Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Es werden auch Fahrräder. Roller und auch Ausflüge angeboten. Die 2 Pools sind sehr klein. Einer ist direkt im Restaurant. Morgens gab es Frühstück vom Buffet.. Die Lage ist sehr außerhalb, daher eher für Autofahrer geeignet. Morges Krähen ab ca 3:30Uhr die Hähne vom Nachbarn.

We stayed at Casa San Juan for 4 nights in December. We had a fantastic time. This little hotel is wonderful and their staff is very nice. The rooms were clean, everything in working condition, the beds and shower were great. The restaurant has great food. It has everything you can ask for. The breakfast buffet which was included with our stay was so convenient and the staff was always very friendly and helpful. They had a party on Christmas night and it was just a perfect night for our family. Valladolid is such a great town, very beautiful, with so much to see and do. We definitely enjoy staying here and would stay here again in the future. The only thing if I have to mention something that could improve is the wifi is not very reliable so if you are travelling with little kids it might be an issue for them, also getting in and out of the parking lot is hard! And the pool was too cold in December so we couldnt enjoy it. Walking downtown takes maybe 15 mins and at night it might not feel super safe but it is, Valladolid is a very safe town to walk at any hour. We loved it. Thank you Casa San Juan.

This is a charming property. Rooms are rustic but modern and fully equipped. Patio and restaurant are charming and comforting. Parking area should be paved as puddles make for muddy shoes tracking dirt into rooms. Not far from central plaza.

Il y a 2 piscines et personne ne s’y baigne car elles ne sont pas vraiment entretenues. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et il y a beaucoup de choix. L’hôtel est assez joli et les chambres aussi. Dans le centre ville, on peut marcher à pieds.

This is a nice quiet out of the way spot. Not so good if you are on foot, but fine if you have a car. Small, cold pools (we went in January) but the restaurant/bar are good food and drinks at reasonable prices. a solid 7 on a scale of 10.

En general la estancia estuvo bien. Es un lugar pequeño pero agradable. Lo deben mejorar es la limpieza. Las sábanas estaban sucias. Otra área de oportunidad es el estacionamiento. Este es incomodo y de difícil acceso. Empeora la situación las construcciones que están haciendo adentro del hotel. El restaurante es agradable y la comida bastante buena.

The room was cleaned with a strong smelling cleaner and it took 24 hours for the smell to dissipate. We asked for no room service during our stay as a result. Some daytime noise from adjoining industry. Obligatory dogs and roosters in the morning. Bit of a walk to the center of town. Overall the price was fair for what it was.

This motel is run very well by the staff. The room I stayed in was on ground level and seems to be the original motel. The room is rustic to a point of needing maintenance. There isn’t much space to put clothing away on, no garbage can for the main room, no hair dryer which I thought I saw in a photo from the property. The sheets had stains that weren’t removed from washing . The staff is hard working and friendly. The restaurant food is mediocre the servers are attentive. Although this review may seem negative , overall I would stay again. You asked what I thought of it, positive and negative .

When we arrived, we found the hotel to be very authentic of Mexico, which we appreciate. The check-in staff was very friendly and spoke very good English to assist us. The rooms were nice. The beds were comfortable but hard, although we prefer that the only complaint regarding the room was the toilet did not flush well. The breakfast was included with the price and was very good with a wide selection of fruit, breads, eggs etc. breakfast is served from 7am-10am daily. Would stay again but with it we’re closer to the city center since we were walking.

Rude reception staff , dead slimey bird in the pool ,staff didnt notice! Wouldnt book a taxi for us unless it was for a tour, couldnt book Uber due to bad internet so had to walk into town or take your luck hailing a taxi. No one to help you take your luggage up 3 flights of narrow rickety stairs. The Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful is the only good thing I can say. There was also a white plaster dust substance falling from the ceiling in our room that coated everything.

El hotel no respeto la reservación que se había hecho. cuando llegamos a realizar checkin nos dijeron que la habitación que habiamos reservado, ya la habian vendido; que si queriamos nos fueramos a otro hotel por nuestra cuenta, al final nos dieron una habitación de menor precio y de muy mala calidad.

