Very nice clean hotel! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a hotel. The ONLY downside, was notified a few days prior to our stay, the rooftop restaurant was closed due to a private party. One of the reasons for choosing this hotel was to experience the rooftop restaurant.

Great parking across the street, amazing food and drinks at the rooftop bar, great bathroom and shower heads. Clean and has everything you need. Would stay again. Breakfast was $17 per person and the rooftop drinks were kind of pricey. The only downside.

It was initially hard to find since we had never been there but WOW it was worth it. Clean, everyone was so nice and friendly and the room was perfect. The bed comfortable and the room was a great size. Vaso was the restaurant on the roof and the service and hospitality was excellent. Neal was awesom in helping and serving us. Did I mention the food was to die for and the presentation very upscale without being untouchable. We would love to come back.

$350 a night???? You better impress me…..Place is brand new and modern. Overall has a great feel. Struggled with some room issues. Takes forever to get hot water, bathroom sink very very slow draining and music across the street from a bar at night kept me up until 130 am.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of a new, modern Dublin. You walk outside into many dining and shopping options. The bridge that connects old Dublin to new Dublin is beautiful. You will not be disappointed. The only drawback was the comfort of the bed. Neither me nor my husband could walk right for several hours after our slumber. Very hard beds.

Overall, it's a very nice hotel. However, it's not exactly warm and friendly. Everything inside the room is metal or laminate including the floor. As a result, neighbors beside or below in high or hard heels can be easily heard, sometimes into the night. The pleather sofa was hard as a rock and there is no comfortable seating. It's a nice hotel, but there are others that are more comfortable in the area for less money.

So the hotel itself is in a fantastic area and its lovely! Seems very clean, the rooms are nicely laid out and open. HOWEVER, we do have a couple complaints: The shower, the first night we were there, ZERO hot water. and the water pressure was AWFUL. The next morning the water was better but it was so scalding hot that you had to have the dial turned to the cold side bc it would hardly move for the first half. 2ndly, the beds are SUPER small. It says they're queens, and queen beds can vary size but these beds are more like small fulls. My partner and i are small ppl but we were struggling to fit on these beds. So if you're wondering which room to go for, spring for the king bed. the double queen just isnt it.

Check in was the worst I have experienced in a long time. Started off with the hotel saying my check in from Hotel.com did not exist and that I needed to call someone at 11p and that they would not assist. Mediocre apology when the reservation was confirmed a few minutes later. The staff working during check out were very pleasant though.

Very nice stay with work colleagues for an important meeting. Lovely at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us with some last minute needs. I can’t express enough how much she helped us. The true definition of hospitality. She is an asset to any hotel or business.

The staff should communicate more. We have a toddler and wanted to show him the rooftop on a specific day. We asked the front desk in the morning and they said it was closed until 2pm. Then we came back to the hotel specifically to go to the rooftop and show our child, but they said they were mistaken, it's closed for another few hours. So we missed that after changing plans around to see the not-so-spectacular rooftop that my child was excited about. Other than that, stay was good.

Everyone I’ve interacted with, from the front desk to the rooftop restaurant & bar has been so helpful & kind. My room was superb, clean & comfortable. The Irish coffees & bar snacks are so good after a day of work! Free parking too!! A special shoutout to the bartenders, Cameron & Adam as well as the funnest host ever, Zay!!!!
