It was perfect for our 3 day weekend staycation. Heated pool and sauna were the best highlight of our stay. Location was very handy, everything was within walking distance. Absence of bathrobe and slippers was noticeable though we were ok without them when going to the pool and things. The bed was very comfy and our room was nice and quiet despite it was close to the lifts. the kitchen's well equipped and would be suitable for guests staying for a longer period of time. And the washing machine and the dryer would come handy for a longterm stay.

L'hôtel est à deux pas de Darling Harbour, ou Chinatown ou L'hôtel de ville et le QVB. Donc au cœur de la vie de cette ville. La laundry m'a permis de préparer mon bagage de retour avec tout mon linge fraîchement lavé. Un seul petit reproche, la cuisine est équipée d'un four mais il n'y a aucune vaisselle adéquate pour l'utiliser. C'est une simple remarque car je n'en ai pas eu besoin. Entre les plaques et le micro-ondes j'avais de quoi cuisiner, et, de plus, le quartier foisonne de restaurants.

I came over from NZ not knowing where to stay in Sydney CBD as it has a lot of hotel options. However, I’m SO glad I picked this one. It’s so close to everything, the staff are so accomodating and the rooms are nice and spacious. The pool and spa were also super enjoyable. Will definitely be back here again!

The location is superb, near Darling Harbour plus the central city and not far from Circular Quay. Dinning options are immense due to location. My room was on the 2nd level and it was very quiet - basically 'no noise'. I loved that this accomodation had a spa, indoor heated swimming pool and sauna. It would have been nice to have the temperature of the spa higher. The service was excellent - I initially had an issue with noise from the aircon and that was fixed very promptly plus I got a follow up call to ensure all was good. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others :) Thanks to all the Meriton Sussex St staff that I had the pleasure of engaging with....you made my stay very enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Meriton Suites Sussex Street, Sydney, and while the check-in process was excellent, my stay had a few notable issues. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and efficient, making the initial experience pleasant. However, the room itself had several problems that affected my overall comfort. The TV remote and hotel safe both had flat batteries, which was inconvenient. Additionally, there were no luggage racks provided, making it difficult to manage my belongings. Great area and staff were really good. Just a couple of things.1 they don’t supply face towels, so you have to go and ask for further towels and 2. We had a fault with our bathroom sink not draining away and smelling a bit. I Asked them twice to look at it, but still the same when we left the room. The building could do with a bit more soundproofing to the outside world as well and the people above.

We asked for a taxi to be called for 6:30 in the morning for the day of our departure. We reminded the front desk staff the day of the departure and were down stairs at 6:25 to discover that a taxi was not requested for us. They called one for us and told us that it would be there by 6:38 but the taxi driver cancelled the trip as they were sitting in the back room were unaware of this. As I was now getting anxious I asked them to please monitor the situation until a taxi arrived. We were finally picked up about 7 am with no time to spare for luggage check in. Also our room was never cleaned over a 5 day period…. We finally just asked for clean towels and supplies.

Good location and easily accessible by train. The front desk staff was attentive and engaged. I stopped by 2 days before my check-in to ask if they would hold my luggage as I was traveling to another city and did not want to carry my large luggage, and they accommodated the request. Two things to call out. There was no daily room service which I was not aware until I checked in. I did not understand where to drop off my garbage from dinner so the pizza box stayed in my room. I had thought I would see a room attendant in the morning walking the halls, but did not see that either. Also, I asked for a 5:45 am wake up call as I had an early flight, but did not receive it. When I was checking out at 6:15 am I realized there was no one at the desk and you pretty much drop your key off at an express check out kiosk.

The staff were kind, professional and respectful, The room was a little late for check in and was still quite dirty when we were allowed into it, A few power points where loose and an electrical hazard and the exhaust vents needed cleaning as they were clogged with dust, Being my first hotel for our proposal and being in quite a decently priced room I was just a little disappointed with the room itself

Front desk staff are friendly. The property is in good condition and the apartments are clean. It comes down to what you are looking for. I have stayed here a few times and alternate my trips around a few of the hotels near the office. No daily housekeeping. You need to be here a week before you get a full clean and you get a re-stock every 3 days. Not a lot of dining options within 3 blocks and no food on site but that is limited only by whether you are ok with Uber Eats or do not mind the walk. So overall, a nice place but better for longer trips

We had the studio suite and the room was a great size. Really modern with small kitchen and laundry facilities. The staff at reception were very helpful and the suites are really well located near to Darling Harbour which had some nice restaurants and bars, although the Quay is also walkable, at about 20 mins away. Couldn’t recommend this enough for comfort, location and space.
