Dommage une personne à l’accueil pour la réception des clients donc un certain temps d’attente… Nous sommes arrivés à 16h. Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses, propres et joliment décorées. Literie excellente pour nous. Parking facilement accessible. C’est certain nous reviendrons 😀

Bon hotel proche du port, chambres propres et bien équipées. piscine, sauna, salle fitness sur place. le service est indigne d'un 4 etoiles : pas de fruit au petit déjeuner, le cuiseur a oeufs n'est pas branché a 8h du matin 2 fois sur les 3 nuits. Les produis ne sont pas mieux que dans un 2 étoiles. Au niveau de la piscine, eau trouble. Le sauna n'est pas chauffé le soir malgré la réservation faite le matin. Le veilleur de nuit, Karim est tres bien , bravo pour la qualité de son service.

Elevator out of service. Nobody in until 9 am to help with luggage. Disappointed with that. Had to empty all of the trash in your room and take to dumpster or you will be charged a fee. Im not a messy person, but i am on vacation and paying a lot to stay at they hotel. Check in is too late 5pm needs to be a little earlier for the price

Personnel à l’arrivé très froid et antipathique, on nous réclame une caution de 150,00 € qui n’était pas prévu . Ascenseurs indisponible depuis décembre 2023 avec chambre au deuxième et au quatrième. Évier salle de bain bouché 1 petite bouteille d’eau pour deux et pour les 4 jours. Chambre pas faite durant tout le séjour. Piscine moyennement chauffée et insalubre travaux à prévoir. Literie confortable.

Locatie prima. Orde & netheid openbare ruimten beneden de maat en de kamer werd helemaal niet schoongemaakt gedurende ons verblijf van 5 nachten. Geen handdoeken op de kamer, vlekken in vloerbedekking en kitchenette niet bruikbaar. Alle dagen geen WIFI beschikbaar en geen bronwater op de kamer. Kortom totaal niet zoals beschrijving.

En primer lugar a parte de pagar la estancia total te piden una paga y señal de 150€ por daños…cuando entramos en el apartamento había una baldosa del baño rota y la vitro cerámica no funcionaba, además de estar muy sucio. Bastante mal la verdad

Apartment room was quite dirty and needs updating - carpet had heavy staining throughout. It’s safe to say also that it is laughable that they do not provide clean towels to guests without charge. The air-con/ceiling area of our room made a terribly loud buzzing/drilling noise every 1-3 minutes, which made sleeping quite difficult. We informed the reception staff and manager of this issue and were initially told they would look into finding another room for us. We subsequently packed our stuff and when we informed them we had packed, they told us there were no rooms for the rest of our stay but that they would look at sorting the issue with maintenance. We approached them later and were told that maintenance said it was noises from ‘aspiration’ and the receptionist told us there was nothing she could do. It seemed like a ‘tough luck’ sort of response with little sympathy given. No compensation was offered to us even though they acknowledged that there was an audible, continuous noise in the room. The shower also had a loose part which cause this to drip all night. The aircon turns off after a while meaning you have to get up in the night to turn this back on. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

The Nemea apart hotel is in an excellent location for central Cannes, the Croisette and for shops, bars, and restaurants. The facilities are good and the check in is efficient and friendly. The rooms have good facilities, comfortable beds, and good showers. It’s great to have a kitchenette, fridge, dishwasher etc. too. The rooms do need some attention in terms of carpet cleaning/vacuuming, sofa had stains on it. which should have been cleaned prior to arrival, as did the mattress, and our fridge door wouldn’t close properly and just needed general maintenance to keep the facilities in good condition for guests. Overall, a good, secure, and well equipped apart-hotel, with good facilities, and is good value for money.

Worst hotel in Cannes. Treacherous and misleading pricing, beware of the attractive rates! They pre-authorize the highest possible amount with no clear or fixed rate, charging at will. The service is terrible. The receptionist who checked me in was rude and unprofessional, took my concerns personally, and refused to listen when I explained that I wasn’t aware of their pre-authorization policy. She was also uncooperative and disrespectful toward the Expedia staff handling my case.

