Bom hotel

The positive: There's permanently someone at the front desk you can talk to in case of a question or an issue. The staff are attentive and responsive. The hotel is located very close to the centre where you can find plenty of restaurants, caffe and bars. The breakfasts are good. The negative: The rooms are small. The isolation is poor. People talking in the corridor felt like they're standing and talking inside my room. The facilities are old. Hot water is not really hot in the busiest hour of the morning. Broken and falling towel handle in the bathroom. The bathroom is very small. The only place where you can put your stuff is on the toilet. It takes about 15 minutes to the toilet to refill after its fully flushed.(I can’t say the exact time. It feels like ages) I thought there's some problem with the toilet. I asked the lady at the front desk to send someone to check. The same lady showed up in my room 15 minutes later to show me there's no issue. It just takes a very long time. Apparently she knew that. I had to stay one more night in Bariloche due to the change of my schedule. I preferred to pack my bag and move to another hotel.

Poderiam melhorar o café da manhã, a cama também estava muito mole, porém era um quarto maior e o banheiro corria água para o carro pq não tinha batente para a água não escapar

O café da manhã é muito fraco, infelizmente achei que seria melhor!! A cama muito mole e acaba dando dor nas costas e uma mola tava pra fora e arranhou a perna da minha namorada todinha

Hotel muito próximo ao centro, excelente localização, equipe acolhedora e prestativa. Hotel muito limpo. Falta de frigobar no quarto e mais opções no café da manhã deixa um pouco a desejar mas no geral a experiência é muito boa.
