Amazing location and price. Well worth the stay and would stay again. However, you should take into notice the following: The shower didn’t have hot water. The staff were stationed downstairs during night and whole day during the weekend. I read reviews from Google which told about unrest outside but we noticed nothing such. The wall inside the room were thin and could hear the neighbors snoring at night. The bed is separated beds which fit us nicely but could be a problem for couples. The customer service answered quickly and were friendly when we needed them.

saw some poor reviews before arriving so was a bit skeptical however it definitely outdid our expectations! it’s so convenient, very close to the central, clean, great that they have a luggage room and also so handy that it’s all a key code rather than cards and proper check ins (makes it much easier) will stay here again if we return to oslo!

숙소 오슬로 중앙역이랑 매우 가깝습니다. 버스 정류장이랑도 가까워요. 주방도 있을 거 다 있고, 화장실 바닥 난방도 되어서 따뜻하고 좋았어요. 다만 방음이 정말 안되어서 옆방 코고는 소리가 들립니다. 또, 세탁실 건조기가 거의 안되어서 두 시간 건조기 돌리고 나서도 밤새 방에서 더 말려야 됐어요. 수건도 숙박 기간에 상관없이 바꾸려면 200크로네인가 더 지불해야 됩니다. 그리고 숙소 근처 분위기가 슬럼가 같아요. 여성분 혼자 여행하신다면 위험할 것 같습니다.

All we t great. Ea check in and check out. Felt very safe. Many stores, restaurants, and the center of town in walking distance. Wifi and TV had pretty good Smart TV. Had Non problem. The apartment was well equipped It was perfect for me 😁

I booked Forenom because it is an apartment hotel, rooms have a kitchen and i planned to self cater. However the microwave in my room was faulty. It was replaced on the morning that i left. I had bought frozen meals to cook, but as i was unable to use the microwave, i therefore ate out, and thus the meals were thrown away. Also, in this era of cyber crime and identity theft, i felt uncomfortable about the information that had to be shared in order to gain the entry code. To me, the hotel was well positioned. It was easy to walk to the centre and to nearby shopping. Apart from the inconvenience of the microwave, my room was very comfortable. The luggage storage availability was also very useful. My communication score was average, not because of the staff I encountered, who were extremely helpful and friendly. It was just that the desk was not always manned, so communication was through automated phone calls. I personally found it too clinical and impersonal. It was something one had to get used to. Having said that, the hotel was very competitive price wise, so I would stay there again (hopefully with a working microwave).

I have never ever stayed in a dirtier bedroom. The sheer amount of dust was disgusting. The picture I have attached shows my phone after 5 minutes on the side table. The bedding was as if it had not been washed in months. Every time you sat on it too fast, a cloud of dust would shoot out. Ended up moving room at 2am (which wasn’t much better) and not been refunded… STAY AWAY

Skittent, veldig mye støy fra gangen og utendørs, gardiner dekket ikke vindu, nedfellbare vinduskjermere fungerte ikke, varmtvannet var veldig varierende i temperatur, ingen såpe i dusjen, ingen renhold mellom dager/skifte av håndklær.

I stayed for two weeks and my room didn't get cleaned once even though it was supposed to get one change of bedding. Laundry room had no detergent for me to clean my own clothes and sheets. Laundry room had countless broken machines and dryers, two dryers of which just required a deep cleaning to fix in the underside filter in the bottom panel to prevent a fire hazard. They were filled with black mold which I carefully removed by hand.

Die Umgebung war leider nicht schön. Als Frau hätte ich mich alleine nicht rausgetraut. Das Apartment war sehr klein und hellhörig. Alles war sehr staubig (auf den schwarzen Oberflächen sieht man das auch sehr schnell). Das Bad war total verkalkt und die Dichtungen waren schimmelig. Das Kochgeschirr hat auch schon bessere Tage gesehen. Das Bett war total durchgelegen, wenn nicht sogar total kaputt. Alles in allem kann ich hier nichts positives finden. Wir würden es nicht noch einmal buchen.

