Struttura a 4 stelle. Resort meraviglioso incastonato in un parco con vista mozzafiato. Piscina, svago, mare, relax, ecc. Pacchetto inclusive ma da calcolare molti extra a parte, come: aperitivi, acqua oltre alle due bottiglie di benvenuto in camera, gelati e tutto quello non incluso. Più si soggiorna più si spende. A mio parere, Ottimo per brevi permanenze per un paio di giorni. Location mozzafiato, nulla di invidiare a paesi esotici. Ombrellone e straio compresi in piscina e spiaggia con chiosco (sabbia scura, pietre e appena entri aqua alta) 2 asciugamani da spiaggia in dotazione. Bagno senza ciabatte da doccia. Occorrente bagno essenziale. Più di 350 stanze. Molte famiglie. Cani ammessi di piccola e media taglia. Il climatizzatore della camera si stacca non appena c'è una finestra aperta. Tanti eventi organizzati. Piscina per i piccoli e piccolo parco giochi. Molto verde. Resort di fronte alle isole eolie. Campo tennis, calcetto, ecc. Ci ritornerei.

Très Beau complexe. Le parc est magnifiquement entretenu et permet de belles balades et de supers points de vue. Parking sécurisé sur place. De nombreuses terrasses ou transats répartis dans le parc pour se poser.La piscine très grande eau chaude et beaucoup de transat…bar à côté avec musique d’ambiance. Petit déjeuner très complet. Le buffet est bien garni et varié mais 30€ c’est trop cher…à ce prix vous vous faites un bon resto à Cefalu…nous avons testé 2 autres resto dans le complexe : une pizzeria et un spécialité sicilenne les 2 face à la mer : très bon et prix très correct (attention non inclu dans la demi pension donc si vous avez le choix ne prenez pas la demi pension car le prix du buffet payé sur place est le même que celui qui est inclu). La chambre est spacieuse mais peu meublée…manque table et chaises. Très propre le ménage est fait tous les jours. Équipe d’animation sur place et soirées organisées. Petit bémol à l’accueil où il faut souvent attendre et peu d’infos communiquées à l’arrivée. Sinon le reste du personnel est très serviable même le directeur tourne souvent et n’hésite pas à vous demander si vous avez besoin de qqch… Bref super séjour dans cet hôtel club

Excellent resort avec un accès par ascenseur à la plage privée. Vues magnifiques. Excellent PDJ et dîner. Points négatifs : Non adapté à des couples car plus de 80% des clients étaient des familles italiennes avec des bébés. Très bruyant dans le restaurant… Dommage.

I was presently surprised when we arrived at this hotel as it is an all inclusive resort but isn’t advertised as one anywhere on Expedia and the hotel’s own website. We were only here for 2 nights but wish we were here for longer. The restaurants are great here and really good pizza. Absolutely stunning maintained gardens throughout the hotel and views of cefalu mountains. The only downsides I have to mention is that the hotel has a shuttle which isn’t advertised well as we ended up paying €60 for a return taxi to cefalu without being told upon check in that there is a free hotel shuffle available for us. The hotel is also poorly signposted with a lack of signage to illustrate where you are and where the bars and restaurants are (they are massively spread out) we ended up getting lost many times! Also the hotel needs to improve accessibility for all guests as there are no lifts and there are unnecessary added extra steps and stairs everywhere. I feel for those who require accessibility needs as this beautiful hotel isn’t suitable for them as a result.

Beautiful property outside of Cefalù. We had a car so easy to go into town. This hotel is searched on a beautiful bluff and has a lovely little beach that you take an elevator too. The pizza place was very good with amazing views. Very good value for the room.

Amazing hotel, perfect for families with kids. Very green and quite hotel in a beautiful locatlon.The kids pool is great, the other kids pool with slides is also wonderful. Breakfast is good and the sea is crystal clear! We liked the hotel a lot and would recommend definitely.

