It was one of the best hotels I been to, but they only give you 2 towels (not even wash towels), which is not enough for a week stay. And no stand in the shower where you can put your shampoo or body wash

Check in was a nightmare. The front desk lady had an attitude and screamed at me when I was trying to confirm that they did not have my room that I paid for. She told me they had a different one and when I was asking for clarification she screamed at me and told me she no longer had the other room available either. She said she had the right to refuse service and had no rooms available. I finally calmed her down a little but still it was unacceptable. Room was disgusting with cobwebs in the corners, mold in the closet and other locations. The shower was handicap and had no mount to hang the showerhead when trying to clean up. No blankets for the beds. Only thing they served for breakfast were old mini muffins and coffee.

Everything about the place is mediocre at best, and despite their advertisement claiming they offer a complimentary continental breakfast, they don’t.

Stayed 3 nights

The amenities were below standard. No face towels. No soap or body wash. We had to change rooms because of air condition leak on carpet. Bedcover has stains. No breakfast was provided. The manager (Dee) on duty told me at night before going to sleep that breakfast is 6am to 9am. The morning shift manager in the morning told me kitchen under repair. We checked out, stayed one night instead of three booked. Did not give me my refund for unused two days.
