The Building was brightly painted and charming in decor. There was a pool table and welcoming seating to encourage gathering in the lobby. It was walking distance from dining and right off of the interstate. It was lovely and we will definitely be staying again.

Overall quite disappointed with our stay. Started off with us getting a 2 queen bed room when we had booked a 1 king bed room 3.5 months prior as they had overbooked. We were also not told our room number or any information about check out - the man working the desk was well and truly out of it and struggled to make it through our interaction. Our thermostat batteries were low and it did not always function properly, making the room rather warm all week. We also thought our television remote battery was dead, but it appeared to just be in the wrong room entirely and therefore unusable. Our toilet was partially broken and required us to assist in getting the tank to fill up so we were able to flush it. The parking situation was also atrocious - absolutely not large enough for the number of rooms the hotel has. We actually ended up having to park at the gas station next to the hotel and walk over our last night there. Absolutely overpriced for the quality of the location - we paid $175 a night for a room that did not work. Definitely discouraged us from staying at any other Tru locations in the future.

I thought the property was nice but due to the lack of available parking right around the hotel the night we stayed, we had to park in a parking garage close by. I wasn't excited about the walk to the hotel at midnight but only for safety concerns (we are from the Memphis, TN area and you don't park far away from where you are staying.

Our sheets were disgusting and had not been washed. Huge yellow stain on our sheets when we got ready to go to bed. Called the front desk and no real courtesy of getting the sheets cleaned or a new room just said ok they would let the manager know.

Everything was great, but the beds are just too firm. My father only got 3 hrs sleep because his back started hurting. So, he slept in the office chair (if that's what you'd call it). I'm just use to my sleep # and no bed can compare to that.

Very nice hotel and location. If you don't like traffic noise, don't be in the backside of the hotel. This was a noisy room which unfortunately, led to only an OK stay. The room was very clean and modern. Staff was very helpful. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. We would return, but would only stay in a room facing the front the hotel.

The rooms were pretty worn out. All of the end tables and desks had chipping and damage. The room itself was really small. There was not enough guest parking at the hotel. The hotel appeared modern in styling but was pretty worn out. It has a great location but effectively was lipstick on a pig in most areas.

The property was super noisy. We had to rooms and both sounded like there per people doing jump and jacks all night. Not to mention the outside noise from trucks all night. By the time taxes are added on for $300 a night we expect more.

Small room, relatively high price. Everything about this hotel was done on the cheap. The Shower was on the small size, with no flexible, shower wand, and only a fixed head on all the wall.. Only two washcloths and limited towels. The greeting package consisted of two bottles of water and a Small bag of popcorn.. and again the room was small for the price charged

The staff that worked at the front desk were really really sweet. All staff would greet us as soon as we would walk through the door or come down to get food during breakfast. The rooms were clean and everything in the room remained stocked at all times.

The staff is always so friendly. My mother left her tablet in the lobby when we were having breakfast. We didn't notice until we were headed home in a snow storm. We called and they had it and offered to mail it home.

Gretchen, at the front desk, was super friendly and helpful. She gave us a lot of information about the area and was thorough in telling us about the hotel. She even spoke to us when we arrived in the lobby and asked if our room was satisfactory.

The hotel itself was fine. I made my booking via Expedia, and upon check in was told I needed to pay a deposit. I gave my credit card for a deposit, however a week later find out they charged me for the room. So, not only did I pay on Expedia, I also paid in person again. I attempted to contact the staff and was told a manager needed to look at it but was unavailable and would call me directly. Well, 3 days later I still have no call back and no resolution. I will be disputing it with my CC company at this point.

Wonderful hotel! Location is fantastic…close to the highway and many restaurants/bars/entertainment within walking distance. The hotel is very new, clean and modern. Great free breakfast in the morning. Rooms are a bit tight but accommodating and perfect for our one night stay. On site parking is free. There’s a pool table in the lobby (we didn’t use but nice to have the option). The staff (housekeeping included) were wonderful! Would definitely stay again!

Two night stay for a tournament. Location was good from airport and there were decent restaurant options close by. The hotel is with a small shopping and eating village. Breakfast choices were not good so I wouldn't depend on this for a hardy breakfast. We had a take out bag that was too large for the garbage can. Left it outside the room and it sat there > 24 hours. I then moved it next to a garbage can by the elevator and it sat there another 24 hours. Sheets and bedding very very thin and old.

Very bland, generic IKEA type furnishings. Bed/pillows not that great. No reading light do hubby could get to sleep while I read. Breakfast area low on food when we went to eat at 7:30. Very slow to refill. Totally disappointed with our stay.
