The location was very convenient and the overall condition of the hostel on first appearance was good. However, you have to request parking prior to arrival (this isn't made clear on the app), the beds look great but are very noisy and the rooms are very warm. The staff were very friendly though and were appreciative when we mentioned about the shower drain not working as this hadn't been raised with them before.

This was a great one night stay from the airport. From Frankfurt Airport it was approximately a 15 minute drive we did rent a car and we were able to find street parking nearby. Our Family room had six single beds which was perfect. Each bed had two towels ready to go for showers, shampoo/body wash in the shower as well. What was really nice was that the bathroom and shower was separated; there was a toilet and a sink in one room, and a shower and a sink in another, so someone could shower while someone else could also use the bathroom at the same time. Hotel had lots of lounging areas, you could also order espresso/coffee, books, game tables available, and a communal guest kitchen with refrigerator available - you could also request pots and pans for the two hot plates so you could cook up dinner. A few blocks away is an Aldi’s so you can pick up easily groceries. Downside, There’s a ton of youth here so it was a little bit noisy sleeping. Everything like bathrooms and bed linen were very clean, however, the walls had a lot of scratches and scuffs on it.

Das Personal sprach kein Deutsch und der Frühstückspreis war etwas teuer. Was die Unterhaltung angeht, war der Tischfußball in einem schlechten Zustand und man musste viel bezahlen, um zu spielen. Ansonsten war der Rest ok.

トイレットペーパーとハンドソープとシャワージェルが補充されなかった。スタッフが来た時に言ったのに。 鍋を借りるのに、デポジットが20ドル。 キッチンのペーパータオルも補充されない。 私にはバスタオルしかなかった。 2月に1泊した時は枕カバーもなかった。 混雑する時間にフロントにスタッフが1人しかいない。チェックインの人が相当待たされてた。 ショコラが薄かった。もっと濃くしてほしい。 鍵が使えなくなった。文句言ったら、訳の分からない言い訳をされた。まずは謝るべきでは？ 入ってすぐのポストカードが1枚もない。2月になっても補充されなかった。 スタッフのやる気を感じません。 良かったところはトラムのそばで、スーパーが近くにある。エレベーターがついている。タオルとハンドソープとボディジェルとドライヤーがあるのと、キッチンがついてるところ。わがままを言えば、冷凍庫部分が欲しい。アイスを買ったが、全部食べ切るしかなかったから。

Ok for one night, lots of workers, long lines at check in, very limited parking

In a quiet neighbourhood. The room was small but clean and all the basic essentials were provided. Had a decent area with a bar and game tables to socialize and I think a small play area for kids. A little out from the main area but very close to transit.

The room had sleeping for 6 people and the configuration was nice for a small ‘dorm type’ space. 1 toilet room and 1 shower room (both with sinks). This stay served its purpose for a quick overnight stay and value was nice for our big group. Facilities downstairs had options and a place to hang out. Would recommend for younger crowds and families not staying a long period of time.

Even thogh they have kitchen, still they don't have a kitchen. Zero cooking utensils, no stov e or oven just a electric kettle.

床單沒換 上面粘有飯粒及薯片。床頭燈及天花板燈壞了 不亮。浴室面盆塞子的連動桿壞了 要手動撬開 入住時面盆還有頭髮沒清。淋浴間洗澡時積水嚴重。很好的點 設備不錯 管理很差 很不乾淨 。以上評論床單及連動桿有照片為證。

It was very clean. Nice bathroom. Good location lots of nice places to eat.

Det värsta hotell jag bott på! Sängkläderna såg inte rena ut. Kuddar och täcken gulnade och med fläckar. Stökigt hela natten från rummen intill. Utanför hotellet röks det hasch. Frukosten var enkel och hade inga varma alternativ. Badrummet luktade fukt/mögel. Badrummen i receptionen saknade både tvål och toapapper redan på förmiddagen. Krånglig incheckning.

My room was really dirty when I checked in. Nothing was made and there were used towels in the bathroom. Had to wait 1+ hour until my room was cleaned….

Personalen är hjälpsamma och trevliga. Frukosten va väldigt bra. Rummen smutsiga, lakanen va inte rena och det luktade mögel på toaletten. Kommer inte hit fler gånger.

Blood and stains on the pillows, no pillow cases. Dirty floors needed a good clean.

Das Zimmer war super sauber, schönes Bad, richtig gute Betten & Matratzen. Gut gelegen zur Straßenbahn. Fußläufig einige gute Restaurants. Preis/Leistung top!

Nach dem 2. Zimmerwechsel endlich eingecheckt. 1. Zimmer dreckig, betten nicht neu bezogen und voller müll. 2. Zimmer war total verschimmelt im Badezimmer. Nach ewigem hin und her bekamen wir dann nach wartezeit unser finales zimmer, welches okay war.

Small room, stuffy. No air flow. Uncomfortable beds. Drunks outside all night.

Für ruhige Nächte sollte man auf keinen Fall an Wochenenden buchen!! Schlimmer als in jeder Jugendherberge. An Wochentagen ruhig und angenehm.