Stayed here during a long weekend trip to Oslo. The apartment was okay considering we were just using it as a place to crash every night. Positives: - location close to the city centre and the main train station - located just south of Grünerløkka which is a great area for young travellers - check in very easy process - very good value for money supermarkets round the corner - good all the basics provide in the kitchen area Negatives: - neighbourhood isn’t the best location, people (who aren’t guests) often hovering around the entrance to the apartment block. Didn’t feel specifically threatened but was sometimes unsettling when entering the apartment block late at night. - air in the room is extremely dry and couldn’t seem to change it - microwave didn’t work properly - poor shower design meaning bathroom floor got wet whenever anyone used it

We were a group of 3 friends and had reserved a room with 4 twin beds. The apartment was fine as a place to sleep but there was nothing comfy or homey about it. It did not have a couch, rather two beanbags to sit on. (Remember it was a 4-person room.). There were two beds in each of two separate tiny bedrooms. The bedrooms had glass walls so there was no privacy while sleeping. Why not have opaque walls? It is easy to do that, and most people prefer opaque walls for sleeping in. At one point an alarm started beeping under the sink. After 30 minutes trying to figure out what it was, I called customer service and was told it was a common problem with this apartment and there was a set of instructions to deactivate it. How about fixing the problem rather than waiting for guests to experience this and deal with it themselves? Also, if this is happening all the time, we should have at minimum been warned about it in advance.

Room was clean and nothing out of order. No idea why the bedrooms have sliding doors but then no curtains over the windows so you can see in anyway. Everything in the room if you need to cook yourself with every utensil there. Starting is basic you have the dining table chairs, a beanbag or a tree trunk to sit on we ended up just lying on our beds. The digital entry having the same code as your room worked really well and saved all the hassle of keys or keycards. The only downside was that there was never any hot water for the shower in the early evening. It was ok first thing in they morning but at night time it was awful. Location is excellent, 15 minutes walk to the central area and buses and the subway very close by to get elsewhere.

Close to town centre with train station under 10 mins walk away. Room was clean and tidy however the bed and kitchen island were within a metre of each other so much smaller than appeared in photos. No room for a settee just barstools. There are different room sizes so be sure you are aware of which size you have booked. En-suite had underfloor heating which was a welcome feature.

Für einen Kurzurlaub sehr praktisch, sehr klein, aber alles da; Betten sehr gut-sehr gute Klimaanlage! Der Bodenbelag sieht schmutzig aus, ist er aber nicht. Der Balkon ist für Raucher sehr praktisch. Check-in und -out und Einlass funktioniert alles digital, aber es ist stundenweise auch ein Mensch an der Rezeption. Telefonische Hilfestellung klappt super; ein Gast brauchte Hilfe! Es ist ein Gepäckraum vorhanden, vorher und nachher! Die Lage ist nicht so schön, aber sehr zentral, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Preis - Leistung top - nächstes Mal wieder dort!

Absolutely horrible experience all the way around. Never received a code to check in, and couldn't reach a live human being to get help. We ended up stranded in the lobby and had to book another room on the fly. Not ideal after traveling 18 hours to get to Oslo.

Links to provide guest information didn't work. Asked customer service to input, else no entry code. They say they did, but didn't upload properly. So I sat outside in -7C degrees for 1.5 hours trying to get customer service to tell me the problem and let me in. Claus couldn't even find my booking, asking me repeatedly for the same information. No apologies, appalling service then cut me off! In 1 min, Annika saw the issue, added the details and got me the code. Lovely once inside but the pre-stay and poor Comms really let it down.

Communication was incredible when I wanted to extend my stay. Very close within walking distance to everything including restaurants & grocery. Being a single woman travelling alone I felt very safe. I definitely recommend!
Communication was incredible when I wanted to extend my stay. Very close within walking distance to everything including restaurants & grocery. Being a single woman travelling alone I felt very safe. I definitely recommend!

Really nice place and good location but had a bit of a nightmare getting in and communicating around the check in. Was given conflicting information which made us miss a tour we paid £80 each for… not very happy about this. The actual place was good but caused such us an inconvenience.

Helt ok rom. Ingen såpe i dusj og hotellet ligger i et veldig belastet område. Satt en mann utenfor å tok ulovlige stoffer. De elektroniske persiennene virket ikke slik at rommet ikke ble mørkt, men generelt ok hotell med grei standard. Greit til å bare sove på, men hadde nok ikke vært der lenger enn en helg på det meste.

