No parking on premises dont be fooled by the property advertising parking available the nearest available parking is 15 minutes walking and a 40 euro per day. Other than this i can only say the Hotel is excellent i would stay here again if i dont have a car.

The room and hotel were both extremely clean. The bathroom in the room was awesome, super clean and spa like. The beds were all very comfortable. We had a view of the city center, and it was beautiful - great people watching. We also went to the rooftop for a drink, it was stunning. It does get a little loud at night, but we just used a white noise App, we all slept really great. The AC fan would also do the trick. The breakfast was included and our whole family enjoyed it. Just FYI, we had to park our car in a garage that was about a 10-minute walk away and cost about $50 US dollars a night. They do offer a pass to drive up to pick up bags, but it was too confusing to find the way in with a lot of people around.

Tolles Bad super Lage des Hotels. Sehr hoher Andrang am Frühstücksbuffet, eine Kaffeemaschine ist zu wenig, wenn du dir etwas warmes wie Rührei holst und locker 5 Minuten vor der Kaffeemaschine wartest vergeht irgendwann die Lust. Man kann natürlich auch erst den Kaffee holen, dann sind auf Grund der langen Schlange bei den Rühreiern auf sicher der Kaffee kalt. Noch verwirrender ist die Tapas Geschichte. Wir haben Gutscheine bekommen beim einchecken. Als wir auf der Terrasse gesessen haben und ein Bier und Aperol bestellt haben wurde uns es zu kalt weil wir ein kleines Kind dabei hatten gingen wir an die Bar. Dort wurden wir informiert das wir die Getränke bitte draußen im Regen trinken sollen, da die Terrasse nicht zum Hotel gehört. Nicht zum Hotel gehört??? Die Terrasse gehört zum Tapas Restaurant und hat nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun?? So ein Quatsch wir haben dann abends im Hotel Tapas bestellt, die waren auch SUPER!! Aber warum wirst du tagsüber von der Bar verscheucht und wann du abends im Hotel bestellst gehören sie auf einmal zusammen. Uncool!!

What a gem. A truly expeptional 4 days we had here. Location is amazing, you are literally in the middle of everything. The staff, all amazing! From being looked after so well at check in, offered so much help while we were there even finding me some duct tape to tape up our lugguage as it tore, they were amazing! Other things to mention were breakfast, canepes, coffee all day. Our room, we stayed in a supioror family room and it was awesome. Enough room for 4 people. Beds comfy, shower awesome and even coloured LED CEILING lights for the kids. A seriously great hotel. Negitives were that its a little noisy staying plaza side which we didnt mind as we watched people all the people walking and enjoying life from the 3rd floor and the ice skating also, and the fridge didnt work well. But as its cold our drinks went on our window ledge and worked a treat! If your in Prague stay here and you wont be disappointed.

Mooi hotel in het midden van de stad. Persoonlijke ontvangst met handgeschreven kaartje met de namen van de gasten. Lekker vers ontbijt. Drie koks staan vanaf de ochtend continu warme groenten en eieren en spek te maken. Gedurende de middag mogen hotelgasten kleine tapas, koffie en thee nuttigen. Wel is het parkeren iets lastiger. Parkeergarages zijn op 10 min loopafstand.

Selve hotellet ligger godt og centralt. Generelt var personalet venlige. Værelset var moderne indrettet og vores værelse lå ud til en baggård så vi havde ingen gener af lyden fra det pulserende natteliv lige ud for døren. Men... Det fremgår herinde at der er parkeringsmuligheder på stedet, det var der dog ikke og vi måtte parkerer 20 mintter væk og betale meget mere for parkering plus bøvle med bagage. Værelset var væsentlig mindre end vist og til prisen på 5.900 for to overnatninger i påsken var det skuffende. Elevatoren kunne være meget længe undervejs - op til en ventetid på 5 minutter fordi rengøringspersonalet brugte den mellem etagerne. Der er skybar og man modtager vouchers til velkomstdrinks der. Man skal booke tid til dette. Det gjorde vi også men kom desværre lidt for sent da vores middagsplaner trak lidt ud men da vi kom derop var der ikke engang halvt fyldt op, vi undskyldte naturligvis vores forsinkelse men fik et meget næsvist svar retur. Derefter fik vi lov til at sætte os ind i en kuppel, der var en varmeblæser men den var ikke tændt og da vi spurgte omdenkunne tændes fik vi bareaf vide at den ikke virkede. Vi sad længe og ventede på betjening og da han endelig kom fandt vi udaf at drinks voucheren udelukkende kunne bruges til et glas prosecco. Vi gik herefter.

