I loved the facility BUT was very disappointed. We scheduled for my daughter’s birthday and she was so excited about the splash pad and pool (but when we go there it they were closed for renovation and no one told us even when they reached out before hand to tell ua about the construction on 35.) When i reached out to management they thanked me for my concerns smh. The bartender was very rude to myself and another guest which also rubbed me the wrong way.

The pool and splash pad were perfect for my kid to get some energy out after a long car ride. The bar and bartender were great. The only problem was the room, my wife’s pillow case was dirty and the A/C wouldn’t work in the room ( wouldn’t get below 70)

The overall stay was wonderful as far as the room comfortability and space! The dinner was delicious and service there was amazing. The bartenders were really nice and made delicious drinks. The only downfall was there was cheer camps and football camps for kids there and they took up all the space, made it hard to enjoy the restaurant, bar, and lobby area. Loved that the kids were having fun but didn’t leave much room for other guests to enjoy. The outside pool was closed for maintenance one of the main reasons we booked, and the indoor pool and lawn area was overtaken by 50 plus kids and football coaches. They were having a blast and loved that for them, it just would have been nice if the hotel staff could have let us know this was happening when we booked or gave a discount. When we shared the feedback we received a blank stare will look into that.

Love the property! The pool is always refreshingly cold. Enjoy the complimentary evening reception and fresh omelets in the morning. Dinner at Houlihan’s is always yummy and the service is great. Easy location for families with students at UNT. 💚💚

This Embassy Suites was so beautiful! Very nice staff, prime location to stores and restaurants, and breakfast/evening happy hour. That breakfast is THE BEST I’VE HAD! Made-to-order omelettes or eggs your way, bacon, sausage, waffles (of course), pretty much any breakfast item you could dream of was available each morning. The thing that would make this property outstanding beyond words - a hot tub. Fantastic stay.

Nice hotel that is 10 mins from TWU and UNT. Clean and spacious area with a full bar for the evening. Breakfast was fresh and a nice big area so you aren’t bumping into people. Will stay again for sure.

A nice place to stay. It's a huge hotel for a city the size of Denton, apparently focused on attracting conventions and business functions, so it has all the features you will need. Only a few minor suggestions for improvements: The breakfast is Embassy's usual excellent cook-to-order eggs and omelettes. The only odd thing was that they keep the bacon and sausage behind the omelette line, so if you're in a hurry and only want scrambled eggs from the buffet, you still have to wait in the omelette line. Plenty of free parking, but access to the hotel is currently very tedious due to construction on I-35. Except for the hotel's own cafe, there are only a few convenient restaurants nearby, and the construction makes this more troublesome as well. Finally, the rooms have high-end electronic light switch systems (even the bathroom mirror has bluetooth, seriously). For a single night stay, I spent an inordinate amount of time figuring out how to turn on the lights. And, like many hotel rooms, once I got the lights on, it was still too dim to read.

First room was very dirty. The floors were covered in crumbs, hair, even found a prescription medication left on the floor. Imagine if a baby were crawling around and put it in his/her mouth. Moved to another room. Second room worse. Blood stains on sheets, stains all over walls and curtains. Cheetohs on floor when we first walked in and in sink. Hair and crumbs on floor again.

It’s beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast is literally unbelievably amazing! The reason for my 4 is my son was in the sofa Bed and opened it and it was never changed from the previous people. We got in super late and were exhausted, so this was really unfortunate. Additionally, in the am.. we got a knock on the door and the cleaning staff wanted to come in before checkout to begin putting in new towels etc.. that was really annoying because we got in so late. We will stay here again just wasn’t the experience I had hoped for.

The hotel overall is nice, however the actual rooms weren’t cleaned. I along with several others booked a room for an event and each of us had some sort of issue with each respective room. My room in particular had long strands of hair that the previous occupant left in the shower. Additionally the microwave was dirty. I made several attempts to rectify the issue with the front desk, I even spoke to a manager on Friday to no avail. Upon check out I left yet another request for the MOD to contact me which I’ve yet to hear back from. Long story short for what you spend nightly there are far better local hotels that will give you great service at the same cost.

This hotel is not clean. We had an old pizza box in our room and things look very worn. The pool was so chlorinated and it burned our skin. We were hoping to have this hotel be our place to go when visiting our college student in Denton but it looks like we will have to travel a little further to find a decent hotel in that area.

It is a very nice hotel. As others have mentioned the water pressure is terrible. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where the water pressure was so low. You will definitely be rinsing yourself off a few times. They have a restaurant and a Starbucks inside the hotel which is great. There are quite a few other places to eat nearby. I’d definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here!!! I loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the overall atmosphere! I did get a drink down at the bar and the bartenders were really kind! I have no real horrible complaints but I do have a couple things that made a difference if I’ll stay again. Number 1. Being that the AC unit in the room did not get very cold, as someone who looks it being 60-62 it stayed at a constant 70-72 and it was really warm for us for the first hour or two until we fell asleep. So if you like a very very cold room this might not be the hotel for you. 2# the drinks at the bar tasted very watered down but they weren’t bad just not that best. Overall it was a good experience and we had an easy check in! It’s close to a lot of different restaurants!

Water pressure was abysmal. The aim of conserving water and saving money has completely negated effectiveness. Not enough pressure to rinse conditioner out of hair. Showers were 4x longer than they needed to be because of such low volume. Staff at the hotel was amazing! Lindsay was very helpful at the front desk! Great breakfast and the omelette guy was my favorite.

The hotel looked nice, but the basics made it one of my worst travel experiences. The AC wouldn’t cool below 72° and there was no ventilation in the bedroom — miserable in the heat. The bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever had at a hotel, and the shower/sink water pressure was barely usable. I would never stay here again.

I had recently stayed at Denton TX property over the holidays. The hotel and amenities were great. Although, I didn t find the staff very friendly! I also left an item in my room #422, I called the next day to let the staff know. The woman was I talked to was unwilling to have a cleaning employee check the room and told me to file a claim! WHAT!!!! My brother lives in Denton TX and went by the hotel to check to see if they had my item. The staff member said the lost and found wasn t very organized, and that he would have to come back on Monday. Really? No one could go check the lost and found while my brother was there. It seemed like a huge INCONVENIENCE for them and that they just didn t want to do it! I was going to book a week in February,but depending on how this situation turns out I may have to find a different hotel. Extremely disappointed! John at the front desk was very kind and helpful when checking us in. He even gave us activity and restaurant recommendations in the area. The hotel was very nice, excellently maintained, and extremely clean. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and would return if we’re ever in the area again.

Great hotel! Great open lobby area. Loved the coffee shop near the check in desk. Rooms were very spacious and because of the Nespresso Coffee machine in our room, my husband made me buy one for our home. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! I give this hotel a 10/10!