Terrible service from some staff members- rude! Where have you heard that you need to pay to change your bath towel! For the price I am not sure I would want to put up with some of their staff. Although some( male staff) were very helpful and great service!

Some of the staff were great, but 2 were rude and not helpful. I also didn’t like taking out my own trash. If you want guests to take out their own trash out, you should provide more durable bags and more than one, especially if you have to leave the building to take the trash out.

Sehr unflexibel was check out betrifft. Unser Flug ging erst Abends und wir mussten um 11 Uhr das Appartment verlassen. Es wurde nur 1 mal gereinigt in 1 Woche.

Elevator out of service. Nobody in until 9 am to help with luggage. Disappointed with that. Had to empty all of the trash in your room and take to dumpster or you will be charged a fee. Im not a messy person, but i am on vacation and paying a lot to stay at they hotel. Check in is too late 5pm needs to be a little earlier for the price

Not very welcoming. Reception staff not very helpful. One was very rude (Tatiana). Vital information not given at check-in which resulted in added costs to my stay that I totally disagree with and would like to contest. Was not informed regarding the fact that we had to take out our own refuse at the end. Was told one complimentary cleaning of the apartment was included as we stayed for 7 days which never materialised. We constantly cleaned our apartment during our stay as we have 2 small children. Was told at check-out that we left the place extremely dirty. However this is not true, as the only thing that was left in the apartment was two well organised refuse bags (one recyclables and one general trash would have taken them out if I knew!). During our stay on the times I took the refuse out, the refuse area in the RJ level was unsafe with wooden pallets all over the place and bins that were over flowing with trash. Breakfast bar light not working. Bathroom sink clogged and takes ages to drain. A/C was controlled centrally and was set to heating even though the room was registering 26C! Heavily stained carpet and dirty floors. Had to keep footwear on at all times. Fire alarm went off around 7.30am on Thursday 17th April, had to quickly get up and evacuate the building with 2 small children. No fire drill protocol was followed. No fire marshals present. Fire alarm was due to burnt toast in the breakfast area. No staff came to apologise to the customers. Very unprofessional

L’emplacement est idéal à quelques mètres de la gare et a quelques minutes à pied du palais des festivals et de la Croisette. L’accueil très bien et une totale autonomie pour le reste, on a l’impression d’être sans son appartement de vacances ! Le petit moins c’est qu’il y faisait vraiment trop chaud. Je n’ai pas testé le SPA, une prochaine fois car je reviendrai et je recommande.

Très mauvaise gestion, la 1ère chambre donnée à 16h n'était pas lavée. On a eu la surprise que d'autre client ont pu rentrer dans notre chambre en pleine nuit, encore une erreur d'affectation, scandaleux et flippant. Ptit déjeuner très cher (16€) pour le choix proposé.

Bon hotel proche du port, chambres propres et bien équipées. piscine, sauna, salle fitness sur place. le service est indigne d'un 4 etoiles : pas de fruit au petit déjeuner, le cuiseur a oeufs n'est pas branché a 8h du matin 2 fois sur les 3 nuits. Les produis ne sont pas mieux que dans un 2 étoiles. Au niveau de la piscine, eau trouble. Le sauna n'est pas chauffé le soir malgré la réservation faite le matin. Le veilleur de nuit, Karim est tres bien , bravo pour la qualité de son service.

Locaux chambre espaces communs parking confort prestations générales matérielles très très bien MAIS personnel (employés à l’accueil, au petit déjeuner notamment) pas à la hauteur, par exemple il n’y avait personne à l’accueil à l’arrivée comme au départ, pas de sonnette pour annoncer notre présence, on est obligé d’attendre qu’un réceptionniste arrive, idem pour le petit déjeuner il manque plein de choses(couvert ou aliments) et la présence de l’employée est très intermittente… indigne d’un 4 étoiles, alors que tout le reste est top. They didn't offer room service for the 6 nights I stayed there. Also you have to take out your own trash which was a hike from my room and you can only ask for towels once. My room was very nice but the toilet needs to be changed. there was a stain that was stuck and wouldn't come out. I was too tired to ask for another room. Overall, great location, beautiful property, most of the staffs were nice except for night shift. I probably wouldn't stay there again if only it's the only choice.