The hotel is right on Wenceslas Square by the musek subway entrance. The rooms are very useable despite being standard sized. The bath has a whirlpool and the toilet a Japanese style bidet function Go for rooms on or above floor 3 to avoid club music sounds, enjoy the lovely breakfast and watch the sun go down from the rooftop skybar.

We had a last minute trip to Prague and found this hotel to be in the perfect location, walking distance to everything. The rooms are spacious and perfectly clean. It was a great price for a 5* hotel.

Einchecken lief problemlos und freundlich ab. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Einkaufspassage, was nicht schlimm war. Als wir um 22:00 Uhr auf unserem Zimmer die Urlaubsruhe suchten, suchten wir diese vergebens. 22:00 Uhr fing laute Bass-Musik in der Bar unter unserem Zimmer an. Wir dachten es komme von der Einkaufspassage. Als ich der Sache auf den Grund ging fand ich die Ursache eben in der Bar unter uns. Daraufhin sprach ich mit der Rezeption und bat den Lärm abzustellen oder mir ein neues Zimmer zu vermitteln. Der Herr an der Rezeption interessierte sich keineswegs für mein Anliegen. Es standen mehrere Leute mit mir an der Rezeption und baten um Hilfe mit dem Lärm. Der Herr an der Rezeption sagte er schicke den DJ weg. Dies geschah nicht. Die Musik wurde etwas leiser, hörte man aber immer noch. Um 00:30 Uhr war dann endlich Ruhe. Wohlgemerkt es war niemand in der Bar. Am nächsten Tag ging ich vor dem Frühstück erneut zur Rezeption und schilderte mein Anliegen. Sofort kümmerte sich eine freundliche Dame um ein neues Zimmer. Wir dachten wir hatten endlich Ruhe. Das Zimmer lag leider neben dem Aufzug den man natürlich durchs Zimmer hörte. Aber gut, wir akzeptierten es. Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmer und generell ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Dicke Staubschichten und Haare im Bett. Die Zimmer wirkten im allgemeinen auch sehr abgewohnt. Das Frühstück an sich war üppig und ausreichend. Die Sauberkeit ließ auch hier leider zu wünschen übrig und man roch stark nach Fett. Keine 5 Sterne!!!

The hotel is located in the area that taxi can not enter then you have to walk with suitcases for 5 minutes to get to hotel. The hotel was hard to find as it is actually a bar, full of drunk people inside it. Very noisy hotel. There is no separate reception area as they share space with bar. In terms of cleaning this is the most awful hotel I have ever been to. Everyday we left the room in the morning around 9 am and returned around 3-4 pm and room was not clean. Everyday we complained and heard same excuses that they are understaffed. Their policy is to only clean rooms for new check in and are not worry about guests who stay. The staffs were unfriendly, rude and had attitude. This hotel is over rated and over priced and I do not recommend it at all.

Dit is geen 4 sterren waard. De ontbijtruimte is momenteel gelegen in soort discotheek in het gebouw die nu dient als ontbijtruimte. Door de werken ligt er overall stof in de ontbijtruimte. Vuile vingers op de muren. De kamers hebben een loftlook. Maar een mooie afwerking is er niet. Bij aankomst moet je eigen gegevens invoeren in een computer. Dat is volgens mij geen service. Zeker geen 4 sterren waard!
Dit is geen 4 sterren waard. De ontbijtruimte is momenteel gelegen in soort discotheek in het gebouw die nu dient als ontbijtruimte. Door de werken ligt er overall stof in de ontbijtruimte. Vuile vingers op de muren. De kamers hebben een loftlook. Maar een mooie afwerking is er niet. Bij aankomst moet je eigen gegevens invoeren in een computer. Dat is volgens mij geen service. Zeker geen 4 sterren waard!

Bra hotell och personal men pågående renoveringar gör det lite stökigt. Frukost med rätt så bra utbud men inga kylvaror stod kallt. Varken yoghurt, mjölk eller charkuterier. Allt bara låg på brickor på borden. Detta gäller även tapas buffen som är från 13-22. Oklart hur länge varje rätt står framme utan varmhållning eller kyla men det kändes inte fräscht. I övrigt fina rum men lite slarvigt städade. Inga premium lakan och täcken vilket man kanske hade räknat med. Läget är toppen.

Stayed In 608 for 3 nights. Service was great, staff couldn’t do enough for you. Room was spacious and had everything you need. Lift was next to room and can be heard when in use. Hot tap is temperamental in the room. Hotel had no fragrance. Some malodour on ground floor throughout the day. Would probably try another hotel if I was going back to Prague

Fint hotell med veldig bra beliggenhet og fine rom. De som jobbet der var også veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme! Eneste minuset for oss var at det ikke var skikkelig aircondition som vi hadde misforstått. Det gjorde til at rommet var litt for varmt for vår smak under oppholdet. Det var mellom 25-30 grader i Praha disse dagene og det var sikkert rundt samme temperatur inne på rommet

Walking distance to almost everything, I liked the hotel very clean , staff are excellent, helpful, The only thing that I did not like is the bathroom, The toilet is smart but the incline was bad to use the bathroom and also the bathtub it has no curtains so the water will make a mess when you take a shower.

