Global Luxury Suites at Reston Town Center

Very nice apartments with a corner view. The apartment was very clean. Bushra was very helpful in communicating with us constantly. The apartment included beautiful amenities. The only downside was the parking which was located on the other side of the building we had to take two elevators to get from the apartment to the parking, but other than that it was great. I very much recommend this place.

We were in Reston for work and had a great stay. The building is gorgeous, new and perfect for professionals (great business center, co-working spaces, etc.). Apartment was way bigger than we needed which I loved ... so spacious and open! Kitchen was great with everything you could possibly want. Bushra, the onsite Global Luxury rep was so helpful, kind and attentive. Would for sure stay here again if in town and will definitely specifically look for other Global Luxury properties in the future! Thank you!

Great if you want more space, but that's about all it offers. I couldn't find pots and pans to actually use the kitchen. The phone in my room didn't work, and the shower water pressure was as weak as a drinking fountain at a public park. The most concerning thing was the lack of security latch or way to ensure your personal safety whenever you're in your unit. An employee straight up walked into my unit while I was in the bathroom without knocking first. They apologized, but it made me question my own security and the security of my belongings when I wasn't in the unit. Location is great and the amenities (gym and pool) are nice, but I'd recommend staying at an actual hotel if you're only staying for a few nights.

I was a great stay for my business guests. The building is fancy. Very nice view from the rooftop. I would absolutely recommend this place.

This property is wonderful, all aspects of this building and the grounds are top level. Parking on property, dining options are plenty, shopping is here but I am not a fan of the brands the stores nearby carry, limited clothing options, but everything else was great.

Nice furnished apartment living. Parking is a bit of pain to book as it’s separate, but nice garage.

This stay was such a find. During the snow storm the garage helped kept us from digging out. Even the restaurants were open near us. I will stay here again

It's a decent place to stay. The building is modern, clean, and suite is well equipped. A few minor grips. 6 soft low quality pillows does not substitute for 1 good firm pillow! The neighborhood is safe, but as is the case in many US suburbs/exurbs it's not really walkable. There are areas where the sidewalks just end, and they are not well lit at night, say if you are walking to supermarket. The building gym, looks great but the equipment eg. the elliptical trainers are poor quality glitchy.

We like this property a lot, the location is great and has all the amenities.

Global Luxury Suites at Reston Town Center was an incredible unit. The room was clean, the building was very modern and the staff was awesome!

The area was beautiful and a great place. We are very disappointed in the apartment we rented. When we arrived at the apartment the door was wide open and the apartment room were dirty, the bathrooms were not cleaned. we had to go to the store and buy cleaning products to clean the place up as well as do laundry so we had clean sheets and comforters to sleep with. the response from the management company was very poor and I still have not received a phone call back.

Spent a weekend over Christmas with family that lived in the area. Accommodations were OK. Nice area and easy to get too. Had to pay for parking ahead of time not knowing there was free parking literally right around the corner. Not all the remotes worked in the unit. Had some streaming roku channels available but no instructions on how to access the local cable channels. Beds were OK. Had to use FOBs to access every amenity in the building including the elevators. The game room in the common area was a added bonus that we weren't expecting.

We were surprised to find this condo building on hotels.com, but honestly it was better than a hotel. It was just as "fancy" as a really nice hotel, but the room was bigger than typical with a full kitchen. We also had a lovely view of the pool. And the staff was so helpful in retrieving and returning to us a sweatshirt we realized we left only a day later. Will stay again!

Stayed for 2 week work trip. Condo was very nicely appointed, bed and pillows were great. It was an older unit and showed its age, but was a very comfortable place to stay for a long trip. Great location too. Will stay there again.

Beautiful view from our corner apartment looking out to Reston Town Center which was decorated for the holidays. Lots of natural light. The apartment was clean and spacious enough for our large family. Pull out sofa was not particularly comfortable but the beds were. Hot water not adequate for more than 2 people each morning. Building and location are excellent. Easy walking distance to nice restaurants.

There were only 2 towel packs. Since it’s an apartment building the onsite person for the hotel rentals was no where to be found. Mailbox was full and there was no answer on their phone. Calling the main number was no help either. He told us to ask one of the other residents on the floor to let us into the elevator since you need a keyfob to access it, and leave the 2 sets of keyfob in the unlocked apartment. Paid for parking but it was free on weekends and never got a parking pass.

