Clean, secure, beautiful and friendly. Staff is excellent. Overall A . Stayed for 9 days so we did experience this hotel quite a bit. Prime location. Close to everything. Rooms are absolutely amazing and spacious. Get the master suite. Bar is A . Their tacos are excellent. Music has a good vibe. Great yoga classes. Gets packed on weekend but we always had a bed on the beach thanks to Sheriff. Many many thanks to Delek family, Sheriff, Abigail, Manuel, Eduardo, Hanibal, Ximez and special thanks to Steff and the manager for taking care of my wife’s sprained ankle. Tezmacal ceremony with Francisco is a must. Wish we could’ve done it everyday. Ice baths were fun. Imix tattoo artist was creative. We felt at home and will surely be coming back.

Had an amazing week at Delek, the hotel, staff and overall experience was just what we needed. Right on the beach with a much needed pool to lounge in when the sun got too much. Beach front hotels in Tulum are not cheap and Delek is no exception but you get what you pay for. 5 star location and service. Rooms are tastefully designed and serviced an maintained to a great standard. Great beds and linens. Rooms to the rear suffer from street noise from the surrounding clubs (which they warn you about) but those beach facing ones have no such issues. Many of the other hotels have beachclubs aimed at the party all day crowd whereas Delek is more chilled Ibiza vibe. Usually some entertainment in the late afternoon; live music sets; or a dj; but again all geared to keep the vibe relaxed. Restaurant providing high end takes on Mexican classics; seafood, tacos, cerviches, and more mainstream standards. Good cocktails and chilled beers... they also take their eco responsibilities seriously unlike others who seem to pay lip service to them. While we were there we wandered into one of two other similar hotels for breakfast; drinks etc for a nosey; but left convinced that Delek overall provided the best balance of style, comfort, service and relaxation that we wanted.

Excellent property!! They have a new swimming pool facing the ocean with a bar. Great location, right at the party zone. Easy access to restaurants and parties. You will definitely hear the music at night though.

Such an awesome resort, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and the hotel/rooms were so unique and amazing, very eco friendly and comfortable. The morning coffee delivered to our room daily was an awesome treat, the property is in such a great location. The beach is beautiful and the hotel restaurant food was great as well. The beach club staff was always friendly and always accommodating and made our stay very enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Delek. They had some issues with the key to our room when we arrived, so they offered us an upgrade to a bigger ocean view room for half the stay, which was a nice gesture. They also gave us an extra free welcome drink because the upgraded room wasn't ready until 5:30 pm We came by rental car but parking wasn't an issue even though the hotel has limited parking. We had of course ensured that they reserved a spot for us. The rooms are clean, nicely decorated and has both AC and fan. The water pipes in the bathrooms are very rusty, but it seems like its a purposeful "look". The water pressure was good. The power sometimes comes and goes but it seems they have backup generators that kicks in shortly after. One of the days we didn't have running water or WiFi for the whole day though. It was fixed again in the evening. The restaurant menu wasn't that exciting looking and of course priced on the higher end because of the beach location so we only ate outside of the hotel. The beach is nice and didn't have too much seaweed during our stay. We didn't see the staff remove seaweed as in some hotels, but it might be because there wasn't much. The Beach Club also allowed visitors from outside during the day. During our stay they only had a DJ playing loud music one of the days. The rest was pieceful and quiet. Depending on the room there will be loud music from Ilios across the street until 3 AM. We didn't experience this in the ocean front room tho.

Fully enjoyed my recent stay at the Delek hotel. The hotel property is beautiful and all the staff was incredible. Each person we interacted with was so helpful and friendly. Delek does a great job making guests feel relaxed and taken care of. There are plenty of activity offerings at the property (I loved experiencing the Sunday Temazcal) and we enjoyed the morning coffee service brought to the room each day. The beach cabanas were awesome and drink/food service was great! Would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay at Delek again.

