Great stay. Just wish there weren’t scents throughout the hotel. Pool area was nice. Breakfast was okay.

Pool needs to be cleaned

Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. We booked a non-smoking room, but as soon as we walked in, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. They had clearly tried to deodorize it, and when we complained, they sent someone to spray more deodorizer, but the smell still lingered. We were already told the hotel was full. So, switching rooms wasn't even offered. The next morning, my husband, Chad, tried to speak with the front desk again, but the staff member dismissed him, saying they were full and that he wasn’t there when we originally complained—offering no apology or solution. On top of that, the room itself was in poor condition. The lamps were rusted, which made the place feel poorly maintained. Between the lingering smoke smell, lack of customer service, and outdated furnishings, we won’t be staying here again.

Every year my family and I go on vacation to Miami and we stop on that Hotel. This year 2023 the room was dirty, all blankets and sheets were dirty and bottle cap under night table . The lady on the front desk was very courteous and help us with that situation, I think that this is the last time we go to that hotel.

Disgusting! We love Home 2 Suites, but this was unacceptable. There looked to be blood stains all over the pull out sofa mattress. Also, when we pulled the extra bedding out of the bag, there was a lot of hair all over the linens. I don’t believe anything was cleaned. The hotel in general didn’t smell fresh, like it usually does. The carpet in our hallway was filthy. Not what we expect from the Home 2 Suites name!

I have stayed at several Home2Suites and by far I was disappointed with this location. First room we were put in did not have a working AC. They moved us to a second room, had to go down to 2 queen beds from a King bed room. Second room did have working AC but no shower curtain. The front desk did bring us a shower curtain and put it up, but for a Hilton chain this was unacceptable.

This hotel is phenomenal. I was blown away by the size of the room. The kitchen was definitely a bonus that I'm not used to seeing at this price level. The breakfast was AMAZING! Having coffee available 24 hours a day is right up my alley. All of the staff that I interacted with were incredibly nice. I will definitely stay at this property again.

upon getting out to check in a man sprang out of the bushes and asked me for money. At the end of the hall near the rear entrance, doors slamming closed all night long and as early as 4:30 when workers staying there hit the road. Just wasn't great.

The room was large and clean. Amenities were far above hoyels of equal rate. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Beds are a little hard though. Still planning on returning next trip we take.

Like a mini apartment with a kitchenette including a junior refrigerator with a freezer, dishes. Quite spacious. Entire bldg seemed very new so furnishings, carpets etc not abused. would stay at this brand hotel again.

Friendly and professional staff. The TV in our room didn’t work. We were moved across the hall. The heater didn’t work and there was no hot water in the 2nd room. We will try a different Homes 2 in the future.

We only stayed one night as we were passing through but we thoroughly enjoyed the property. The room was so spacious and comfortable. Would absolutely stay there again if we were in the area.

Housekeeping was kind of loud with their conversations while walking around the hotel. Both nights were very noisy with guests in the hallways running around and talking loudly. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Great hotel just maybe not the area.

They gave away the room that I paid for, without consulting with me.

I paid extra for a King suite with a separate room with pull out couch bed. The room was not available upon arrival. They would not refund me for the room or for the difference in a regular king room vs. suite. Expedia was zero help. Won’t book again.

I had issues with my room and immediately I was given another room. The next day the desk associate asked how were my new accommodations. The thoughtfulness was appreciated.

Greeted warmly by Chris at Front Desk. He was wonderful. He made you feel very welcomed. He explained where all the hotel facilities were, a rare experience indeed. Our room was large, clean and inviting. Beyond expectations.

Check in was horrible. Surprises and trying to get through the BS twice before I got a room key. Staff didn't appear to have a clue. The property is located close to interstate but in hotel row cramped in.

Terrible. Dont\' recommend. We were arriving late and were told it was "24 hours" desk service. Doors locked and no one there. We called local number and phone was sent to main reservation line. There was a phone intercom for the front desk, we called and called and could hear the phone ringing. Could see no one around. Went to a hotel across the road, and the man there said he knew who was working at your hotel and went over to "roust" them. A woman, Melissa, came to the door and lied outright to us, said she was "sittting right at the table" but clearly neither of us could see anyone at all, and suddenly there was a phone and keys sitting where they had not been before; and the phone rang and rang, we banged on the glass door, etc etc. She was non apologetic, outright lied, and then required a $50 additional payment for "extra items" but there was nothing to buy-- no food or drinks in the room. Still not sure we got refunded for this. Her attitude was terrible, she should have just apologized for "being away" or something. THEN the room was soooooo noisy. Noisy air conditioner. Noisy fridge. Noisy ice maker in the hallway. Horrid night with no sleep. Awful start to our trip, maybe got an hour of sleep. Not enought towels for two people. No shampoo or body wash in the glued in dispenser in the shower. Terrible low quality toilet paper and we ran out. No extra rolls anywhere. I want a refund.

The sweet lady that checked us in was amazing! It was early morning and we were so tired bc we had been driving for hours. She made sure we knew all about breakfast and gave the kids moon pies and told them the mardi gras story. She was fantastic. Breakfast was phenomenal, the cook was so nice too. And everything was kept very clean which is very important to me.

We had a great stay. Rooms were big, nice, and clean. Housekeeping didn’t fully service the room the 5 days we were there. We got clean towels and trash emptied one day but that was all. I’m sure we could have complained and gotten it serviced but we just got our own towels from the front desk one day and made it work. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good.

The people (front desk, maids, etc) at the Homes Hilton were very friendly and gracious and helpful. Lori (at the front desk) was particularly friendly and helpful. Good location - easy to get to the main roads, and plenty of good restaurants and useful stores nearby.

There is a lot of lower brand motel , hotels around this one and it’s somewhat ghetto.

Did not feel safe when walking dog outside at night.

Check-in staff and Check-out staff are very friendly. We were able to walk to the Mexican restaurant across the street with ease at 8:30pm. We felt very safe walking around the area on a Sunday night. The hotel and our room was spotless! I was pleasantly surprised with the comfortable bed and up to date room since the price was so low! We only stayed a night but my husband and I agreed that we could stay here comfortably for a week or so since the room was very spacious with a great sofa.

Loved the spacious and clean room. Staff are super friendly, breakfast changes daily and is delicious with different options from, breakfast sandwiches you can make yourself to a fresh waffle with multiple topping optionsWould highly recommend this location.

Good, clean hotel. We only stayed one night, no issues. Breakfast is not as complete as the other Home 2 Suites we stayed at in Hattiesburg. That hotel had pans of fresh cooked, eggs, sausage and a few other choices. All in all a good stay on our trip.

Clean. Breakfast was not so good. Food was cold and did not taste very goood.

Facilities were great. Staff was great. Breakfast was terrible. Most was frozen food still in containers.