The Casa San Juan was a great stay, especially for the price! We like to support locals when we travel & this family owned hotel & restaurant was just that! Very helpful with check-in, housekeeping & service at the restaurant! The room was spacious for 3 adults, the beds were a bit hard, but we slept well. The area was quiet, but we don’t mind waking up to the sound of chickens and turkeys. It is in a neighborhood, not in the city center. We took a 5 minute taxi ride from the bus station to the hotel.($40MX) Front desk was extremely helpful in booking us a private tour to 2 ruins & 2 cenotes! It was a perfect day! The restaurant was so convenient and delicious, we didn’t need to eat anywhere else! Breakfast buffet was delicious! If we return to Valladolid we would not hesitate to stay here again! If you like authentic & local, this your place!

Very helpful with check-in, housekeeping & service at the restaurant! The room was spacious for 3 adults, the beds were a bit hard, but we slept well. The area was quiet, but we don’t mind waking up to the sound of chickens and turkeys. It is in a neighborhood, not in the city center. We took a 5 minute taxi ride from the bus station to the hotel.($40MX) Front desk was extremely helpful in booking us a private tour to 2 ruins & 2 cenotes! It was a perfect day! The restaurant was so convenient and delicious, we didn’t need to eat anywhere else! Breakfast buffet was delicious! If we return to Valladolid we would not hesitate to stay here again! If you like authentic & local, this your place!

The place was amazing, the only comment I have is that sometimes it took long to find someone in the lobby/reception as they seemed to be busy somewhere else. Besides that one of the best places I ever stayed in.

When we arrived, we found the hotel to be very authentic of Mexico, which we appreciate. The check-in staff was very friendly and spoke very good English to assist us. The rooms were nice. The beds were comfortable but hard, although we prefer that the only complaint regarding the room was the toilet did not flush well. The breakfast was included with the price and was very good with a wide selection of fruit, breads, eggs etc. breakfast is served from 7am-10am daily. Would stay again but with it we’re closer to the city center since we were walking.

This is a nice quiet out of the way spot. Not so good if you are on foot, but fine if you have a car. Small, cold pools (we went in January) but the restaurant/bar are good food and drinks at reasonable prices. a solid 7 on a scale of 10.

We had a beautiful, cool room on the ground floor. It is about 10 - 15 minutes walk to the main square, felt very safe. And 10 minutes walk to cenote Zaci (go in the morning, definitely worth a visit). Breakfast had many options and staff was very polite.

We stayed at Casa San Juan for 4 nights in December. We had a fantastic time. This little hotel is wonderful and their staff is very nice. The rooms were clean, everything in working condition, the beds and shower were great. The restaurant has great food. It has everything you can ask for. The breakfast buffet which was included with our stay was so convenient and the staff was always very friendly and helpful. They had a party on Christmas night and it was just a perfect night for our family. Valladolid is such a great town, very beautiful, with so much to see and do. We definitely enjoy staying here and would stay here again in the future. The only thing if I have to mention something that could improve is the wifi is not very reliable so if you are travelling with little kids it might be an issue for them, also getting in and out of the parking lot is hard! And the pool was too cold in December so we couldnt enjoy it. Walking downtown takes maybe 15 mins and at night it might not feel super safe but it is, Valladolid is a very safe town to walk at any hour. We loved it. Thank you Casa San Juan.

Nuestra estancia en general fue muy buena, el cuarto fue muy cómodo y el ambiente en general es muy ameno y familiar. Algo a destacar es el restaurante que manejan. Por la tarde hacen pizzas al horno de leña y están muy ricas, además de que hay más opciones como hamburguesas, algunas entradas y pastas. Lo único que sí fue algo difícil fue el desayuno del otro día. Había demasiada gente, pocas mesas y el servicio igual es un poco lento. Pero, de ahí en fuera todo estuvo perfecto.

Wir waren eine Nacht da und es war perfekt! Süße Anlage. Denkt man gar nicht wenn man noch auf der Straße ist. Man kann das Auto direkt im Hof vor der Tür parken. Das Frühstück war super!
