The breakfast room is spacious and the sausage and scrambled eggs were hot. The airport shuttle was timely and easy to arrange. The front desk personnel were very helpful, very knowledgeable about the area and just super kind.

We've used the Ramada Tukwila for many years for tour groups. We arrived last night with three buses, with the drivers pre nighting before tour pickup today. The property refused to let any buses park there (despite us doing so for years), saying that our contract was finished (we never had a contract, we're the bus company not the tour company). We had to scramble to find close by hotels with parking, so our drivers could get the required off duty time. We have cancelled all current and future bookings made with the Ramada Tukwila. I've tried and failed to reach out to someone today, the Wyndham website does not allow feedback outside of preselected topics, and the hotel does not publish contact info...

When we went into the room we went to turn on the tv it would not turn on. I checked the plug and it was very loose and would not stay in. I fixed it the tv turned on but we were unable to get any stations because there internet was not connected. I called the front desk and they said it would be back up by 6AM. That was a lie. It was not up and I called the front desk. I was told they were sending a tv person to check it. In talking to him he said there was a section of the hotel that was out and they knew about it. We were never told anything about that. Also when entering the room that night there was a large spider on the wall greeting us. We will never return to this hotel.