The hostel was loud with no volume control totally understand hostels are mixed groups of mostly young people but no need to be up outside shouting all night. Extremely loud building site across from the hostel again not the hostels fault fully but could be times for when the work starts not 7am. Always running out of food at the hostel

Das Einchecken am Terminal sollte schneller gehen und die Sache für alle vereinfachen. Funktionierte auch gut, nur die Schlüsselkarten kamen nicht raus. Also doch anstellen. Die Mitarbeiter die wir angetroffen haben, sprachen leider kein Deutsch. An sich ok, aber in Deutschland dann doch etwas befremdlich. Das Zimmer machte erstmal einen guten Eindruck. Auf den zweiten Blick sah man aber die Unsauberkeit und das die Bettwäsche fehlte. Also musste wieder jemand runter. Es waren lediglich 2 Bettdecken bezogen. Wir haben natürlich angegeben dass wir zu Fünft anreisen. Das Zimmer ging direkt zur Hauptstraße raus. Diese scheint gleichzeitig eine Rennstrecke mit Straßenbahn zu sein. Leider unfassbar laut. Da das Zimmer keine Klima hat und es sehr heiß war, wurde es eine sehr unruhige Nacht. Aber zu etwas gutem; die Matratzen waren sehr bequem. Ach, der Fernseher ging auch nicht. Alles in allem, wir kommen nicht wieder.

We arrived late, and there were no parking possibilities as promised. When we came back, we again had to wait for way to long at the desk, as there was only one person to handle all the customers. When we finally got our key, we went to our room, only to discover a screaming woman who were already in our room. We went back, but the employee did not believe us and went to check. After another long time we finally got a new key, and when going, he stopped us and said we had to take towels and bedlinen ourself to the room! Now to our new room witch we found not cleaned and we had to change the bedlinen and empty the trash ourself. The beds were very hard! Next morning there was some construction going on right above us, great!! We then found out that we only got one bath towel to two persons and several small towels to stand on! We of course complained when we went for (lousy) breakfast and they promised to clean the room and give us another bath towel while we were out during the day. When coming back, nothing was fixed! Nothing! Again, we complained, but got a long explanation that did not make any sense, finally my wife asked for some kind of compensation. The employee was very hard to convince that we should have that, but at last gave us 2 tickets for free drinks. But again, he was alone, so if we wanted the drinks, we had to come back later and que up again, because he could not give it to us now. The bar was the same desk, two meters to the side! Are we coming back? NOT!

I decided to book a room for 6 since it was just our layover. However when our family arrived to the location they said that they someone check in to our room. It was scary. I was complaining because they are not checking the ID of the person who is checking in. They keep insisting that because someone check in via mobile. I suggest to the front desk if they can do an investigation. They didnt even bother. We’ve waited almost 2 hours in the lobby. Then they decided to give us 2 separate rooms. When we enter the room it was not clean and the bedding is not finish. We need to do the bedding ourselves. The room is not clean and smell like smoke. We mentioned to the front desk again all the do was sorry.

It’s a great place to stay if you are traveling on budget to Frankfurt. Easy and fast ride to the center. Nice and clean lobby/lounge area. Rooms are ok, but all depends on your “mates”. Beds are comfortable, towels and bed linen are provided, which is nice. Special thanks to Gabriela (reception manager) for the great service and attention to detail.

People on front desk is really kind

The size of the room and the water pressure in the shower was great. However, I am pretty glad we didn’t have a blacklight because there were enough creepy marks all over the walls, I shudder to think what wasn’t even visible. Check in was a nightmare. They have self-service kiosks with 1 employee. None of the kiosks worked right. The front desk lady refused to check us in. Probably the longest it’s ever taken me to check in to a hotel

Boa cama, próximo do centro e dos transportes públicos! Silencioso!

It was one of the better hostels I\'ve stayed at. Cleanliness was average for a hostel. Guests in my room were quiet and respectful. Area was a bit far from downtown but the surrounding area was nice. Felt a bit like I was in the "hood," but overall, generally felt safe. Would recomend to others looking for a cheaper stay.

Very good location near to cafés, restaurants and buses (I recommend Die grüne Kaffeebohne). Comfortable, homely reception area and friendly, helpful staff. Private rooms are a bit cramped, and you need to be careful with your curtains as there are no blinds and people can and do walk right past! One last, niche note: if you have static electricity sensitivity like I do, it’s probably best to look elsewhere. When wanting to relax at the end of a day adventuring, repeatedly getting zapped just by moving around the room is not the best feeling.

The room for two is clean with a shower that has lots of warm water. The breakfast is mediocre but it is reasonably priced.

Reasonable stay, room a bit dirty in places (dust and rubbish under the bed), breakfast reasonable for the price but be warned hotel very popular with school groups who descend en mass for breakfast so a bit of a battle at times to get anythijf

Everything was great, from the check-in, staff, room, bed and bathroom. The surroundings are pretty nice and quite, public transportation available 50 mts away. Breakfast can improve A LOT! You better find something else outside the Hostel

Super Personal, Getänke etwas teuer. 58 Euro für zwei Longdrinks sind finde ich schon sehr viel. Ansonsten war alles super hervorragend.
