Upon our arrival we were upgraded to a suite and it was excellent. the front desk staff were super accommodating and always seemed to be working, no matter the hours. The rooms are spacious and super clean. We rented a car and there was underground parking. We love walking and could easily walk to the old town ( about 20 minutes) and eat and shop. However, there was also an amazing bakery about one block ( around the corner)from our hotel where we picked up breakfast and sandwiches for the day. There was also a grocery store about 2 blocks away to fill the fridge that's in the room We'd definitely stay here again.

About a mile walk to old town but it’s a safe route even at midnight. Only know the bathtub is a HUGE step up & awkward shower head location. That’s really the only “negative”.

Unfortunately, my room was not clean when I arrived at the hotel. There was quite a lot of hair in the shower and dirt on the floor. The ventilation system was very noisy, and the gym was really disappointing, with several machines in such poor condition that they shouldn’t be used. In addition, the fitness room was extremely dirty.

This hotel was well managed, the staff were helpful and went beyond to help in any way possible. The hotel rooms are located in a building which also has offices in it and as such the parking garage is shared with these as well as day parking which sometimes presents challenges in accessing a spot.

Very spacious room with good amenities including easy and affordable flat rate paid parking, fridge with freezer, and washing machine (no dryer). Staff refreshed the room every two days. Moderate walking distance from Chania old town. The walk is about 20 mins and does go through some rougher less clean streets. Elderly or young families would likely have difficulty with the walk back and forth.

I was so looking forward to my stay given the reviews, but my bathroom has mold and tons of bugs! Even the bottom of my sheets had sand. Would not recommend !

I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are modern and nicely designed. It's spotless and the room service does a fantastic job. The parking garage is huge, clean and safe and everything is within walking distance. I will for sure come back. The receptionist is extremely friendly and helpful. This is definitely a great place.

The stay in the room was comfortable, but slightly dirty on the floor with either hair or first in. The downside is that you can’t really feel like you can open the curtains or windows because you have people walking by the hallway, so there is no view at all; also the gym is not properly maintained at all, and it was difficult to always ask to use it, it just didn’t feel like I had the freedom to walk into the gym any time, and they didnt have an air conditioning on. They were very nice about it open and closing the gym when I asked, but I felt like I was being an inconvenience whenever I asked. I would recommend staying at an actual hotel by the sea, and only stay here for one night, not for vacation.

The apartment was unbelievably spacious and very clean. The kitchen was great, it had all the amenities though very basic setup, we did make some soup and pasta! You could easily walk to the centre of old town, took about 15 minutes. Comfy bed.

Superb, minimalist, clean, modern apartment. The bed and couch were great and there is ample closet space. Free garage parking. The receptionist was amazing, very helpful. No complaints at all. Lastly, the location is pretty good, it's a short 15 - 20 min walk to the old town harbor, simply go north and you will find the scenic route by the sea.

Just Get a hotel! Do not bother with hotel apartments! The problem with this kind of facility is the lack of amenities. There’s no ice machine, a dedicated iron for every room, enough cups and coffee, towels, TV channels, and so on. Also the bathroom and shower do not have full doors( and it’s glass) !!! So you have very little privacy. The fan is not strong. Additionally, it lacks privacy, as the rooms open into hallways, making it difficult to open the curtains. Late-night guests, smoking and drinking, disturb the peace. The mini fridge doesn’t cool enough! The hairdryer in the bathroom didn’t work properly. The plugs are not working. Also the picture they advertise on the travel sites do not match the room you get. ( what you see is not what you get ) Simple things are missing from this facility. It do not disturb sign that you can simply hang on the door. Cleaning crew knocked once every morning and walked in. We had to repeatedly ask for no housekeeping. The Internet was extremely slow. The TV in the bedroom has 10 channels, all local nothing international and they are all low quality. There is an AC, but the living room and bedroom are out or sync, you have a cold living room and a very warm bedroom. On the positive side, the location is convenient, with pharmacies and grocery shops nearby. Big closets and enough furnitures in the rooms.

Great aparthotel walking distance from Chania old town (about 20 minutes). Very clean and great AC which was a must with it being so hot! Just a shame there wasn’t a balcony for drying clothes
Great aparthotel walking distance from Chania old town (about 20 minutes). Very clean and great AC which was a must with it being so hot! Just a shame there wasn’t a balcony for drying clothes

I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are modern and nicely designed. It's spotless and the room service does a fantastic job. The parking garage is huge, clean and safe and everything is within walking distance. I will for sure come back. The receptionist is extremely friendly and helpful. This is definitely a great place.

I would not recommend this property. We asked for extra coffee for early morning departure. This was met with not nice gesture. Towels are being changed every other day. One bottle of water per stay. Shower was broken and no effort was done towards fixing it since we were leaving in the morning. No breakfast is offered in this hotel.

The building is clean.. The apartment is small but clean. There are all the kitchen and bathroom utensils.. The bed is comfortable. The TV is limited. I waited an hour in chicin because the employee was not there.. I stayed for two days and did not see any cleaning with the towels being renewed.. The parking lot is 10€ per day.. The price is very expensive for this hotel..

This hotel was well managed, the staff were helpful and went beyond to help in any way possible. The hotel rooms are located in a building which also has offices in it and as such the parking garage is shared with these as well as day parking which sometimes presents challenges in accessing a spot.

Very spacious room with good amenities including easy and affordable flat rate paid parking, fridge with freezer, and washing machine (no dryer). Staff refreshed the room every two days. Moderate walking distance from Chania old town. The walk is about 20 mins and does go through some rougher less clean streets. Elderly or young families would likely have difficulty with the walk back and forth.

The apartment was unbelievably spacious and very clean. The kitchen was great, it had all the amenities though very basic setup, we did make some soup and pasta! You could easily walk to the centre of old town, took about 15 minutes. Comfy bed.

Upon our arrival we were upgraded to a suite and it was excellent. the front desk staff were super accommodating and always seemed to be working, no matter the hours. The rooms are spacious and super clean. We rented a car and there was underground parking. We love walking and could easily walk to the old town ( about 20 minutes) and eat and shop. However, there was also an amazing bakery about one block ( around the corner)from our hotel where we picked up breakfast and sandwiches for the day. There was also a grocery store about 2 blocks away to fill the fridge that's in the room We'd definitely stay here again.

While it wasn't our first choice we're glad we stayed here. Traffic in downtown Chania was crazy and the parking non-existent. Here parking was provided. Good meals were minutes walk away. The old Venetian port was about a 15 minute walk away. The room was spotless and the beds comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent place to stay. Two routes to get to the old town, with one slightly longer along the sea front, with plenty of bars to stop for a drink. Local restaurant in the square near buy highly recommend. Genuine places with out the usual tourist trap spike in the old town. Apartment spacious with a very comfortable bed. Parking garage is perfect to have. Four levels and always easy to find a spot taht is not too tricky to fit in. Reception staff friendly and helpful. A big thanks !

In a two bedroom suite there was no tv in every bedroom and the garage has very straight spaces. Nevertheless, taking into consideration the vicinity of the place near the city centre the availability of a safe garage is luxury that is greatly appreciated.