The room and hotel were both extremely clean. The bathroom in the room was awesome, super clean and spa like. The beds were all very comfortable. We had a view of the city center, and it was beautiful - great people watching. We also went to the rooftop for a drink, it was stunning. It does get a little loud at night, but we just used a white noise App, we all slept really great. The AC fan would also do the trick. The breakfast was included and our whole family enjoyed it. Just FYI, we had to park our car in a garage that was about a 10-minute walk away and cost about $50 US dollars a night. They do offer a pass to drive up to pick up bags, but it was too confusing to find the way in with a lot of people around.

We were vwey pleased with every aspect of this hotel. Reasonable pricing, excellent location and an elevated level of service. Rooms were spacious and well set-up. The breakfast was opulent and the staff very accommodating.

Hôtel très bien situé. Nous avons été déçus par la chambre, assez petite par rapport à ce que nous attendions avec une fenêtre sans vue. Nous nous sommes débrouillés seuls à notre arrivée pour comprendre comment chaque télécommande contrôlait les divers équipements (rideaux, lumières...) La TV n'offre pas la possibilité de se connecter à Netflix par exemple ce qui est dommage. La baignoire est très agréable et profonde. Nous avons été dérangés la nuit par des bruits venant de l'ascenseur mais le problème semble avoir été résolu avant qu'on le signale. Le petit déjeuner est assez bien fourni, avec quelques bémols toutefois : croissants parfois rassis, clémentine de la salade de fruit pas bon, jus de fruit qui ne semble pas frais. The hotel is right on Wenceslas Square by the musek subway entrance. The rooms are very useable despite being standard sized. The bath has a whirlpool and the toilet a Japanese style bidet function Go for rooms on or above floor 3 to avoid club music sounds, enjoy the lovely breakfast and watch the sun go down from the rooftop skybar.

The Pytloun is well located on Wenceslas square - bit more like a "boulevard" than a square! A central area of town with the main National museum at one end of the square, and it is a wide street, lined with shops, but called Wenceslas Square - So great central location just in the new town, but on the edge of the "Old Town" The hotel building itself is old, but inside is all refurbished and smart with comfy beds, good amenities and delicious food - see the photo on Expedia site. Staff were friendly and helpful and I would certainly go back and be happy to recommend

Einchecken lief problemlos und freundlich ab. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Einkaufspassage, was nicht schlimm war. Als wir um 22:00 Uhr auf unserem Zimmer die Urlaubsruhe suchten, suchten wir diese vergebens. 22:00 Uhr fing laute Bass-Musik in der Bar unter unserem Zimmer an. Wir dachten es komme von der Einkaufspassage. Als ich der Sache auf den Grund ging fand ich die Ursache eben in der Bar unter uns. Daraufhin sprach ich mit der Rezeption und bat den Lärm abzustellen oder mir ein neues Zimmer zu vermitteln. Der Herr an der Rezeption interessierte sich keineswegs für mein Anliegen. Es standen mehrere Leute mit mir an der Rezeption und baten um Hilfe mit dem Lärm. Der Herr an der Rezeption sagte er schicke den DJ weg. Dies geschah nicht. Die Musik wurde etwas leiser, hörte man aber immer noch. Um 00:30 Uhr war dann endlich Ruhe. Wohlgemerkt es war niemand in der Bar. Am nächsten Tag ging ich vor dem Frühstück erneut zur Rezeption und schilderte mein Anliegen. Sofort kümmerte sich eine freundliche Dame um ein neues Zimmer. Wir dachten wir hatten endlich Ruhe. Das Zimmer lag leider neben dem Aufzug den man natürlich durchs Zimmer hörte. Aber gut, wir akzeptierten es. Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmer und generell ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Dicke Staubschichten und Haare im Bett. Die Zimmer wirkten im allgemeinen auch sehr abgewohnt. Das Frühstück an sich war üppig und ausreichend. Die Sauberkeit ließ auch hier leider zu wünschen übrig und man roch stark nach Fett. Keine 5 Sterne!!!