Unit itself has very cheap towels, all furniture was scuffed, floors were damaged/scuffed, walls stained or scuffed but dishes, utensils, and bedding was quite clean and nice-

The building facility itself was nicely decorated, quiet, safe, so many options in common areas to enjoy, very comfortable, great for couples or families. We loved the decor. Also it is only 30 min drive to Washington National Mall and downtown. The host Bushra Chaudhry was extremely welcoming, explained everything in perfect detail upon our arrival, she was very friendly, gave us very clear instructions and during the entirety of our stay she was reachable for any questions. The apartment itself was nicely decorated, very modern. It was perfectly clean. Had all the things we needed including washer and dryer. Everything was designed to make the visitors feel home, anything you can think of needing they had it. So we did not have to buy anything extra except food and drinks. Everything was perfectly clean. We would like to stay with Churchill Living during all our visits to DC moving forward.

It was such a lovely stay! Ms.Bushra (property manager/POC) was so helpful from start to finish. She made herself available with any questions/concerns I had. The apartment itself was lovely, it felt like “home” as a frequent traveler. Would definitely recommend to stay here

I was very confused because the building is actually called Signature, no mention of this was made in my reservation documents. Absolutely beautiful property and well located. However the front desk personnel were very rude and not helpful. I understand this is not a hotel, but a residential building. They should be trained to have more information on the Global Luxury Suites and how it works.

Restaurants and shop literally at your front door. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bushra helped us navigate when we had questions and DeShaun is such a joy to see. So friendly and welcoming and makes you feel you have known him forever.

Our room was double booked and was given up to someone else, even though it was fully paid for in advance. A smaller room was provided but no refund of the extra we paid was offered. The check-in took 3 hours to complete. Very disappointing.

Do not stay here. It’s an apartment building that has horrific parking if parking a car. And the company that manages these is not available if anything goes wrong. I booked for a business trip from CA and got to the building around 10pm for check in however the front desk at the apartments didn’t have my reservation permission from the management company to check in- no envelope- they had my name but nothing else that was told would be there to check in room keys and such- we both called the emergency hotline and were answered with sorry I’m just the guy taking the calls then I forward them to the office in New York and they will be reaching out to you - in the mean time two hours past waiting for someone to call us after waiting on hold for over an hour and multiple attempts - mind you this isn’t communicated online that it’s an APARTMENT building so they had no way to get me a room. 1:00 AM rolls around and the apartment building gets me an emergency key for maintenance because they feel bad and let me into the room technically without permission just to help. I didn’t get a call until 8:30 the next morning from the office saying they were out for the night and apologize and will get me a key that evening. They also double charged me for parking - and don’t even get me started on check out. Absolutely horrible. I travel 20+ trips a year for business and will never stay here again.

Owner is very difficult and unresponsive when reaching out. Basic items not not provided and when contacted, owner got defensive and stated a home inspector would be sent. Never received items, inspector or response after multiple requests for update. Also charged $30.00 a night for parking garage when it’s free on the weekend.

This place is just ok. You book through hotels.com and then have to deal with the management company global suites. Hotels is great but global is horrible. They constantly ask for photos of your credit card. I have stayed three times and won’t ever again. They always mess up my parking reservation and then bill me months later. The area is great but if you are looking for ease of booking this is not the place. Stay away. I will avoid this place from now on and I travel to the area a lot. Their check out instructions basically have you do everything a cleaning crew is paid to do. If you don’t do it they will dock your deposit. Yes it has a full kitchen but there is not one spatula or even salt and pepper for you to actually cook. Just go to the Hyatt next door. Their cleaning list is worse than my wife’s at home. It is work on you to stay here. I tried to like it three times but global luxury suites ruined my experience. They don’t tell you when you book that you have to go through them after. The area is great though but just stay in the main hotel. I will never stay there again

Bushra was extremely helpful and personable, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. She was attentive to the needs of our family throughout the stay and was even available in off our hours when we had trouble figuring out our check-in and parking pass.

It is in a great location with dining and shopping near-by all walkable. Close to Dulles airport.

Bushra did an amazing job making our stay comfortable during our 6 day trip for my Graduation. It was very spacious, quiet and convenient to restaurants. The hotel is not far from D.C. and just 10 minutes from Dulles International Airport. Lastly we felt very safe and would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are traveling to D.C. looking to have a great time.