I did hours of research wanting something chill, safe, beachfront, and actually giving jungle vibes. Delek nailed it. A few days before our trip they emailed saying the pool would be closed, so yes, I pulled a small Karen and asked for a discount. They offered breakfast and restaurant credit which we took! When we arrived, we instantly forgot about the pool. The staff is unbelievably kind.. welcome drinks, a full tour, and the whole property is gorgeous. It’s right in the hotel zone but surprisingly quiet. People in other reviews acting like the beach club bass kept them up must have superhuman hearing, because we slept like babies. Our room was spotless, cozy, and had a partial ocean view. Beach club seating is guaranteed for guests (huge win). The pool actually reopened halfway through our stay, but honestly we barely used it because the ocean was warm, clear, and perfect. The restaurant food.. incredible! Easily the best we had in the area. And the free breakfast? FULL meals. Chilaquiles, pancakes, chicken sandwiches, green juice… American hotel breakfast could never. Service is next-level. They give you a WhatsApp number and whatever you need shows up in two minutes. Ice, towels, scooters.. anything. Every single staff member was amazing. Special shoutout to Steph, who clearly keeps the place running with good energy. We stayed Monday–Friday and were genuinely sad to leave. Zero complaints, all compliments. WILL be back soon!

The service was awesome, everything was clean and well maintained. I have stayed in multiple places in the hotel zone and this is my favorite of them all. My husband and I didn’t hear any noise which was one of the biggest concern from other reviews. We stayed in room 1 and it was absolutely perfect! Highly recommended. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at Delek was perfect from start to finish. The hotel knew straight away we were in Tulum to celebrate my birthday and went above and beyond to accommodate and celebrate us. We were offered a free room upgrade which was so fabulous however both rooms were equally beautiful and spotless and had the true Tulum feel. The restaurant/beach staff couldn’t have been nicer. The food and drinks were excellent and access to all big clubs/restaurants was so easy, it really is the perfect location. We can’t wait to come back

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, beautifully , and very comfortable. The location was ideal close to everything.We had lunch by the beach everyday, It was delicious with plenty of options. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality . Highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back!

Great hotel. Loved the atmosphere. In between all the spots to go party but there is no club at the hotel so it is nice and peacefull when you want it to be. The beach we kept well and rooms cleaned daily. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

This property was absolutely enchanting. The attention to detail in design and decor was evident. I truly appreciated the comfort of the furnishings and the property's cleanliness. As a solo traveler, safety is always a concern. There was never a moment when my safety was in question. The staff was amazing however, the jewel to the crown was definitely Fernando. Fernando greeted me at the entrance and was the epitome of professionalism and hospitality throughout my stay. I experienced a minor medical emergency and his rapid response was extraordinary. If you have the opportunity to visit this amazing hotel, please do!

We enjoyed our stay at Delek. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They helped us book airport transportation and also helped when we wanted to rent a scooter. The beach was clean considering it is sea weed season. Yes, you can hear the music but this is from other establishments across the street. I brought earplugs and had no problem falling asleep. The room is nice. I would recommend this hotel.

Had an amazing week at Delek, the hotel, staff and overall experience was just what we needed. Right on the beach with a much needed pool to lounge in when the sun got too much. Beach front hotels in Tulum are not cheap and Delek is no exception but you get what you pay for. 5 star location and service. Rooms are tastefully designed and serviced an maintained to a great standard. Great beds and linens. Rooms to the rear suffer from street noise from the surrounding clubs (which they warn you about) but those beach facing ones have no such issues. Many of the other hotels have beachclubs aimed at the party all day crowd whereas Delek is more chilled Ibiza vibe. Usually some entertainment in the late afternoon; live music sets; or a dj; but again all geared to keep the vibe relaxed. Restaurant providing high end takes on Mexican classics; seafood, tacos, cerviches, and more mainstream standards. Good cocktails and chilled beers... they also take their eco responsibilities seriously unlike others who seem to pay lip service to them. While we were there we wandered into one of two other similar hotels for breakfast; drinks etc for a nosey; but left convinced that Delek overall provided the best balance of style, comfort, service and relaxation that we wanted.

We enjoyed the beautiful rooms and location of Delek. It's at the center of everything and close to the buzzworthy restaurants. It is loud at night because of this, but it didn't bother us. The beachfront is a dream.