What a gem. A truly expeptional 4 days we had here. Location is amazing, you are literally in the middle of everything. The staff, all amazing! From being looked after so well at check in, offered so much help while we were there even finding me some duct tape to tape up our lugguage as it tore, they were amazing! Other things to mention were breakfast, canepes, coffee all day. Our room, we stayed in a supioror family room and it was awesome. Enough room for 4 people. Beds comfy, shower awesome and even coloured LED CEILING lights for the kids. A seriously great hotel. Negitives were that its a little noisy staying plaza side which we didnt mind as we watched people all the people walking and enjoying life from the 3rd floor and the ice skating also, and the fridge didnt work well. But as its cold our drinks went on our window ledge and worked a treat! If your in Prague stay here and you wont be disappointed.

Hotel was great. Defo recommend. Only downside is the area - it was ok for us, but not sure I would want to stay there if younger group of girls and arriving back late. Lots of homeless and groups of people hanging about outside. But for us, as a family, it was great. Short walk to old town, staff lovely and room spacious and modern.

Guter Versuch, ein altes Gebäude modern auszustatten. Das ist gut gelungen und es fehlt an nichts. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Zimmer sind jedoch recht klein, es fehlt ein zweiter Stuhl und man hört die Nachbarn... Man kann nicht mit dem Auto vorfahren. Einen Parkplatz haben wir uns für unsere eigene Flexibilität selbst gesucht. Vom Hotel aus kann man viele Dinge fußläufig erreichen. Vier von fünf Sternen trifft es gut.

Grosse déception pour cet hôtel, qui ne vaut certainement pas 5 étoiles. - on a l'impression d'être dans une cave où on aurait mis un coup de peinture blanche directement sur le béton(c'est un style ?) - vue sur cour intérieure très petite, qui fait qu'on n'a aucune luminosité, obligé d'allumer la lumière toute la journée - clim en panne, obligé d'avoir un ventilateur - 2 ascenseurs attenants à la chambre qui font beaucoup de bruit - petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix, mais industriels (et pas bons) Les seuls points positifs sont la literie qui est bonne, et la situation en plein centre qui permet de tout faire à pieds.

Tolles Bad super Lage des Hotels. Sehr hoher Andrang am Frühstücksbuffet, eine Kaffeemaschine ist zu wenig, wenn du dir etwas warmes wie Rührei holst und locker 5 Minuten vor der Kaffeemaschine wartest vergeht irgendwann die Lust. Man kann natürlich auch erst den Kaffee holen, dann sind auf Grund der langen Schlange bei den Rühreiern auf sicher der Kaffee kalt. Noch verwirrender ist die Tapas Geschichte. Wir haben Gutscheine bekommen beim einchecken. Als wir auf der Terrasse gesessen haben und ein Bier und Aperol bestellt haben wurde uns es zu kalt weil wir ein kleines Kind dabei hatten gingen wir an die Bar. Dort wurden wir informiert das wir die Getränke bitte draußen im Regen trinken sollen, da die Terrasse nicht zum Hotel gehört. Nicht zum Hotel gehört??? Die Terrasse gehört zum Tapas Restaurant und hat nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun?? So ein Quatsch wir haben dann abends im Hotel Tapas bestellt, die waren auch SUPER!! Aber warum wirst du tagsüber von der Bar verscheucht und wann du abends im Hotel bestellst gehören sie auf einmal zusammen. Uncool!!

We were vwey pleased with every aspect of this hotel. Reasonable pricing, excellent location and an elevated level of service. Rooms were spacious and well set-up. The breakfast was opulent and the staff very accommodating.

What a gem. A truly expeptional 4 days we had here. Location is amazing, you are literally in the middle of everything. The staff, all amazing! From being looked after so well at check in, offered so much help while we were there even finding me some duct tape to tape up our lugguage as it tore, they were amazing! Other things to mention were breakfast, canepes, coffee all day. Our room, we stayed in a supioror family room and it was awesome. Enough room for 4 people. Beds comfy, shower awesome and even coloured LED CEILING lights for the kids. A seriously great hotel. Negitives were that its a little noisy staying plaza side which we didnt mind as we watched people all the people walking and enjoying life from the 3rd floor and the ice skating also, and the fridge didnt work well. But as its cold our drinks went on our window ledge and worked a treat! If your in Prague stay here and you wont be disappointed.

We had a great weekend at Hotel Pytloun. Fantastic room with everything in it that you could want. Comfortable bed, spacious, plenty amenities, quiet. Fabulous breakfast too, really ate too much all days. Eggs nicely fried, good scrambled egg, pancakes. Only little critique on the coffee, just want hot enough from the machine. Maybe turn it up a bit. Staff friendly and on the job. We will definitely go back.

Very nice cozy hotel, very clean and spacious room, very helpful staff. The location was super convenient and very close to some major attractions, restuarants, massage places, etc. Greatly appreciated having complimentary water in the room, coffee 24/7, tapas in the afternoon. The buffet breakfast was also good. Overall, would recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Prague.
