Beautiful, new state- of- the art hotel; Valet parking was available and great; Everyone very friendly and helpful; just across the street from Fiserv Forum for events there; easy walk to other theaters; restaurants were excellent- especially Il Cervo.

Exceptional, brand new hotel across from Fiserv Forum. Clean and comfortable rooms with nice bedding, large-screen tv, refrigerator, and ultra-modern bathroom. The onsite restaurants/bars are beautiful, including one on the top-floor with excellent views of Downtown Milwaukee.

The hotel was clean and great location for the concert I was attending the stay was nice up until it was time to leave the valet misplaced my car keys I had to stand there and wait while she searched for my keys for over 20 mins to find them not in the lock box with all the other keys but in the office without a tag on them I kinda think they took my car for a ride tbh.

The hotel and staff were very nice. I used the restaurant upstairs and they put in an order for me 10 min. Before closing. They even poured me a glass of wine after last call. The food in the restaurant upstairs and breakfast on the main level were very good! Id definitely come again when visiting Milwaukee.

Very convenient to the Fiserv Forum. The bar in the lobby is nice but drinks are pretty pricey. Also found valet parking to be a little expensive. Hotel is very nice, the standard king room was a little smaller than I expected but comfortable.

Nice overall appeal - liked the different design of the place from normal hotels - which drew me to it. We stayed in room 548 with a balcony. For an upscale hotel at this price point, it could have used better furnishings - the mismatched clearance level furniture didn't fit. Crazy lighting design - with extension cords running across the room. We had a room with a balcony, with a great view of Milwaukee - but all the windows were smeared and dirty - and the furnishings on the patio were just as bad as the interior.

Fabulous new hotel right across the street from the Fiserv Forum. Very convenient for seeing the Bucks. Very nice restaurant on premises. Staff members were helpful and courteous. Room was immaculate and very nicely furnished Will definitely be coming back again

Did the online check in the day before, requesting a 1pm check in. Room still wasn’t ready until AFTER their standard 4pm check in time. Shower drain was clogged. Coffee maker didn’t work.

The room was immaculately clean which was very appreciated! Breakfast at the craft was so so, the food was unfortunately spicy when there was no disclosure that spice would be included which was a bummer with kiddos especially.

Great place to stay for a Bucks game! At first glance room looked clean, but then we found a sock and dental flossers and that was gross. The poor woman at checkout was extremely nice but definitely needed some backup since phone kept ringing and there were at least 4 people trying to either checkout or checkin

Room was outrageously small and our view was nonexistent literally just a wall. Also the valet was a nightmare really a bummer. Room was nice bed was cozy. The room did have a weird smell to it like moldy musty laundry

I had a pretty horrible stay here. My first impression of the hotel was that it looked very nice but I had the absolute worst sleep here. There was an extremely loud noise that went off periodically throughout my entire stay. It woke me up and kept me up throughout both nights I was there. It sounded like a lawnmower. When I informed the from desk, she offered me a free breakfast as a way to say sorry. I didn’t have time for that so they did absolutely nothing about this.

This was not only the most enjoyable guest experience we’ve had in Milwaukee to date it was the best sleep! I’ve never had such a quiet guest room despite how very busy the hotel was, so full of guests! We will absolutely stay again!

Great hotel. Great location! Wasn't thrilled about the view, or lack there of, from our room. We had a sign or something 2 feet from our window and we couldn't see anything. Very claustrophobic!

We were not able to check in until 4:45 p.m…..we had a dinner reservation at Cervo which is the Italian restaurant in the hotel at 5:00…I had to change in the a bathroom into dinner attire … they gave us free drinks at the bar to pacify us…we weren't the only guests putting up with the late check in either…there were hundreds…sounds like bad management to me…but WAIT, it gets better! We got into our room, then flew up to the 9th floor where Cervo is located…they could not find my reservation 😳!!!!!! And, because there was an Andrea Bocelli concert at FiServ Stadium across the street, everything was booked solid….so, we went to their lounge area and had our free cocktails and had their only two offerings…a flatbread and a charcuterie board…oh, forgot to mention…they only have valet parking at $44, period….do yourself a favor and drive around the corner and park your car yourself for $45…alot less aggravation…but won’t have to worry about it again because we won’t be staying here again. Beautiful hotel and rooms, too bad our experience wasnt…

Got all checked in, got room keys and head up to our room and open the door to find other people in our room. Talked to a cleaning person who called a manager up to tell us to go back down to the front desk. Front desk tells us they checked someone else into our room,not sure how that happens when they checked my id for check in. We ended up getting another room and the rest of the stay was great but what a pain check in was

We attended a concert at Fiserv Forum and it was a one minute walk. The convenience was amazing. The hotel had a nice atmosphere and was very clean. Our room was quiet even though the hotel was sold out, so I felt the walls were thick enough not to hear others. We will stay there again.

Amazing area and amazing rooms. Excellent food options in the hotel and valet parking was a breeze. Upon check-in, youre given a token for a free flagship beer from their bar. Right across from the Fiserv and other local restaurants The miss for me is that the AC is locked at a certain degree. Being perimenopausal, i did not sleep well because it was too warm.

Beautiful hotel. Really liked being by the Fiserv Center and all the restaurants within walking distance, but Il Cervo, the rooftop restaurant, at hotel, was excellent! Great views and excellent food. The room was so nice, quiet, the bed and pillows were wonderful. So modern and new. The staff was amazing!! Really appreciated the valet service, very convenient and fast. We will definitely be returning.
