The hotel itself is fine and the staff excellent. The room is tight but acceptable for one person. Small fridge in the room, electric kettle and some instant coffee and tea. Elevator works great. Small restaurant in lobby that is very cozy. For those uninitiated in SE Asia the neighborhood around the hotel is old style with no sidewalks, uneven streets with quite a bit of trash. There is a Filipino restaurant next door that has good food and Japanese and Korean restaurants that looked marginal. A 7-11 less than minute walk from hotel. If you are not accustomed to older cramped neighborhoods then this may not be the best location for you otherwise the price and service were good for me.

清潔の面ではたまに新しいはずのベッドシーツに汚れがある。まあ気にならないレベルスタッフの面ではみんなとても親切でいつも笑顔特にセキュリティーのおじさんは面白い部屋にディスターブカードがなかったのは残念施設のコンディションの面では廊下やエレベーター内にもエアコンがあれば完璧でるのと、シャワーとトイレの間にカーテンがあれば完璧である。周辺エリアではホテルの隣に食堂、コンビニ2件、マッサージストリートフード、カレンデリアなど色々あるのでまったく不便ではない。目の前の通りもジープ、タクシー、モーターサイクルなとが普通に走ってるので何処へ行くのにもすぐ捕まえられる。ただ交通量は多いので時間が決まってる場合は早めに行動するとよい。

I see that each room has an artist's drawing on the wall. I like this very much! Very friendly staff Attentive cleaning Minimal but adequate facilities Shower water pressure is fine! : ) I was surprised at how cheap these rooms were! There was a café on the ground floor, but I regret not having included breakfast. Next time I come back, I would definitely like to have breakfast included and a good cup of coffee. I was also very impressed by the fact that the staff said my name, which made me a fan of this hotel. I would recommend this hotel.

価格相応。部屋は広くないが、清潔にはしてある。問題点は以下の通り。部屋のカードキーが毎日使えなくなり、そのたびにレセプションで初期化してもらう必要があった。WiFiがすぐ切断される。タオルは洗ってはあるが、長期間使っているようで、黒ずんでいる。歓楽街の奥に立地しているため、夜間徒歩でホテルに戻るのはおすすめできない。

If you stay here do not skip the breakfast. It's made to order and portions are pretty generous. Area is quiet and convenient. Centrally located for most major areas. Room was fine. Comfy bed, reliable hot and cold water, strong air conditioning and a back up generator in case of power outage. Good value for your money

Unfortunately if you are on a lower floor, the street noise is extremely noisy as the seals on windows are poor. In addition the aircon in our room was extremely noisy so didnt get much sleep.

Very helpful & friendly reception staff. Our room was very clean and the bed comfortable. We felt safe wandering around the area. The cafe food at the hotel was nice. A lady offered free massage in the cafe, the massage was wonderful, thank you! Our room (304) was above the Main Street and was particularly noisy during the night, even with ear plugs in! Perhaps a room at the back would be quieter.

I was really happy to see Kia again at checkin. She remembered me by name and was very pleasant and professional as before. My room was in perfect condition and other staff members were very helpful with luggage assistance and door and elevator assistance. Checkout was simple, pleasant and easy.

Nice cafe and most staff were nice. Was bothered by manager who agressivly questioned whether i was a guest at the hotel despite me being in public cafe area while paying for coffee and this made me feel unwelcome. Take security deposit on credit card but though they run card at checkin refuse to run reversal at checkout or give recipt or any paperwork at all (despite acknowleging there will be no charges) and say return of deposit will take weeks.

This was my first ever visit to the Philippines & I will definitely be back. The staff were friendly, welcoming, helpful and professional. Check in was a breeze, Al, (receptionist) was extremely helpful, pleasant and so were the porters, security guard and cafe staff. The hotel is located next door to the police station, a restaurant & convenience store.

Had a good rest, if you are looking for a party destination, this hotel is close to the bar street of Makati. It’s a little far to Intramuros which is a must see in Manila for sure, but if you avoid rush hour it should be ok. Hotel is clean, bed was really good, I suffered from a jetlag and recovered quite quickly because of the comfortable bed I had.. the breakfast is exceptional. The staff is really friendly and are always smiling! :)

This hotel was in the middle of the hustle bustle of the city. It has some great restaurants around also if you're looking for a little night life you have "Poblacion" which is a bunch of lounges and clubs just pretty much behind the hotel or a block away just ask around. As far a shopping you have Rockwell and Greenbelt. Transportation is accesible there are also walkable places just really depends where you're going. For the price of $50 cdn ora night i would highly recommend

The hotel was clean and had a cool vibe. The staff was helpful and friendly. Only negotiate that it is quite noisy during the night. The walls have no insulation and must be very thin. There is a lot of noise from the street throughout the night.

The place is centrally located where one could easily access shopping, nightlife and restaurants. Inspite of it being centrally located, it is a very safe location. The staff are friendly yet very professional and accommodating. The only draw back is that there is no gym or workout center and no pools..

The resturant is definately not up to standard, multiple times the hot food (breakfast) both room service and in the resturant was cold and hot coffee was only just warm. Wi-Fi is totally unusabe, i had to use my own phone to keep the connection alive and is expensive while roaming. The rooms are fine especially at the price offered, staff are friendly and helpful. Need to upgrade your towels, not good quality and dont dry easily.

Hotel is in a good location near the main bars and restaurants but far enough away to be very quiet at night. Ourvroom had very few windows so it was dark at night which was good for us. Wifi signal is OK for browsing but no good for streaming. Staff friendly. Breakfast although sounding nice was inedible most days due to the huge amounts of oil everything is cooked in and then left in the skillet plates which it is served on. Overall decent choice though
