The property is beautiful; however it’s the only hotel I have been to that doesn’t have a free Wi-Fi.. I think for a hotel of that rating Wi-Fi should be free for guests..

The staff on New Years Eve was TERRIBLE. No customer service, no hospitality. The pool was not heated and it was freezing outside. The website promises a heated pool. I went to the front desk to ask them to turn up the temperature and the lady was very rude and said something about the pipes and that “that temperature of the pool is how it is doing to stay” very rudely. We brought our children with us, paid for two rooms and the whole point was because we wanted the kids to have some time at the pool. And they were excited about it. This may seem very small to some people. But we could have stayed somewhere more hospitable for New Years Eve. And who the heck doesn’t have heated pool in the middle of winter?! I asked them 2 times, is the pool open? Never once did they say, it’s open but it’s not heated right now in the dead of winter!

The check in was very convenient and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. I always cleaned the room when I check in and the room was very clean. The only thing I DIDN'T like was that the free wifi required a Bonvoy membership.

Our room was very clean and didn’t have that typical “musty hotel smell being covered up by fragrances”. The staff were all super friendly and professional but I gotta hand it to the bar tenders- Olivia and Kate! They rocked a very busy bar from 11-12:30 (and it was probably busy before my husband and I made it down!) There was a convention and most of the participants hung out at the bar and patio area in addition to other travelers but these girls were ON IT. I tried 5 signature cocktails and a glass of sangria- everything was delicious!!!

Everything about the property is awesome, looks, comfortable, clean, easy to get to, staff all above standard. Only one issue was the inability to connect my laptop to the WIFI to send business emails. As a Bonvoy member I find it unreasonable that you have made it impossible to log in. I got as far as accepting charges get to the web site, but all my emails were blocked. I had to beg apologies on my phone until I could get to a place that was not impossible to log into.

Very nice. Clean, friendly, nice bar area with good food. I enjoyed the outside fireplace in the evening with the sounds of the lake water near by. It was my second stay there and I will definitely be back.

The room was very nice and clean, everyone was especially friendly and ready to help. The pool was nice enjoyed it, although my idea of a heated pool is different than there idea of a heated pool, I thought is was luke warm, but sill very nice. It would have been nice to change clothes before going back to your room though instead of walking through slightly damp. I will repeat everyone was very nice and ready to help.

Very Clean, close to everything in Columbus. Very pleasant staff and friendly. However, there was not enough hot water for the shower. Also, there should be more security measures in place. The side entrance doors and rear doors in the dinning area were easy to enter from outside. Access should be enforced by your room key/card. Just a suggestion.

Shower head totally sprayed out of the shower door, Getting myself and the wall soaked. Cleaning crew needs to make sure shower sprays correct way. Also water pooling on floor in main atea from condensation off windows.

Arrived late as we were driving all day and eager to get to sleep . Had to have sheets changed as soon as we got to our room bc there was pubic hair and dried spot of blood on our bed. Housekeeping came immediately and sorted it out.

Do not be fooled with the pictures of the corner king bed they display. I was placed in room 234 and my “corner view” was a view of the roof of the first floor and the surrounding buildings. The surrounding buildings also blocked any sunlight from coming into the room. Please be aware because the corner rooms are priced higher.

This hotel was modern and fun. Room was nice and shower was amazing! We didn't have any problems with our stay. They whole vibe was inviting and fun. We spent some time at the bar -- they have a variety of cocktails, even some high end liquor as well.

We were excited about staying in a luxurious hotel after our long drive but, except for the cleanliness and the comfortable bed, the experience was disappointing. Check-in was a hassle. We'd prepaid and checked in online, but they couldn't find our reservation until we looked up our old membership numbers for the chain that owns the hotel. It took forever. The concierge was apologetic and flustered- we were tired and frustrated. (Luckily, that membership number entitled us to free wifi...which otherwise was extra!) Our room was clean but dimly lit and gloomy. It took ages to find the light switch, which wasn't near my husband's side of the bed, so he had to get up to turn off the light. Room service was supposed to be available but the 'menu' (on the website) was a flashing picture gallery of exotic dinners, with no way to order. All I wanted was tea.There were teabags in the room but the coffeemaker had old swampy water in it so my husband went down to get tea from the coffeeshop. They weren't prepared for takeout so, another hassle which took so long, they didn't dare to charge us for the hot water. The fridge we'd counted on was warm and useless--we had to fill a bag with ice for our cooler. Breakfast was Dunkin Donuts... on our way out.

This was a clean friendly place to stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The rooms and lobby were clean with a modern style. Self parking was easy. My critiques are truly minor like the bedside lamp switch cannot be reached while in bed and the bathroom lighting is not ideal for makeup application.

Our stay was great minus one thing. We stayed 2 nights after our wedding. We decided to order room service for breakfast the morning after our wedding night. They said it would be ready in 30 minutes. After waiting an hour we decided to call and see what was up. They said that it was dropped off and that they knocked, but we never got a knock or our food. They had to re make it and bring it again. It was quite frustrating but other than that, everything else about the stay was nice.

This is a pretty elegant, stylish hotel. It is closest to Westerville and Otterbein, where we were going for a gala and homecoming. They were very slow on service in the bar and restaurant. That seemed to be due to lack of staff. The reception is area was always busy and very noisy. The room was well planned and comfortable. The bathroom was sleek and utilitarian. A nice place for a few nights.

Stayed here for a long weekend. The hotel is nice, friendly staff, locations very good! Food wasnt bad, and its a nice option to have the bar restraunt there so there is always something to do and Centrally located i never realized how much there is to do in Columbus Ohio. Parks galure, and the family loved the zoo! I would definitely recommend a visit!

Restaurant service was not a good experience. Small table that was not cleared off throughout appetizer and main course, making little to no room for the main course, elbows to rest etc. The restaurant was not busy, but took a hour for our main course to come out (I ordered soup my boyfriend a ribeye steak) boyfriends steak came out on a large boat like plate making it near impossible to cut the large steak without it rocking. Truffle lobster fries were less than appetizing the truffle sauce was what tasted like just mayonnaise the lobster was cold and floppy and not well cooked. I would have liked to have a complimentary breakfast offered and a microwave in the room.

This hotel and staff were excellent. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The bathrooms are amazing. The staff was so friendly. We especially enjoyed Joel our server one night in the delicious restaurant they have.