Our room was very nice! The outdoor bathroom with view of the ocean along with the bathtub with great ocean view was a very nice experience. Staff was very nice and always ready to cater to you. Overall, I would definitely return to delek.

The ocean view master suite was amazing. Could walk 20 ft to the beach and fall asleep to the sound of waves every night. Staff was very attentive, responded to WhatsApp messages immediately and took care of everything we needed, including atv rental.

The property location is amazing. In the middle of everything. The rooms are rustic so don't expect a 5 star room but it's just different. Not your traditional room but it's the best for that type. People complain about no hot water in other reviews but u really don't need hot water as the water in warm naturally. If you leave the water on for a long while u get hot water. That's normal. The one thing that might bother other people is the loud music from the bars near by. For me it was not a problem because I'm heavy sleeper. For your information the music stay late on Friday and Saturday but other days it's not an issue. I would stay there again. There beach is nice and clean but a bit wavy. Staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help.

Staff is amazing. So friendly and really care about their property! Accommodations are top notch and really gives you the beach / jungle vibe. Complimentary coffee and fresh pasties every morning is the best. Definitely gets loud at night but the ear plugs are there if needed! We cannot wait to coke back. Overall my stay was pretty enjoyable. I really like the spacious room and ocean view. And the service was always attentive and nice. My only complaint is about the water. The first day the water tasted really salty while brushing my teeth. And on my second day the water started to have a very strong bleach smell which is even worse. I also stayed at another hotel this time in Tulum and didn’t encounter such problem. So I think the problem is just with Delek.

Rooms are beautiful and the staff are beyond amazing. We like to try different places but will be hard to not come back here. Little noisy on the street but we stayed in peak season so can’t be helped.

The service was awesome, everything was clean and well maintained. I have stayed in multiple places in the hotel zone and this is my favorite of them all. My husband and I didn’t hear any noise which was one of the biggest concern from other reviews. We stayed in room 1 and it was absolutely perfect! Highly recommended. We will definitely be back!

Highly recommend staying here! Great location and accommodations. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful as well! Room was great and air conditioned. Front desk was extremely responsive when texted for requests. Excellent food too!

Delek is an amazing option if you are looking to stay in the hotel zone of Tulum. The staff is simply amazing!! They respond to your needs so quickly, and are extremely accommodating. Cannot wait to be back at Delek! 5/5 stars!

I did hours of research wanting something chill, safe, beachfront, and actually giving jungle vibes. Delek nailed it. A few days before our trip they emailed saying the pool would be closed, so yes, I pulled a small Karen and asked for a discount. They offered breakfast and restaurant credit which we took! When we arrived, we instantly forgot about the pool. The staff is unbelievably kind.. welcome drinks, a full tour, and the whole property is gorgeous. It’s right in the hotel zone but surprisingly quiet. People in other reviews acting like the beach club bass kept them up must have superhuman hearing, because we slept like babies. Our room was spotless, cozy, and had a partial ocean view. Beach club seating is guaranteed for guests (huge win). The pool actually reopened halfway through our stay, but honestly we barely used it because the ocean was warm, clear, and perfect. The restaurant food.. incredible! Easily the best we had in the area. And the free breakfast? FULL meals. Chilaquiles, pancakes, chicken sandwiches, green juice… American hotel breakfast could never. Service is next-level. They give you a WhatsApp number and whatever you need shows up in two minutes. Ice, towels, scooters.. anything. Every single staff member was amazing. Special shoutout to Steph, who clearly keeps the place running with good energy. We stayed Monday–Friday and were genuinely sad to leave. Zero complaints, all compliments. WILL be back soon!

Location location location! What a beautiful property which is centrally located. Everything is within walking distance. Super helpful front desk that made our stay so comfortable and seem less from the moment you make the reservation! Airport transfers, restaurant reservations ,recommendations of activities, etc etc etc everything was taken care of, smallest of the details. Come and get pampered. True vacation.

