Ramada by Wyndham Tukwila Southcenter

I'm sure this was a beautiful hotel when it was new. It's showing it's age. The pool and hot tub were closed. It seems like they are in the middle of renovation. There is construction debris outside of some of the rooms.

Great airport shuttle. Comfy beds. Continental breakfast was adequate and appreciated. However, there were no waffles or English Muffins. But they did have biscuits, which were tasty. Room was quiet but the carpet was a tad sticky in some spots. Overall, a solid option at a reasonable price. Would stay here again.

The hotel is about 10 minutes from the airport. They have a shuttle that comes every hour (if you call them) which we took advantage of. We used it to go from the hotel to the airport to catch the light rail into downtown then had them pick us up. It will also drop you and pick you up from the mall that that is about 2 miles away where there are a lot of restaurants. It would be nice if the shuttle would run every 1/2 hour instead of an hour, but it’s better than nothing. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and responsive. Breakfast was much better than expected for the size of the hotel.

I have stayed here a number of times, and the facility is showing it's age. It's OK, but that's it. A much bigger issue is that the WiFi was not working, but when I called down the desk, she basically shrugged her shoulders about it. When I asked about it the next day they said they were working on it. When I travel I count on having access to the internet, I would not book a hotel without it.

If you’re booking this for its airport shuttle, know that the shuttle only leaves the hotel one time every hour. We ended up waiting for an hour at the airport for a pickup! There were other hotels that we saw coming by 2-4 times while we waited for the shuttle (ie- Ramada seacrest, Hilton, Marriot- they would all be better for a shuttle). We also needed the first shuttle out in the morning to get on a flight (5:30am). The bus driver wasn’t there, so they booked us an Uber. That was great that they took care of that, but also another mark against their shuttle service. Otherwise, we were literally here to sleep for a few hours so couldn’t say much else about it. The room smelled a little musty, but the bed was comfortable. I could hear the guy in the next room snoring.

I rarely write negative reviews, but a couple of things about this stay did not go well. Right off the bat, the hotel shuttle was apparently not operating as promised. Reaching curbside at about 10 pm on a Thursday night, weary after a long day of work and a delayed flight, I waited for 20 minutes with no shuttle. Then I called the hotel and was promised the shuttle was running. 20 minutes later with no shuttle, I called again and was told the shuttle was refueling should be there in 10 minutes. Another 20 minutes with no shuttle, I called again and was told the shuttle was stuck in traffic. I had enough by now and waited at a taxi stand. $35 and 30 minutes later (about 90 minutes after reaching curbside), I was at the hotel, the shuttle had not yet arrived. The desk clerk sent me to the back of the hotel, where I discovered the room hadn't been made up. I walked the seemingly endless hallway back where the clerk was kind enough to find me a ready room close to the front. The bed was comfy once I finally got one and the night clerk was apologetic. If not for that, 0 stars. Although the price was relatively low, I would not stay here again.

Shuttle is not available for early morning flights

the guest laundry and pool were both out of service. the hotel is generally rundown with few amenties. the parking lot area is dismal and the river is nothing worth mentioning

The availability of the shuttle to the airport for early morning flights was disappointing. That was the main reason I booked the room. I had to get a Uber because the shuttle was not avaliable for early morning.

COCKROACHES!!!!!!!! WE HAD TO LEAVE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT!!

Staff was nice, but the room was gross. Towels had stains and there was hair everywhere.

This place was filthy! The carpet in our room was sticky and stained, cobwebs blowing off the AC unit which was separating from the wall, shower curtain rod was broken and sagging. The whole property was dated and under maintained. I would never book here again. I’m giving two stars only because the staff was polite and professional and the location is convenient for the airport.

No wifi til the next morning; dead fly in my bed, strange white smudge on my desk (did not dare touch it), bathroom faucet was loose and movable

Hotel was under construction and dirty. We came for a staycation and pool. But the pool was so cloudy and dirty and gross looking we couldn’t use it. Hallways and room stink of way too much air freshener which made my asmatic partner very uncomfy with. Breathing… then we were excited to eat the continental breakfasts and were SADDENED AND STUNNED to see hot dogs yes hot dogs as the meat with breakfast. Unacceptable! No pool horrible breakky.

This is the only hotel I’ve ever stayed at that the staff did not clean the room the whole time we were there. You have to request them to clean the room. We did this they still did not clean the room. You had to put the dirty towels outside the room and go to the front to get more. I would not recommend this hotel ever.

The staff at the desk were friendly and personable. The room itself was fine and relatively comfortable however the floor appeared unclean and when clean socks were worn in the room they quickly became dirty. The staff communicated that the room would only be cleaned every third day, so arriving on a Monday the cleaning was expected Thursday but never happened. This was a room being used by only one adult. There were insufficient clean towels for one person to shower daily and the soap/shampoo/lotion were also gone after the second day and were not replenished. When you are paying the room rate for the room you should receive cleaning daily, or at minimum a basic refresh with clean towels and new soap. If we had booked four individual days we would have paid the same rate and received a clean room each day. The worst part was being told it would be cleaned on the third day and after living in the untidy room for the three days and arriving back on the third full day at night only to find it still untouched and to be without clean towels and soap was really disappointing. Would not recommend and would not stay again. There was audible noise from the casino and parking area late at night midnight to three-ish daily. Breakfast was decent. We are moving to Seattle area and I have to be there a month early due to my new job so I need reservations Mon-Fri for four weeks. This was my first week. The next three will be elsewhere and specifically somewhere that cleans daily

We knew when booking it was an older property. However, the rooms were so dated and damage everywhere. A smell resembling cat urine greeted us as soon as we opened the door to our room. The carpet was stained and felt sticky. Moving to another room was not an option, as they were sold out. The bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was good. The folding tables to eat at were a little tacky and wobbly. Staff was great upon check in. Overall: we wouldn't stay here again

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great, varied, and convenient. Our room was clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and we would stay here again when we visit the Seattle/Tacoma area.

