The stay was comfortable. A couple of pointers, though: 1) the elevators open into the dining area, and so carry foul odors. Air fresheners can be used in elevators. 2) the gym could be a little more cleaner. Because of not being used regularly, dust accumulation on the equipment is prominently visible.

Great hotel and excellent service, everything clean and well managed. We really enjoyed our time in the hotel spa. The restaurant is amazing. Thanks again to the chef who specially prepared some kababs for us although the kabab restaurant was not open that night. Thanks also to the waiter Rohit who was so kindly looking after us to get all we need.

Sent to Hotel, no reply, Just a few pointers on my recent stay at your Hotel. As mentioned before the notice of the pool being closed from 26th to 29th was sent to me on the 27th and the hole reason for us staying was to relax by the pool on 29th but during the day we noticed a lot of decoration works going around in the lobby and then the rear room and to our surprise the pool area which to me meant this possible closure was for the party? As a little surprised to why the pool would be closed during a busy period. And we should have been told that there was going to be a party as the Loud music went on till Midnight. My room was to have been a superior room well sorry to say it was not to the standard I expected specially after staying at the Radisson Blue in Ahamdabad the night before. The room was dusty and this was only noticed after the first night as suffer from asthma and it was playing up dieting the night. I did mention this at reception and requested for a good clean up for which they did but this should have been checked by housekeeping before the room was let. I also told reception to change the hair dryer as I got a electric shock from the loose connection from the plug. Again this should have been a regular check specially being near the basin and water. There where other minor matters but the stay was to have been the final part of my stay in India and sorry to say it did not live to my expatiation. Breakfast and staff where wonderful.

The hotel itself is great, very clean and staff and very helpful. The pool area isn’t great and could really do with some TLC, there is no bar which I find very odd and this let itself down massively. We won’t be returning.

Very nice hotel to stay in, very clean and housekeeping are very friendly and attentive. Reception staff could be friendlier - we tried checking in early and they had rooms readily available but asked us to pay extra for it. It doesn’t make sense. If the room is ready and available, what are we paying extra for? Local area wasn’t bad - easy to get to Juhu beach, south Mumbai and catch Ubers.

The reception staff was clueless for the most part. They couldn't figure out our reservation, ID or means of payment. The hotel has a eye wash security set up outside the main door. Only men are required to go through it. I don't understand the rationale if dangerous goods can be sent in with women. The bathrooms are dated and could use some upgrading. Definitely not worth the premium price. Breakfast spread was above average.

The hotel was clean and our room was spacious. Breakfast was beyond my expectation with such a large variety of hot dishes on offer. My mattress was a bit too soft for a comfortable sleep but that just may be my personal preference. I would stay here again.

This is a smart new clean hotel close to the airport and it’s located in a business area with banks and small shops nearby. Its primarily focus seems to be business guests who are staying for a night or two. Check in was smooth the room was clean and comfortable but small. Decent hotel with good service. Only issue was expedia stated a 30 percent discount on F&B that did not show in the hotel booking system hence one room service charge was paid without the discount. Front desk fixed the booking when I approached them in person. Breakfast was very good with a great spread and attentive staff that really cared about imparting good service.

Great service from check in to check out. particularly grateful to the bell person who helped me navigate a ride to the airport using Uber since a hotel car was not available. Not exactly sure why it was so complicated to arrange a transfer to the hotel and then again from, but glad for the help when it was needed. Thank you!

Everything is as expected from a hotel with the Radisson name. 3 stars because the dinner i had from the hotel made me vomit the next morning and i am sure its the hotel food because i hadnt eaten anything else the whole day.