This property was absolutely enchanting. The attention to detail in design and decor was evident. I truly appreciated the comfort of the furnishings and the property's cleanliness. As a solo traveler, safety is always a concern. There was never a moment when my safety was in question. The staff was amazing however, the jewel to the crown was definitely Fernando. Fernando greeted me at the entrance and was the epitome of professionalism and hospitality throughout my stay. I experienced a minor medical emergency and his rapid response was extraordinary. If you have the opportunity to visit this amazing hotel, please do!

Rooms are very nice, however the service is awful. Paid $900/night during peak holiday season and it took over 40min to get a sparkling water from the beach club. They prioritize the patrons off the beach over the guests of the hotel. Hotel is in a great location close to everything. Hotel is extremely over priced for what it offers. Out of all the hotels I have stayed at during my 2 week trip in Tulum, I would not recommend this one unless you are here just for the location.

Clean, secure, beautiful and friendly. Staff is excellent. Overall A . Stayed for 9 days so we did experience this hotel quite a bit. Prime location. Close to everything. Rooms are absolutely amazing and spacious. Get the master suite. Bar is A . Their tacos are excellent. Music has a good vibe. Great yoga classes. Gets packed on weekend but we always had a bed on the beach thanks to Sheriff. Many many thanks to Delek family, Sheriff, Abigail, Manuel, Eduardo, Hanibal, Ximez and special thanks to Steff and the manager for taking care of my wife’s sprained ankle. Tezmacal ceremony with Francisco is a must. Wish we could’ve done it everyday. Ice baths were fun. Imix tattoo artist was creative. We felt at home and will surely be coming back.

Excellent property!! They have a new swimming pool facing the ocean with a bar. Great location, right at the party zone. Easy access to restaurants and parties. You will definitely hear the music at night though.

Fint strandområde. Hyggelig personale. Praktisk at man kan kontakte personale og bestille roomservice gjennom WhatsApp. Ganske dyrt med både mat og drikke, men det gjenspeiler seg egentlig ved hele dette området.

Had an amazing week at Delek, the hotel, staff and overall experience was just what we needed. Right on the beach with a much needed pool to lounge in when the sun got too much. Beach front hotels in Tulum are not cheap and Delek is no exception but you get what you pay for. 5 star location and service. Rooms are tastefully designed and serviced an maintained to a great standard. Great beds and linens. Rooms to the rear suffer from street noise from the surrounding clubs (which they warn you about) but those beach facing ones have no such issues. Many of the other hotels have beachclubs aimed at the party all day crowd whereas Delek is more chilled Ibiza vibe. Usually some entertainment in the late afternoon; live music sets; or a dj; but again all geared to keep the vibe relaxed. Restaurant providing high end takes on Mexican classics; seafood, tacos, cerviches, and more mainstream standards. Our stay at Delek was perfect from start to finish. The hotel knew straight away we were in Tulum to celebrate my birthday and went above and beyond to accommodate and celebrate us. We were offered a free room upgrade which was so fabulous however both rooms were equally beautiful and spotless and had the true Tulum feel. The restaurant/beach staff couldn’t have been nicer. The food and drinks were excellent and access to all big clubs/restaurants was so easy, it really is the perfect location. We can’t wait to come back

Such an awesome resort, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and the hotel/rooms were so unique and amazing, very eco friendly and comfortable. The morning coffee delivered to our room daily was an awesome treat, the property is in such a great location. The beach is beautiful and the hotel restaurant food was great as well. The beach club staff was always friendly and always accommodating and made our stay very enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Delek. They had some issues with the key to our room when we arrived, so they offered us an upgrade to a bigger ocean view room for half the stay, which was a nice gesture. They also gave us an extra free welcome drink because the upgraded room wasn't ready until 5:30 pm We came by rental car but parking wasn't an issue even though the hotel has limited parking. We had of course ensured that they reserved a spot for us. The rooms are clean, nicely decorated and has both AC and fan. The water pipes in the bathrooms are very rusty, but it seems like its a purposeful "look". The water pressure was good. The power sometimes comes and goes but it seems they have backup generators that kicks in shortly after. One of the days we didn't have running water or WiFi for the whole day though. It was fixed again in the evening. The restaurant menu wasn't that exciting looking and of course priced on the higher end because of the beach location so we only ate outside of the hotel. The beach is nice and didn't have too much seaweed during our stay. We didn't see the staff remove seaweed as in some hotels, but it might be because there wasn't much. The Beach Club also allowed visitors from outside during the day. During our stay they only had a DJ playing loud music one of the days. The rest was pieceful and quiet. Depending on the room there will be loud music from Ilios across the street until 3 AM. We didn't experience this in the ocean front room tho.