Bellissima struttura posta su un altura che domina la baia di Torre Chionca. Due spiagge, una di sabbia comoda ed accessibile con ascensore ed una per soli adulti su manto erboso e discesa a mare su scogli con scaletta in acque alte. Ottimo servizio bar in entrambe le opzioni che nella seconda è addirittura un ristorante dedicato; SCAUSO. Se il mare non ti va ? Piscina e solarium con diverse opzioni, sempre ben servite dal personale. Camere accoglienti, colazione di altissimo livello con tanta, troppa scelta e acqua fresca sempre a disposizione nella hall. Cena al PERSEO ottima, Cena al GRANO ottima… Da migliorare? La comunicazione dello staff che non t spiega gran che quando arrivi, devi girare la struttura per capirne il potenziale, la pizzeria è ottima ma il servizio lascia molto all’improvvisazione. Noi eravamo auto muniti ma nel caso non lo fossimo stati non organizzano navette con i paesi limitrofi, rimani dentro e magari cogli l’occasione per giocare a tennis (solo di giorno perché i campi non sono illuminati), Padel o calcetto. Voto? 8 Manca poco per essere da 10…sono certo che presto lo meriteranno

Camera fatiscente, porta rotta, poca pulizia. Abbiamo pagato una camera vista mare, ma dov’era il mare??si vedeva solo il giardino. abbiamo chiesto alla reception e ci hanno detto che per loro quello è il mare😂 Si salva solo la colazione.

On a tellement aimé que on a réserver une nuit de plus ! C’est simplement magnifique le l’hôtel, très bien entretenue, des vues à COUPER LE SOUFFLE !!! vraiment impressionner par ce beau site ! Avec une voiture c’est parfait !

Beschwerde wegen nicht erhaltener Zimmerkategorie und mangelnder Unterkunft. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und Terrasse gebucht. Mein Wunsch: im 1. OG. Leider erhielt ich bei meiner Ankunft ein Zimmer, dessen kleines Fenster direkt auf eine Hauswand zeigte. Erst nach über 3 Stunden (2 Stunden nach Ankunft und nochmals 1 Std. in der Nacht) an der Rezeption konnte mir schließlich ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen werden, dieses befand sich jedoch im Erdgeschoss und roch stark nach Schimmel. Ich empfinde dies als klare Vertragsverletzung sowie als unzumutbare Beeinträchtigung meines Aufenthalts. Ich fordere daher eine angemessene Rückerstattung des Preises bzw. eine Entschädigung. Meine Freundin hat 1/3 meines Preises bezahlt, da sie die billigste Kategorie gebucht hatte. Sie erhielt bei Ankunft ein upgrade und erhielt ein Zimmer mit Terrasse. Weitere Freunde kamen nachts an, erhielten 1 Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, das nach Schimmel roch und haben sofort ein Zimmer im 1. OG erhalten.

Bra hotell överlag men börjar bli lite slitet. Badhanddukarna luktade illa trots tvättade, rummet kändes mörkt och med dålig ventilation. AC:n funkade inte i barnrummet. Saknades varor i butiken på hotellet. Alldeles för dyrt för vad det var. Bra pool!

Abbiamo prenotato presso questa struttura un soggiorno di 7 notti in mezza pensione. Appena giunti il check in è stato freddo e poco accogliente e nonostante il resort sia enorme non ci è stato detto nulla e ci è stata consegnata una mappa. In camera, diversa da quella prenotata perché non aveva il terrazzino ma un affaccio al piano terra su un piccolo marciapiede (e solo una sedia), troviamo formiche e lombrichi (o millepiedi) vicino la portafinestra. La richiesta di un cambio camera ci viene negata perché la struttura è piena. Per pulire la camera ed essere ascoltati, sono servite due ore e non poco nervosismo per la proposta di altre due camere di molta più bassa categoria. Dopo aver pulito la camera, senza aver ricevuto scuse, emerge pure che la porta finestra era danneggiata. Ci siamo sentiti presi in giro e trattati con superficialità senza un minimo di disponibilità e comprensione. Colazione e cena ripetitivi e non entusiasmanti. Un 4 stelle, per noi, sopravvalutato.

