Villa Le Perroquet Bleu

The worst experience I have ever had — I strongly advise staying away from this property. I booked one night here after our flight from Manchester was delayed, as I wanted to avoid driving late at night to Casablanca. We arrived around 2:00am after a long drive, with my two children and my 75-year-old mother. Finding the property was extremely difficult. There were no clear signs or proper lighting, and when we finally arrived, the gates were closed and nobody was around. After several calls and ringing the bell, someone eventually opened the gate, but there appeared to be no security or proper check-in procedure. We were then left to find reception in the dark. Nobody was there despite repeatedly calling out. Eventually, we were taken to our room without anyone properly checking our booking. The room was boiling hot, dirty, messy and full of insects. I was not prepared to let my children and elderly mother stay there, so I collected our luggage and left. The manager apparently had no knowledge of our booking. The following morning, when I requested a refund, I was given excuses and eventually told to wait until the owners returned. When I contacted the manager again in September, I discovered she had blocked me. I have travelled extensively around the world and have never experienced anything like this. The lack of security, poor condition of the room, lack of proper check-in and the way my complaint was handled were completely unacceptable. Please think twice before booking

Tout était parfait. Petit déjeuner extra. 3 piscines. Le personnel était top et nous a permis de nous faire masser malgré notre demande de dernière minute.

Je suis une cliente depuis 2020 j’aime beaucoup cette année j’ai remarqué que la qualité de menu n’était pas très bonne moins qu’avant la quantité aussi le petit déjeuner aussi les serviettes très usagés ils ont enlevé les télévisions alors que la piscine ferme top les enfants ne trouve rien à faire le soir tu ne trouves personne pas de personnel le service très long un seul serveur le matin la réceptionne c’est le femme du chambre le soir c’est le serveur c’est vraiment dommage c’est un bon endroit
