First time staying in Pier 36. Been for meals in the past. Loved it. Staff so friendly and food excellent. Good choice for breakfast.We had a sea facing room which was a bonus. Being a smaller Guest house you need to be aware there is no lift but at check in staff offered and carried luggage to room. Have rebooked to stay in a couple of months time. Excellent venue to tour Ards peninsula are. Owner was present in the bar/restaurant and chatted to guests ensuring all was fine.

Cute and quirky property. 0 floor exists so a 2nd story bedroom means lots if stairs to climb. Great view of the water. Included breakfast was amazingly good. Definitely recommend!!!

Wonderful accommodation with all the amenities. Super clean and looks like all newly updated.We picked the key up at the pub and had dinner while we were there. Great food and drinks. Nice stay and would recommend.

Wonderful stay from start to finish. Room was clean and tidy with a stunning view. Restaurant food was excellent for the evening meal and breakfast in the morning. Staff were all helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend and will certainly come back if travelling to NI again.

I stayed in the self-catering accommodation at Pier 36. I wasn’t disappointed. The house was lovely, well appointed and very clean. The key pickup was easy and car parking a breeze. A minute’s walk from the sea, a great place to stay.

We are fans of Hope Street so we're excited to stay here. The town centre is minutes away and the hotel faces the harbour. We were in room 1 on the second floor. It was beautiful, large and had wonderful views of the harbour just across the street. Staff were extremely friendly and breakfast and dinner very good

Great stay with my daughter and grandson. The staff were very friendly and kind. Caroline brought swim trunks from her home so my grandson could take a quick dip in the coastal waters. Had two evening meals and breakfast each of our three mornings. Food was excellent. Looking forward to returning with my wife in the near future.

We had planned to stay two nights but only stayed one and took our losses on the second night. We didn't know where to check in when we got there. You have to go into the restaurant/bar to check in. Hotel was old and dated - the town was cute enough and we found places to eat and drink.

We r fans of the BBC series Hope Street and Pier 36 or the Commodore Pub ad it is known on Hope Street is where a lot of the action takes place. It is wondetful We have a lovely room overlooking the harbour. We are. Just off the main street and there are a lot of shops, pubs, etc.

Warm friendly welcome. Helpful staff Food was excellent we had breakfasts (wonderful choices) and a couple of evening meals. The quality was first class. Accommodation was spot on with daily cleaning and clean towels etc. Also a very communal friendly atmosphere in the bar day and night.
