Residence Inn by Marriott Louisville East/Oxmoor

Very clean, friendly staff, but no one ever at front desk (why I only gave good not excellent on staff & service). Nice amenities. Stayed after a concert. At property less than 12 hours.

Fine hotel. Fairly new. Location is excellent for an overnight. Right next to mall with plenty of shops and a few restaurant options. I marked it as “ok” as one of the beds (TBF it was a pull down sofa) was awful. One thin pillow too. Other reason was the pool was unexpectedly closed. As a family stopping for an overnight spot during a road trip, a pool is kinda essential. And, the hotel became very over priced without one. No way I’d pay that amount for no pool.

I must say, don't we absolutely loved every aspect of staying at this hotel! The room was big, comfortable, an updated to the max. The bathroom very nice. The water temperature baby, so very surprising it got a really hot and it was six of us in the room it didn't get cold at all. It had a full size refrigerator a dishwasher stove a very nice sink a dinette table for four also dishes. I believe it had a coffee maker I seen it I also seen coffee but I don't drink coffee and I didn't see the coffee cup but it might have just been the kind where you put the cup up under it and you put the coffee in the back. The sofa sleeper the kiddo said it was very comfortable. They were snoring loud enough so I guess it was. We even seen a few deer Yes deer. This hotel was not noisy at all, they also had a restriction about quiet time which followed through. The pool was our highlight. The sole purpose of picking this hotel. The pool itself was heated not too hot that it was uncomfortable but it was extremely nice. Did the kids and myself absolutely loved it. It was a very nice size as well. The outskirts of the pool it was probably about 15 poolside chairs excellent. The kiddo said the bathroom at the pool side was nice I didn't use it. But it was there. They had a shower outside the pool I'm not for sure if it worked I tried it I couldn't get it to turn on but I didn't give too much time to it. There was also a door that led to outside it looked like it might have been a fireplace out.

We had an AMAZING stay at Residence Inn. The workers are all super friendly and work hard to take care of the guests. Victor from the kitchen area was GREAT!! The room was spacious and comfortable and the hotel was relatively quiet. The reception (dinners) M-W were delicious (salads, chicken tacos, BBQ pulled pork) and getting free drinks was nice as well! Breakfasts were great too! It was nice to have basketball, cornhole, and connect 4 out on the patio. The location is great and was no more than about 15 min from everywhere we visited - Malibu Jack's, Breakout Games escape rooms, Activate!, Louisville zoo, MEGA Caverns ziplines, downtown, The Big Four bridge (If you walk across the bridge into Indiana there is a cool restaurant/bar with Yardgames that was neat to go to!) Overall, this is a great hotel in a great location that I would highly recommend!

the stay was great, service and everyone was really nice and helpful. they have a great breakfast selection nice pool and gathering area. the suite we got was a little small however it was still nice, the only complaint i have is that the bed was very uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. it is close to hwy and mall and restaurants.

We were there for a week and every person we dealt with so friendly and helpful. The hotel was so clean and had a nice, subtle smell too! We would return for sure!

This is a really nice place, my family really liked it, the breakfast is really really good but the second floor hallways are in need of repair or cleaning, the walls are stained, the second floor just don’t represent the rest of the hotel image.

The room itself was great The in room coffee pot would not work. We left early and there was no one at the front desk when I came to return my room keys. (5:15 AM) So I just threw them on counter and departed. Check-in was great! Room spacious and comfortable. Do you not provide hair dryers in the room as well? Great location as well.

Only issue I had was getting my room cleaned

Everything was amazing with our stay, only two things we didn't like: the water pressure in our shower was low and the dishwasher in our room didn't want to work. But regardless, the staff and facilities were very friendly and well taken care of, respectively

Room was not clean ( food crumbs) tattered sheets. My family was charged multiple times.

Close to the mall in a quiet area by the highway.

Their breakfast was amazing and the staff were very friendly one of the best breakfasts I've had staying in a hotel.

Breakfast closed too early for me to have a decent, relaxing meal.
