The bathroom and room were clean and the breakfast was good in options. It is a beautiful place. Location is great. As a retrofit hotel, no elevator, little buffer from street noise, and nowhere to unload your suitcase.

I recently stayed at this charming boutique hotel located right in the heart of the city, and I couldn't be more impressed. The location is perfect — within walking distance to the Cusco main square with restaurants, and plenty of shopping & historic attractions. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. They were incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived. They went above and beyond to assist with travel arrangements, provide transportation options, give clear directions, and offer excellent local recommendations.
