Beautiful, comfortable, clean accommodation in a very good location for visit Warsaw. Loads shps with all essentials downstairs,(groceries, fresh bread, pizza, sushi) and loads in the walking distance. I would definitely consider booking this place again if coming back to Warsaw

Pro's: - Tram stop and bus stop in front of the building, just 15 minutes by tram to the city center. - Nearby train station, just 2 minutes from there to Zachodnia station and the rest of the world. - If breakfast is included, it's well worth it. - The restaurant on the 1st floor (which is also their name) serves good food, is rather pricey. Cons: - Because the balkonies are all covered by the same glass wall, it get's VERY noisy outdoors. Conversations from 3 floors down, music from another room and families talking rather loudly can be heard inside the room. - Utilities in the kitchen were very limited. No scissors for example, no cutting knife... So the basics to cook are there, but do not expect to be able to make a full meal where you'll need a lot of pots, knifes and forks.

The room was as described studio room with en-suite bathroom, kitchenette, bedroom with dining table and winter garden balcony. The space was well maintained and very comfortable. The transport links to Warsaw are right outside the door with tram, buses and walking all available. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The road outside isn’t quiet, but it’s what you would expect for the location and caused us no bother. The kitchen is well equipped to Prepare basic meals and definitely helped the budget not having to eat out every meal. There is a complimentary laundry on the 6th and 7th floors which is just amazing! The heating is weird- the government controls the heating and unless it drops below 10 degrees there’s no heating- it was 12, and cold. We asked for a heater but there were none left, which isn’t great and definitely would put me off avoiding in the spring and autumn months again. The parking on the estate is very difficult to come by, there is a parking garage with the hotel but you do have to pay. Great hotel, good value and amenities provided.