It is a old hotel, with old rooms and as an example TV that only does analog. You only get housekeeping if you go to the front desk and demand it. Nice lobby, but the rooms look like from the 70's. The free breakfast was actually better than expected although the same thing day after day. Some of the staff is nice, although English is a second language. One morning someone that I presume is homeless was getting the free breakfast as they don't check and then tried to take two hands full with him.

The staff was amazing! Very nice, helpful and they really appeared to care that we enjoyed our stay. The room was quiet, clean but could use some updating. Wallpaper coming off the wall and small bathroom. However, it was clean and a comfy bed and I felt safe.

Convenient location, staff helpful and friendly, TV was bad, spotty reception. needs an upgrade.

Bed was comfortable. Property was quiet. Registration staff was nice. Free parking. Free breakfast. Carpet was dirty. Two lights did not work. Furniture was old. Curtains were ripped and not attached to curtain rods.

Front desk staff was excellent. They all went above and beyond to help us with the issues we had with our rooms. They were kind, respectful and supportive. The manager was very supportive and helpful as well. The house keeping manager was very rude to us and was talking bad about us to her staff. She has no attention to detail nor quality customer service.

We got in around midnight and Eric was working the front desk. After a horrible day of travel he was super nice and really made the day.

The Staff are wonderful

Yes, the airport shuttle was great. Driver was "10!" Nerves of steel in the heavy traffic. He was friendly, comical, and kind. Very patient with the elderly! (Me!) My room was 117 on main floor. Clean, quiet and comfy bed. Good tv and strong internet. Irene and Robert on front desk, very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was better than some hotels. There was something for everyone. It was tidy and spacious. Front desk arranged third party shuttle to cruise ship for me so no need to return to airport for a shuttle. Less costly than shuttle from airport to cruie ship. I had a good supper in the casino.attached to the hotel. It was a Sunday and they had an all day happy hour menu which was excellent as was the service. I'd stay here again. Location is good and neighbourhood wasn't "sketchy" or neglected.

Room was clean and southcenter mall is close by. There is free wifi, breakfast, transportation.

Good location

While the hotel room itself was very clean, it was attached to a casino. There were quite a few people hanging around the halls and parking lot all night long. A lot of pot smoke and drinking in the area—since we were traveling with kids, this made me nervous. We shoved furniture up against the inside of the hotel room door.

When we got off the elevator we smelled marijuana right away. Felt the area was a little sketchy. Never told where breakfast was so missed that. Also connected to a casino

I have stayed at the Ramada in Southcenter many times and have always felt safe and comfortable. It is clean and quiet and close to shopping, the airport and businesses of all kinds. It even has a river and walking trail at it’s back door!

I love this hotel. Always stay here when in the Sea/Tac area. This last time there was a homeless encampment nearby.

The hotel is lovely, offering a very basic but decent breakfast, making it a good value for the price you pay. Tukwila is somewhat distant from the city, but the bus service is reliable and costs $2.75 for unlimited rides throughout the day. However, the park behind the hotel is populated by homeless individuals, which made me feel unsafe walking around, especially in the evenings. Seattle itself is a nice place to visit, with beautiful parks. However, downtown has a significant homeless presence that can be quite overwhelming and serves as a stark reality check.

Hotel was very basic, Breakfast was absiolute trash...had to go elsewhere as the food was stale bagels rock hard etc. NASTY NASTY NASTY

Though everyone was accommodating and exceptional, my favorite thing about this was how good the breakfast was. The scrambled eggs were incredible for a standard continental breakfast. Mango yogurt with granola, almonds, seeds, Craisins to add into it.

I always have a good stay here. It is mostly quiet and the people working here are very nice. It is kind of run- down, but always clean. The free breakfast is not great, but will certainly get your day started. Not many plugins for electronics. Had to unplug the microwave to charge phone and iPad.

Fair price, not next to the airport but near enough in a better area, free airport shuttle which is why I stayed there. Clean room, nice bed, new sheets. Those are the main things. The free continental breakfast is lousy, and the coffee maker in the room was terrible.

A family of four on a trip to downtown Seattle. The breakfast was good , sausage, eggs, cereal and the whole nine yards on Continental. This Hotel has a Casino adjacent,amazing Chinese food and great selection of beers on tap .

I enjoyed my stay. The staff answered my questions. I appreciated that this hotel has two computers for guests to use in the lobby. There were a variety of breakfast options. It would have been better if there was a waffle maker/station as well. Overall, I appreciated my stay.

OMG!!! I know Ramada is considered a value hotel, but my goodness, the Ramada at Tukwila is exceptional value. Me, my spouse and 2 kids (under 10y) stayed here for 4 nights and we loved it! The price, the room were nice. The breakfast was nice and delicious (options while we were there included- breads and pastries, cereals, milk, yogurt, waffles, biscuits & gravy, eggs, sausages, whole fruits, juices, hot chocolate, coffee & tea) and was always in abundance and constantly refilled. This hotel is a nearby drive to malls and shops. Parking is free. They have a hotel shuttle (i did not use), and a nearby path for a nature walk along river. The staff I encountered at the front desk were EXCEPTIONAL! I have to recognise Robert, Didi & Amantu (not sure if that's how her name is spelt). Their attitude and professionalism were through the roof! Always smiling, friendly and pleasant. Amenities were good- i didn't use all of them & pool was unavailable awaiting city approval. I would MOST DEFINITELY stay here again if in Seattle and I would recommend to others as well.