I loved the apartment and it’s really very central, and there are people at the reception available at all times to help. I just didn’t feel entirely at ease with the surrounding area, but everything inside the building was excellent.

Værelset var pænt og rent. Tilgang med kode virkede. Grunden til at jeg ikke har givet højere rating er at lige uden for hotellet bliver der handlet hele natten, så åben vindue er umuligt. For at komme fra Centralstationen og til hotellet er der kun 5-600 meter, men jeg blev tilbudt narko mere end 10 gange. I princippet sker det i parken ved Radisson SAS, som man skal igennem.

周遭環境有一點複雜，住宿雖然會給你keycode，但是只要門一打開，閒雜人等就可以進來，我們親眼目睹兩個陌生男子跟著前面一群人進來，被他們發現而制止他們繼續進入。櫃檯人員不會一直都在，是有點危險。樓下就有一個亞洲超市，附近也有一間超市，算是蠻方便的。距離oslo s走路大約10-15分鐘的距離。

Room was ok for short stay. Everything worked & was clean. Softer chair cushions/ would be nice. Decor a bit dark for small room . But on the whole suitable for a short stay & a balcony. Felt a bit uneasy out localy, particularly around back of bus station & immediately side streets, few drug deals happening etc. But short walk to harbour area.

Very good location in a lively area of Oslo. Within walking distance of train station, shops and main tourist attractions. Flat had a balcony with a lovely view. Good shower too. Nearby bar was noisey but, for us that wasn't a problem.

Me gusta mucho la operación de los hoteles Forenom. Te identificas, te dan tu código y con eso entras. Pasamos Navidad ahí sabiendo que todo estaría cerrado y la pasamos muy bien, excelente cocina y supermercados cerca. La ubicación esta poco opuesta a la zona turística, pero aún así estás en 15 minutos de cualquier lugar turístico.

Facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, anche con le valige, dal terminal della stazione centrale.. Ottima possibilità di cucinare presente forno tradizionale e microonde, fornelli, stoviglie e pentole. Inoltre presente una lavastoviglie. Infine non sottovaluterei il prezzo interessante.

Stayed here during a long weekend trip to Oslo. The apartment was okay considering we were just using it as a place to crash every night. Positives: - location close to the city centre and the main train station - located just south of Grünerløkka which is a great area for young travellers - check in very easy process - very good value for money supermarkets round the corner - good all the basics provide in the kitchen area Negatives: - neighbourhood isn’t the best location, people (who aren’t guests) often hovering around the entrance to the apartment block. Didn’t feel specifically threatened but was sometimes unsettling when entering the apartment block late at night. - air in the room is extremely dry and couldn’t seem to change it - microwave didn’t work properly - poor shower design meaning bathroom floor got wet whenever anyone used it

Room was ok, but only two sets of cutlery etc. meant you were using the dishwasher too much. The area is very multicultural which may feel threatening to some travellers and needs to be borne in mind. We found it ok but others may not. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location near the railway station with lots of public transport options.

All we t great. Ea check in and check out. Felt very safe. Many stores, restaurants, and the center of town in walking distance. Wifi and TV had pretty good Smart TV. Had Non problem. The apartment was well equipped It was perfect for me 😁

Good studio-apartment close to the train station in an immigrant neighborhood of the city. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Kitchen set up was a little odd (i.e. electrical plug for the kettle right next to the sink). Don't open the windows to air out the room because it will turn off the central air.

The hotel was great. We’ve stayed in one in Sweden and loved the idea so we booked another with the same company. However, the room didn’t have an oven but did have a stove. There was no oil or anything to cook with so that was one of the first things we had to buy. Everything else was amazing. Really enjoyed our stay!

The bed was two child size single bends pushed together, you immediately fall though the gap as the beds are not tried together if you roll over. Will never use this hotel again purely because of the bed. worst bed i have slept in in my life

The room needed a good mopping with some soap. The shower didn’t drain well and spilled a lot of water into the entire bathroom, which is tiny. There was no soap in the shower, which was disappointing. And we were asked to take out our own trash which is a lot to ask for someone heading to the airport. That said, the beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. No staff anywhere on site. We were fortunate enough to check into a room 15 minutes early, which was a good thing because we would not have known how to store our luggage. Also, not a great neighborhood. It boils down to, you get what you paid for.
