Expedia claims this => "Covered self parking on site (USD 25 per night)", and one of the reasons why I booked this property. However, that information is incorrect. During check-in, I was told there was no self-parking on-site. I was told I could park on the street at my own risk, or use any of the other parking garages nearby. We ended up using a garage about a block and a half from the property. Not super convenient, but an option if you want to avoid their $38/day valet.

Everything was great, just be prepared for some potential congestion getting into the lot and parking a couple of blocks away. Parking was secured so don’t lose your slip!

Overall, the property was really nice. The only thing I didn’t have was a pool most hotels like this have pools so that was a little disappointing but other than that, it was a nice hotel.

Very good hotel in downtown with good amenities. Pros: - serves Starbucks coffee - relatively good breakfast - very friendly staff specially the valet Gaige who was very patient with the number of times we needed the car - great security with hotel key card required for every access Cons: - can only valet park car and very expensive - Website stated there was self parking but that is incorrect

This is a great place to stay. There is a small gym that basic equipment thats ok for workouts. Staff is friendly and room is comfortable. Won’t mind staying here again.

This is a great property for walking distance to Fiserv Forum and the view from the room was awesome. The valet is great yes you do have to pay extra but well worth it the front desk people are great as well. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel and the room was not the cleanest the floors were sticky, the toilet seat had something sticky on it that my husband had to clean off and I always bring my own sheets and I changed the bed and found a old blood stain on the mattress pad gross. The bathroom faucet was falling apart and for the price you pay their should be a microwave in the room. The 1st we stayed it was much cleaner.

Our room was not cleaned and no new towels provided. Very disappointing after being out in the city all day. Also charged a $50 early check in fee. If the room is available, that should have been a courtesy for out of town guests.

Nice hotel, clean and staff was friendly but 1 major problem. We left the room and made sure the door had closed behind us. We came back hours later to our door not being pulled closed and housekeeping had come in the room but never checked to make sure the door was closed, luckily no one appeared to come in and take anything

Overall cleanliness of the property and room was just average, only because we found sheet stains, which looked like blood and the tiles in the bathroom had mold on the grout at eye level. Also, the couch pillows and couch had stains as well. The light sconces, where you have to turn them on and off, also were dirty. Looked like they weren’t wiped down in a while

Lots of noise from a room down the hall at 2:30 am. Sounded like a riot. That’s the only negative. I told the front desk in the morning and she acted as if she knew nothing. Nice breakfast.

Overall we were very impressed with the hotel. It was very clean, staff were excellent and the breakfast was better than most complimentary breakfasts. For a suite I felt the room should have been larger. I felt it was smaller than most normal hotel rooms. If I had known I would have booked two rooms.

There seemed to not be enough staff, food ran out constantly at breakfast with delays in getting refills, waiting at the front desk and for valet seemed long. Also the air in our room stopped working after the first night and we had to pack up and move rooms

We were told parking was $20/day, only available parking option was valet at $32/night + tax. Heat didn’t work in the hotel room upon check in. After returning to the room after maintenance fixed the heat, the hotel room door was broken, the electronic device used to open the doors was completely down and maintenance took two hours to “break in” to the room. Maintenance had to request the front desk staff give us a different room so they could work on the door. Front desk didn’t offer an apology or any type of hospitality in terms of money back or a gift card to their hotel lounge. The maintenance staff was very friendly. The bartender was rude and the drinks were overpriced. The valet attendants were hit and miss if they were friendly, upon one return we ran in quick and chose to park on the street, the valet attendant ran after us to the elevator to lecture us that we had to use the valet service. The actual hotel and room are nice, the staff not so much. It wasn’t a pleasant stay and we won’t return.

I broke down in Chicago on my way and immediately called hotel to tell them. As I stood on the side of a congested highway in the pouring rain, the person I spoke to said you need to contact Expedia because the room was booked through them. I explained I was broken down in the rain and couldn’t access my email in fear of battery on phone dying and still got a response of then you will be marked as a No Show. Once I was safely towed and at a hotel, I went onto Expedia. I spoke with someone from Expedia and was told I had to call the Hyatt. I called the Hyatt again as I was booked for two days and spoke with another individual who informed me I was marked as a No Show and if Expedia contacted them they could help with a possible refund on my credit card for the $489 charges but other than that he couldn’t help me and HUNG UP on me. I did file a claim as I did pay for the insurance but as of this date when I login that site still nothing as far as being refunded.

From check-in to check-out, it was a perfect stay! Great location, especially for a Hyatt Place. 3 minute walk to Fiserv Arena which is why we were in town. The people working the place were as nice as can be. Highly recommend and will stay here again!

Really great place to stay in Milwaukee. Safe, easy walking distance to the Bucks’ arena, easy walking to restaurants and right by the old Pabst factory, which is now a mixed use development. There’s a great little coffee shop in the old Pabst welcome center that is a 1 minute walk from the hotel. My wife and kids loved the hotel more than anywhere else we stayed on vacation

I stayed here to attend a concert at the Fiserv Forum, which is just 2 blocks away. The hotel is spotlessly clean, quiet, and the staff are helpful -- all the usual Hyatt qualities. Highly recommended!

Recently stayed here while taking in a couple baseball games with my son. We had a wonderful experience. Our room was spacious and very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was the best I've had in a long time, at a hotel. We opted for the valet parking. Gaige was very quick with getting our car when we needed it. I woild definitely stay here again!

Having spent over 20 years in the hospitality industry, I have high standards for customer service. This hotel exceeded my expectations with its outstanding service. One notable feature is their selection of gluten-free and non-dairy options, which many hotels often overlook, even now in a time where so many people have allergies. They clearly label all food items, making it easy to identify their ingredients. I believe the food manager's name was either Gladys or Gloria, and she was an absolute pleasure to interact with! We plan to return to Milwaukee in January, and this hotel will be our top choice. Additionally, checking in with my service dog was a smooth process, and the staff was very accommodating towards him. Overall, we loved our stay, including the exceptional customer service, valet, and housekeeping.

The breakfast was awful and they didn’t make enough food or coffee for the guests. They ran out of coffee twice while we were eating, but didn’t bother to make more for the guests. They were out of most of the food when we got to the breakfast at 8:30, and made more right before closing at 9:00 so they could feed staff.

The breakfast was pretty weak this trip ~ not because they didn't have enough food or coffee, but they clearly didn't have enough staff to keep up with the demand. I think stopping breakfast at 9am is a bad move. Makes for a really crammed window of time. Extending to 10am would be better.

Location is wonderful! Easy on off expressway, not far from 3rd Ward great dining, and Brady St pubs. Top notch valet parking and staff was very friendly and helpful. Hot Breakfast can be iffy when there’s a Bucks game due to big crowd. Pretty hard to for them to keep up, but it’s worth the wait. Bar is minimal, and patience can be a virtue (Bucks again). Overall, this will be our MKE first choice. Oh, our cat & dog loved it too.
