Sower was either scolding hot or cold no in between. 4 flights of stairs :-( apartment was clean and comfortable though once you got up to it. Unable to use motel laundry :-( had motel linen in it both nights :-(

Lots of stairs, bed was weird , as if mattress not rotated. TV was excellent. Fridge and aircon very quiet. Price is very low so probably will stay again.

I am a 70 year old woman, the rooms are up 3 flights of stairs, no lifts. The room was very small and claustrophobic, can't open a window, and no fan, so had to sleep with the AC on that was straight on the bed. Parking I felt unsure about as it's in a large parking area at the back of the hotel. The staff were amazing and helpful, they carried my very heavy luggage to and from my room. I had booked there as it was close to the Princess Alexandra hospital, would I stay there again, no.

It was clean and comfortable. Not great for someone with a disability as there are lots of stairs from the carpark. There is another entrance from the street but not convenient for a disabled person. Otherwise great.

We had 3 rooms for the 3 brothers staying, Friday, Sat and Sunday nights. We were not aware or not told at check that on Friday nights they have bands downs stairs (rooms 11 to 16 are above the auditorium). So coming back at 9pm there was noise and especially reverberations (unbelievable) in two of my brother's rooms, 11 and 16. My room no 3 was OK. Otherwise the rooms were well sound proofed but not from a Black Sabbath tribute band from below. The rooms otherwise were good value for money. Above the pub next to a main road with plenty of buses heading to the city. Some basic maintenance issues, like a robe hook on the bathroom door about to fall off, hot water taps in the showers falling off detract from well cleaned, well presented, good sized rooms. Beware, there a no lifts. We had to flights or stairs from the car park and the reception is staffed overnight. I did email management about the noise of the bands and they happily refunded the two rooms costs for the Friday night. Beware Friday nights if you have come for peace and quiet.

Compact room but not cramped. Comfy bed. Slippery shower and you can't open door while showering because the steam sets off the fire alarm, which means the bathroom becomes a steam room as no other ventilation. 1-2 flights of stairs depending on where you enter, which depends on the time of day.

All staff very friendly. Room very clean, good beds. Is is part of a hotel, generally quite. Good food nearby. Unfortunately, room window can't be opened and it is two story walk up from the car park.

The hotel sits on the 2nd floor. The first floor combines a gaming house on one side with a night club on the other. There are no elevators to the hotel. Also, the parking is open so one shouldn't leave anything of value in their vehicles overnight. The rooms themselves were nice and despite the night club going full bore, it was relatively quiet in the room. I ended up being double charged for the room but it was quickly rectified.

Top marks for cleanliness. Bathroom far to narrow. Only room for one suitcase - everything else on the floor. only one cheap plastic chair. TV on standby kept blinking all night - had to power off. Aircon quirky - needed help to get it working. Bed OK. No lift - had to manhandle everything up three flights of stairs. Staff pretty good in limited interaction. I guess we were not expecting to be on the upper floors of a local pub (with only gaming and sports bar) at the prices charged.

The room was clean with enough facilities. There are many stairs and when I asked the staff to send lunch as a room service to room for my 14 year old son, they refused because he was younger than 18. To go to the room, you should pass the bar/small casino like area. Not suitable for families.

We stay here regularly throughout the year, but this time we were given a room that was extremely tiny. The smallest we ever stayed in over 40 years of travel. The bed was against the wall, so one person had to crawl into their side. There was no desk or chair(no room) and as my husband had business to work on over our stay, we had to go to a coffee shp to work.

The bed it is too much soft. There are noise from the traffic outside in the morning. The bedroom is modern and clean. The staff is very helpful. Room Number 18 doesn’t have Wi-Fi access.

It was central, reasonably priced. I got 2 few drink vouchers. Some of the patrons were a little annoying in the bar, whilst trying to just have a quiet beer, but that's ok. The carpet in the public bar was smelly, but the Motel section very clean - I really loved the "graffiti" style painting over the bed. Staff were friendly and amazing - so helpful!

I am a 70 year old woman, the rooms are up 3 flights of stairs, no lifts. The room was very small and claustrophobic, can't open a window, and no fan, so had to sleep with the AC on that was straight on the bed. Parking I felt unsure about as it's in a large parking area at the back of the hotel. The staff were amazing and helpful, they carried my very heavy luggage to and from my room. We had 3 rooms for the 3 brothers staying, Friday, Sat and Sunday nights. We were not aware or not told at check that on Friday nights they have bands downs stairs (rooms 11 to 16 are above the auditorium). So coming back at 9pm there was noise and especially reverberations (unbelievable) in two of my brother's rooms, 11 and 16. My room no 3 was OK. Otherwise the rooms were well sound proofed but not from a Black Sabbath tribute band from below. The rooms otherwise were good value for money. Above the pub next to a main road with plenty of buses heading to the city. Some basic maintenance issues, like a robe hook on the bathroom door about to fall off, hot water taps in the showers falling off detract from well cleaned, well presented, good sized rooms. Beware, there a no lifts. We had to flights or stairs from the car park and the reception is staffed overnight. I did email management about the noise of the bands and they happily refunded the two rooms costs for the Friday night. Beware Friday nights if you have come for peace and quiet.

The accommodation was fine. Staff were amazing - friendly and efficient. Cleanliness was also up there, and without the overpowering smell of cleaning products that some places hold dear. Only downside was the traffic noise starting at 5am. Could have lived without that. But is looks like some of the other rooms wouldn't have that issue.

Great Location for getting to The Gabba. 15 minute Uber ride... Rough exterior had me a bit concerned on check in, as did some of the locals. However the room was clean, comfortable and secure. Nearby Vietnamese Cafe was great in the morning. Would definitely stay again.

Great room, very clean and tidy with lovely facilities. Downstairs of hotel was a bit rough, had a drunk in the carpark as we came home in the evening and casino/bar facilities downstairs but great staff and otherwise excellent experience.

It was central, reasonably priced. I got 2 few drink vouchers. Some of the patrons were a little annoying in the bar, whilst trying to just have a quiet beer, but that's ok. The carpet in the public bar was smelly, but the Motel section very clean - I really loved the "graffiti" style painting over the bed. Staff were friendly and amazing - so helpful!

The hotel sits on the 2nd floor. The first floor combines a gaming house on one side with a night club on the other. There are no elevators to the hotel. Also, the parking is open so one shouldn't leave anything of value in their vehicles overnight. The rooms themselves were nice and despite the night club going full bore, it was relatively quiet in the room. I ended up being double charged for the room but it was quickly rectified.

The room was clean with enough facilities. There are many stairs and when I asked the staff to send lunch as a room service to room for my 14 year old son, they refused because he was younger than 18. To go to the room, you should pass the bar/small casino like area. Not suitable for families.
