The location is amazing, right on top of a nice shopping centre and near everything you might need. Walkable distance to the train station. It is a bit tricky to find at first - there is no entry from the street, if you come through a courtyard there are multiple stairs you have to carry your luggage up, or once you know where the exit into the shopping centre is, you can avoid the stairs. However, my room was on the third floor which I had to take stairs up to, there was no avoiding it. If you struggle with stairs or have heavy luggage, please keep that in mind.

Ich kann dieses City Hotel für Düsseldorf Reisende nur empfehlen. Man erreicht es über 2 Eingänge (Steinstraße und von Montag bis Freitag auch über die 2 Lifts vom Shopping-Komplex) Die 2 gebuchten Lofts waren sehr groß, hell freundlich, die Ausstattung sehr gut mit der gläsernen Dusche/WC außergewöhnlich. Trotz Innenstadtlage waren beide Zimmer sehr ruhig ( Innen-Gebäude innerhalb des Komplexes). Das Check in/Check out ist sehr einfach. Die sehr freundlichen Hotelmitarbeiterinnen waren zu dem sehr hilfsbereit. Folgende Hinweise habe ich: 1. Die Lifts zum Hotel sind sehr eng. Ich reiste mit meiner Mutter, sie muss einen Rollator nutzen. Damit waren die Lift-Kabinen voll. Gepäck musste ich extra befördern. 2. Ich möchte den Hinweis geben, dass einige Zimmer/Lofts nur über Treppen erreichbar sind. 3. Die sehr schöne Dachterrasse könnte im Sommer durchaus ein paar Sonnenschirme vertragen, denn sie wirkt wie ein Brennglas.

From the inside the hotel was very noce and modern with a nice bar. The room was rather small, but also very modern with the shower behind glass walls. In the room there was a Marshal amplifier and both electric or acoustic guitars could be borrowed from the reception. Breakfast was excellent.

Great location, friendly staff, delicious but small breakfast. Swapped room cleaning for free drinks which was a regret on day 3, although drinks were delicious! Rooms are basic, no International TV. Communal mini-bar for Tea/Coffee is a solution but not ideal when you’re ensconced in your room.

The property is great overall, but it falls behind other Ruby hotels from this chain. For instance it lacks a ramp in many sections to go to your room, so if you carry heavy luggage, you will have to through steps. Also in our room, some of the white hardwood floors were peeling paint, so we were moved to another room, which had the same problem.

Hotel muy cuidado , extremadamente limpio . Personal muy amable y servicial . Quizá faltaría indicar que el hotel se encuentra dentro de un centro comercial, en la segunda planta . Las indicaciones son escasas y cuesta un poco encontrarlo . Una vez que lo encuentras es una sorpresa muy agradable y acogedora . Modernes Hotel. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof und 5 Minuten zur Altstadt. Alles war super sauber und die angestellten waren sehr freundlich und nett. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen .

Superfreundliche Mitarbeiter & sehr zentrale Lage. Leider aber nicht sauber: Verschimmelte Dusche und überall Silberfische und Staubläuse. Vorhänge stark fleckig. Zimmertüren sehr dünn, sodass man alles vom Flur hört. Leider auch keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Wegen der massiven Hygienemängel leider nicht empfehlenswert!!

De entree en lobby ziet er veel belovend uit. Echt een hotel voor influencers. Het lijkt leuk, maar als de het echt ervaart, is het 1 grote teleurstelling. Het hotel heeft een centrale ligging. De foto’s waren veel belovend. Maar….de kamers zijn bedroevend slecht. Erg klein, geen enkele privacy en extreem gehorig. De deur van je hotelkamer grenst direct aan een glazen paneel van de douche. Housekeeping !!! Als ze binnenkomen, daar sta je dan… ongelofelijk slecht en ondoordachte lay-out van de kamer. Het bed is tevens aan de kleine kant. Kan niet groter, omdat je anders op de toiletpot zou liggen. Om 06:00 uur begon het laden en lossen. De rolcontainers zorgde voor een enorm lawaaai en dreunde door de muren van het hotel. Voor een leuke foto kun je hier best overnachten, maar wij wilden gewoon comfortabel overnachten. De prijs was al niet mals. €200 voor een piepkleine 2 persoonskamer. Absoluut geen aanrader.

Staff was lovely and make great cocktails. Room was really small and zero WC privacy. Perfect for one... Two could be awkward. Safe didn't work and by 10 am there was no hot water. But it's a great location, away from noisy center but still close enough to walk. Very close to chic shops. Hope on subway right at door.

Stayed 6 days for a business trip. My room was very comfortable, loved the Galley they have with free tea and coffee 24/7. The lobby, rooftop, and breakfast area are also very nice. The breakfast was a bit pricey, but it was also very good. Overall, I was very happy with my stay, one of the better hotels I‘ve been. Would definitely stay again. And of course would recommend.

The Check in process was really annoying. Self entering all my details name / address / passport / date of birth etc into this stupid iPad where all of this info was already saved on hotels.com is totally mid / wack / crap. Combine that with waiting for a receptionist who also goes away to serve drinks as a bartender makes for a garbage first impression. Add to the this that I had two single day reservations so I had to go through this crap process twice. Let’s be clear I hate this check in process. Fix it please. That aside - the staff were great and were doing their best from morning to night.

We discovered the Ruby hotels in Zurich last year and enjoyed the stay so much that we decided to stay in one of the hotels in Düsseldorf this year. Excellent choice, we stayed in a well equipped room, with high ceilings. The location is perfect for a stay in the city, central and close to everything. The room was well maintained, the option to get hot water for our tea very much appreciated. The staff is quite friendly and supportive, making the stay enjoyable.

Frisse, moderne en toch knusse kamer. Handige indeling. Miste wel echt een Nespresso machine en koelkast. Wat erg jammer is is dat er in de bar alleen pizzapunten of nootjes te bestellen zijn qua eten/snacks. Het moet toch niet moeilijk zijn hier het aanbod wat te verbreden? Zo blijven gasten ook langer in de bar hangen. Lokatie was top, aan de rand van de Altstadt en parkeergarage dichtbij voor 25 euro per dag.
