The hotel was fine but not a good value for the price. We were part of of a large family group that had people staying in 4-5 xclose by hotels. All but one of the other hotels had an equal or better room for a fraction of what we paid. The restaurant was useless as they were never open for room service when we wanted to eat in the suite. My grandkids came by to swim but the indoor pool was too cold for them. It is very hard to findand construction on the main road to the hotel added 10-15 mins to even short trips and got fresh road tar on our car. I will choose another hotel if we are in Decatur again.

We have stayed here twice for volleyball tournaments and have absolutely loved it. So clean, cute, excellent pool and fire pit. We will definitely be back!!

In town a funeral clean facility room was large but bathroom was small and could use updated. Staff was very good i was able to get a late check out so that I could freshen up and change clothes after the funeral before a long drive home. Adjoining restaurant was good had a burger and a drink before bed

Otherwise the floor was filthy. There was some sort of red sauce on the carpet in front of the microwave. We were constantly sidestepping it for two days. The bathroom was not very clean, no shampoo or Kleenex. The next day around 9:00a i politely asked the front desk for new towels to have them replaced along with Kleenex. When we returned that evening around 8:00p nothing had been done.

I have stayed at this location on many occasions and has always been a great experience. This time, the cleanliness was not so great. They must have sprayed our rooms and then not cleaned afterward. There were dead flies on the ground and the windowsill of our room. I’m hoping this was just an oversight and it won’t be like this next time.

After a long drive, I appreciated the restaurant was attached to the hotel and I didn’t need to drive anywhere. The placement of the elevator was alittle weird, almost to the back of the hotel. All the staff I interacted with were pleasant and friendly. The 2queen bed room my husband picked out was perfect for a night’s rest. The online pictures matched with the room. For a last minute selection, i would stay again.

From check-in to check out, my stay was wonderful. Front desk personnel checking me in was friendly and very efficient. Room was clean and very comfortable. Property looked brand new, even though it was built 5 years ago. Very well maintained. Check-out was quick and pleasant. This property is definitely worth the money.

This is a well run Holiday Inn--clean, updated and pleasant from the moment you step in to the moment you leave. Every staff member was very helpful and friendly. There's free parking in front of the hotel. It's very quiet and restful. There are restaurants and a shopping mall within 5 minutes. There's also a restaurant onsite where you can get a hot and hearty breakfast for a very low price. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a very nice hotel, however for the price, it wasn't worth it. The breakfast wasn't complimentary, you had to pay extra for it. The furnishings - while clean, weren't particularly comfortable. I have paid half that much in Forsyth for a hotel and had a much better stay at other properties.
