The location is a bit remote and a walk to the sea. The room was spacious and roomy. The owner was helpful with getting an early mirning taxi. Coffee and tea was available in the room and some packaged snacks. Restaurants were hard to find. We had a cancelled floght so had to find a quick room for one night and this location is an easy and close drive to the Athens airport.

The host is the best - was super helpful ordering us food , carrying our bags, and arranging for a taxi. The third-floor unit has two wonderful decks with outstanding views of the neighborhood, even to the ocean.

Basic accommodation but spotlessly clean. Owner is very nice and very helpful. Downside is the travelling to and from the airport which cost us an extra 70 euros.

The owner is wonderful and super helpful. He told us several restaurants that were nearby and good to visit. The room was a little underwhelming, though. The bed was squeeky, even if you just moved a little. There is a dog outside that started barking in the middle of the night and woke us up. The parking area is a driveway that is somewhat steep and not really made for several vehicles. It is located in a small town, which is nice, but takes several narrow, windy roads to reach.

There is no airport shuttle. They call a taxi for you in the morning that tou pay for. Breakfast is a collection of snacks in the room. It was clean and relatively comfortable other than that. Overall, it works as long as you know what you are getting

Nice and clean and quiet. Quaint little place. If you can't do stairs, ask for a lower suite. The area was convenient to the airport but no shops or restaurants close by. It wasn't the nicest area but it was safe and clean and perfect for what we needed.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Empfang, dem Zimmer und den verschiedenen Aufmerksamkeiten, die für uns vorbereitet wurden. Das Zimmer hatte allerdings einen unangenehmen Geruch, der vielleicht mit dem Whirlpool oder der Reinigungstechnik zusammenhing. Dennoch können wir das Hotel empfehlen, da es sehr ruhig ist und nur 20 Autominuten vom Athener Flughafen entfernt liegt.

Considering this was the closest place I could find near the airport, Artemida is a quiet residential community, sheltered from airplane noise by the mountain. The room was clean, spacious, and restful, with a beautiful patio (top floor). Just what I needed on my layover in Athens. Thank you for the stay!

C'est très loin d'Athènes. Pour s'y rendre en transport en commun ça prend 1h30. Pour se rendre dans un restaurant ou prendre l'autobus, il faut marcher 30 minutes. Il n'a pas de douche. C'est un bain avec une douche téléphone. Le lit n'est pas confortable. On ne peut pas mettre de papier de toilette dans la toilette. Ils ne sont pas venu faire la chambre quand on n'était pas là (donc la poubelle de la toilette n'a pas été vidé, il commençait à avoir des odeurs). Ça ne ressemble pas à un hôtel. Il a seulement 4 chambres. Il n'a pas de réception 24/24. C'est seulement de 16:00 à 22:00. Nous avions communiqué avec lui par courriel car nous avions des interrogations et il ne nous a jamais répondu. Il a fallu lui renvoyer un autre courriel un peu plus insistant pour que l'on puisse avoir une réponse à nos interrogations.

Worst sleep. Hardest beds of my life. No covers just sheets. The AC is either too cold or to hor. There where no way to change the ACs temperature. No blinds or other to cover the windows properly. Out in nowhere with 25 minutes to the nearest restaurant or store.

Sortiris is an incredible host at an incredible property! When our plane landed in Athens it was starting to get late and I was worried about getting into our accommodations because my US phone wasn't connecting to the Greek network as it was supposed to. I called what I hoped was the phone number (found on the web using airport wifi) from the cab and a cheerful Sortiris answered, told us the best way for the cab to find the property and assured me that he would be there to let us in. When we arrived he took us to our beautiful room with a birdseye view of Athens. Every little thing had been thought of and he even graciously provided a few extras that we needed. The next morning we woke up to the breathtaking view of the city, with a glimpse of the Aegean Sea at the horizon. Sortiris had arranged a taxi for us and after a lovely breakfast on the balcony we made it to the airport in plenty of time for our connecting flight. In a country that sets a high bar for hospitality, Sortiris and Artemis Greenhill exceeded all of our expectations. Ehpheristo -- we hope to see you again on another visit!

