sundays breakfast did not start until 7:00 am. At the price we paid for the room and one small dog, not getting breakfast was a bit of an insult. We will not be back!
