The grounds are beautiful, the staff are pleasant, patient and helpful. property is under renovation so there was an increase in dust. The room environment would be of better quality if they had dehumidifiers to remove some of the damage causing moisture. It affected my breathing; they immediately cleaned the room which improved the irritants in the air. Onsite restaurant food was good.

Has some of the most beautiful grounds of any boutique hotel I've ever stayed. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Meals were delicious. Had the lasagna and it was very, very good. I also very much enjoyed the fruit plate with the breakfast. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

The room looked really old. Cracking wooden floors and terrible old bed, almost to the point of damaged. I believe it is a poor room for the price.

Es un hotel cerca del centro del pueblo volcán. Tiene un jardín hermoso y tranquilo. Sus personales tiene una excelente atención. El problema es que nos hospedamos en las habitaciones del piso inferior y los ruidos ocasionados por los huéspedes del piso superior es insoportable debido al mismo diseño del hotel de piso de madera, se escuchaba hasta el caminar de los huéspedes y no pudimos dormir hasta las 2 AM. Luego de manifestar nuestro descontento, al día siguiente nos cambiaron a habitaciones de la planta superior. Si van a quedarse en este hotel, NO les recomiendo las habitaciones estándares de la planta inferior.

Lovely hotel, has room overlooking river. There 2 nights… couldn’t sleep well very loud music coming from town until 2-3 am. Hotel is great so is the staff, probably would not return though