I did hours of research wanting something chill, safe, beachfront, and actually giving jungle vibes. Delek nailed it. A few days before our trip they emailed saying the pool would be closed, so yes, I pulled a small Karen and asked for a discount. They offered breakfast and restaurant credit which we took! When we arrived, we instantly forgot about the pool. The staff is unbelievably kind.. welcome drinks, a full tour, and the whole property is gorgeous. It’s right in the hotel zone but surprisingly quiet. People in other reviews acting like the beach club bass kept them up must have superhuman hearing, because we slept like babies. Our room was spotless, cozy, and had a partial ocean view. Beach club seating is guaranteed for guests (huge win). The pool actually reopened halfway through our stay, but honestly we barely used it because the ocean was warm, clear, and perfect. The restaurant food.. incredible! Easily the best we had in the area. And the free breakfast? FULL meals. Chilaquiles, pancakes, chicken sandwiches, green juice… American hotel breakfast could never. Service is next-level. They give you a WhatsApp number and whatever you need shows up in two minutes. Ice, towels, scooters.. anything. Every single staff member was amazing. Special shoutout to Steph, who clearly keeps the place running with good energy. We stayed Monday–Friday and were genuinely sad to leave. Zero complaints, all compliments. WILL be back soon!

We visited recently for 6 times in Tulum . This is our destination every year for anniversary and birthday celebrations. We loved everything, staff is great , Camila at the host desk is absolutely sweetheart. Food is always delicious and drinks on top . They made sure that anniversary and husband birthday was acknowledged.The experience is always amazing . Thank you Delek ♥️

Rooms are very nice, however the service is awful. Paid $900/night during peak holiday season and it took over 40min to get a sparkling water from the beach club. They prioritize the patrons off the beach over the guests of the hotel. Hotel is in a great location close to everything. Hotel is extremely over priced for what it offers. Out of all the hotels I have stayed at during my 2 week trip in Tulum, I would not recommend this one unless you are here just for the location.

Can’t say enough great things about the Delek. My second time there and will be booking it again in another 3 months. Amazing and friendly staff, very clean room, amazing food and drinks, and surrounded by top notch restaurants and shopping.

Is a very beautiful hotel in front of the beach with amazing views. The staff were very friendly and professional. It’s a little noisy because there’s clubs / music around it but that’s the vibe of Tulum. I highly recommend this place.

Nous avions pris la chambre vue mer, avec la grande terrasse. Notre seul regret est qu'il y avait des transat entre notre terrasse et le mer (même si ils étaient vides le plus souvent). Le personnel est très sympathique. Le resto est bien et la musique pas trop forte. La chambre était magnifique, tout comme la salle de bain

What can I say… this sweet spot really left an impression on us. The intimacy of the property was the first thing I noticed, with just 21 rooms perfectly tucked away it felt like your own little world. The rooms are stunning and extremely clean and well appointed. I am ordering the same Kassatex robe they had on property. Location is pretty perfect and found ourselves walking to cenotes and Michelin Star restaurants.The pool and lounge part of the beach are super chill and feel a little more local. This is a place not trying to hard, but still feels full of effort. On our last night we participated in the Temazcal and that was a treat and left us feeling connected. There is a club on the other side of the street. It plays loud music but we found ourselves being lulled to sleep by it. Even joking about what was the last song we remembered. I like to move around and rarely repeat coming back to the same place but I have a feeling I’ll be seeing Bungalow 6 again.
