We had the best stay in this beautiful shepherds hut. The location was perfect, the position of the shepherds hut allowed for guest privacy while also offering wonderful views and outdoor space. The accommodation was perfect with everything you could need. Would highly recommend.

The hut was in great condition, with luxurious amenities and amazing views of the countryside. It made for a very peaceful and welcoming stay!

The photo's for the Shepard's hut are from a few years ago as the property is tired. When we arrived we were met by 2 free running dogs and chickens which was not ideal for us and our dog. Although the dogs were friendly and were called into the house after a while. The area would benefit from having a fenced in area for your dog so they could not chase the chickens or disappear into the field in front of the hut with the horses. We could not get hold of the hosts as there was no telephone signal at the hut so after walking 20 minutes back to the main road we were able to leave a message for the host as we were unable to close and lock the doors on the hut. Finally found out when Darren (host) called back as he was on holiday in France that you needed to connect to wi-fi before your phone would work . We did not stay a single night in the hut we came home. Would not recommend staying if you had a small dog as they could get through the bushes that surrounded the property and disappear. Would say it is small and a struggle with more than 2 of you.