This was a great place for our last night before flying out the next day. It's not easily walkable to restaurants for the evening but you can easily cab to those nearer the water or the owner will help place a delivery order. One of the nicer Greek restaurants even will send a car to pick you up and get you back with no extra charge. This is SO MUCH better than staying at the hotels near the airport with a spacious layout for the family and great balcony. We wish we had gotten in a little earlier to hit the nearby ancient sites. FYI: It really confused our taxi driver that we were going to Artemida, so be sure you insist you're not going into Athens proper.
This was a great place for our last night before flying out the next day. The owner, who spoke good English, was very helpful. (We missed our connecting flight from Athens airport to the island of Paris because our plane arrived in Athens late.) he called a friend who came and got us and took us to wonderful restaurant by the sea, then returned us to the house. He also arranged an early morning cab ride back to the airport to get our connecting flight. Simple but lovely accommodations a quiet neighborhood.

The location is a bit remote and a walk to the sea. The room was spacious and roomy. The owner was helpful with getting an early mirning taxi. Coffee and tea was available in the room and some packaged snacks. Restaurants were hard to find. We had a cancelled floght so had to find a quick room for one night and this location is an easy and close drive to the Athens airport.

Considering this was the closest place I could find near the airport, Artemida is a quiet residential community, sheltered from airplane noise by the mountain. The room was clean, spacious, and restful, with a beautiful patio (top floor). Just what I needed on my layover in Athens. Thank you for the stay!

This was a great place for our last night before flying out the next day. It's not easily walkable to restaurants for the evening but you can easily cab to those nearer the water or the owner will help place a delivery order. One of the nicer Greek restaurants even will send a car to pick you up and get you back with no extra charge. This is SO MUCH better than staying at the hotels near the airport with a spacious layout for the family and great balcony. We wish we had gotten in a little earlier to hit the nearby ancient sites. FYI: It really confused our taxi driver that we were going to Artemida, so be sure you insist you're not going into Athens proper.

The owner is wonderful and super helpful. He told us several restaurants that were nearby and good to visit. The room was a little underwhelming, though. The bed was squeeky, even if you just moved a little. There is a dog outside that started barking in the middle of the night and woke us up. The parking area is a driveway that is somewhat steep and not really made for several vehicles. It is located in a small town, which is nice, but takes several narrow, windy roads to reach.

A wonderful host who stayed up late to let us in when our flight was delayed. A large room in an older house not too far from the airport, but many twists and turns of the road to get there. Don’t go without GPS! Basic cold breakfast waiting in the refrigerator, French press or instant coffee.

Very clean, comfortable bed, A/C worked perfectly. Host ordered our takeout dinner so we didn’t have to go out. Stayed one night to be close to airport to take a flight next day.

There is no airport shuttle. They call a taxi for you in the morning that tou pay for. Breakfast is a collection of snacks in the room. It was clean and relatively comfortable other than that. Overall, it works as long as you know what you are getting

Great overnight near airport. The snacks were useful as we were too late for food despite the young man trying to order for us. Ignore nav comedy short cuts and stick to the tarmac routes!

This place is definitely off the beaten path but the owner is very helpful. He even got a ride for us to an amazing restaurant right by the sea. It was a quiet, lovely stay.

Good 15 Min taxi drive from airport to house. Very convenient if you have to fly out early. Quiet neighborhood with a 20 Min walk to very pretty beach. Host was very communicative and arranged excellent taxi.

Great find on Expedia. 15 minutes from airport, and had a great view of the Ocean! Owner was so helpful. He reserved our taxi to the airport for the next day right at check-in. We wanted to get some dinner, and he not only recommended the best pizza, but called and ordered for us. My daughter was enamored by his dogs. They are penned up, but so sweet. This is a great find if you need something close to the airport amd also very comfortable!