Just book it! Gorgeous Views! Spacious beautiful rooms! Instagram worthy pics! Great location midway to Taormina, and close to Cefalu. I didn’t know what to expect. pictures were limited and their instagram does no justice. We have frequented Sicily many times as we have family and can say this hotel was a gem! Staff was super friendly, and handled any request quickly. We were a group of 13 and our parents celebrated their 50th wedding here and it went beautifully and smoothly all with planning from the US. The grounds are expansive with beautiful spaces and views to explore each day and golf carts to assist you in getting to the further locations. Highlights of our stay here; the glass elevator in the mountain that takes you down to sea level and The club at their private beach which was better than most located nearby. Plenty of sun chairs and wonderful cocktails seaside. The ocean dips quickly- so that was the only downside. Their main pool was lovely at day and night and the scenery was gorgeous. Their main dining buffet of local cuisine kept all of our 13 guests happy. Plenty of options including a gelato cart. We were worried breakfast wouldn’t be as complete but their waffles, bacon, eggs and fruit did not disappoint. We tried the gourmet experience dining option- only pick raw if you are truly adventurous. We loved their rustic outdoor dining venue serving pizzas. Thank you Mangia for the great memories!

Ich empfinde dies als klare Vertragsverletzung sowie als unzumutbare Beeinträchtigung meines Aufenthalts. Ich fordere daher eine angemessene Rückerstattung des Preises bzw. eine Entschädigung. Meine Freundin hat 1/3 meines Preises bezahlt, da sie die billigste Kategorie gebucht hatte. Sie erhielt bei Ankunft ein upgrade und erhielt ein Zimmer mit Terrasse. Die Lage ist wirklich toll und das Personla sehr freundlich, aber ansonsten war ich leider eher enttäuscht und finde, dass die Anlage 4 Sternen nicht gerecht wird. Ich hatte ein Deluxe-Zimmer gebucht in der Annahme, dass es einen Balkon hat (wie auf den Fotos abgebildet), aber offenbar gibt es viele Zimmer nur mit Fenster statt Balkon. Für mich mit kleinem Kind ziemlich unpraktisch, weil man abends keine Möglichkeit hat noch draußen zu sitzen oder nasse Badesachen irgendwo zu trocknen. Die Atmospäre beim Frückstück ist ziemlich Kantinen-Style und die Qualität des Essens leider nicht besonders gut, sodass wir nach dem ersten Abendessen in der Anlage dann jeden Tag außerhalb gegessen haben, was besser und günstiger war.

Bra hotell överlag men börjar bli lite slitet. Badhanddukarna luktade illa trots tvättade, rummet kändes mörkt och med dålig ventilation. AC:n funkade inte i barnrummet. Saknades varor i butiken på hotellet. Alldeles för dyrt för vad det var. Bra pool!

Struttura molto bella inserita in un contesto naturale incantevole. Camere spaziose, confortevoli e pulite ( la nostra aveva anche un terrazzo con splendida vista ), cibo di qualità considerando l’elevato numero di clienti ( ottime le colazioni , abbiamo provato anche la pizzeria e il buffet entrambi buoni). Abbiamo qualche punto di attenzione da migliorare per mantenere il livello della struttura: zone “adult only” frequentate da bimbi chiassosi senza alcun controllo del personale , regole della piscina non fatte rispettare dal bagnino ( tuffi, corse, bicchieri di vetro etc), cocktail non buoni e preparati con le mani, documenti di identità trattenuti 24 ore con il rischio di dimenticarli , alla sera personale concentrato sul pc senza alcuna attenzione sui clienti che entravano e uscivano, programma stampato della settimana non rispettato ed infine colonna sonora in pizzeria improponibile.

Très Beau complexe. Le parc est magnifiquement entretenu et permet de belles balades et de supers points de vue. Parking sécurisé sur place. De nombreuses terrasses ou transats répartis dans le parc pour se poser.La piscine très grande eau chaude et beaucoup de transat…bar à côté avec musique d’ambiance. Petit déjeuner très complet. Le buffet est bien garni et varié mais 30€ c’est trop cher…à ce prix vous vous faites un bon resto à Cefalu…nous avons testé 2 autres resto dans le complexe : une pizzeria et un spécialité sicilenne les 2 face à la mer : très bon et prix très correct (attention non inclu dans la demi pension donc si vous avez le choix ne prenez pas la demi pension car le prix du buffet payé sur place est le même que celui qui est inclu). La chambre est spacieuse mais peu meublée…manque table et chaises. Très propre le ménage est fait tous les jours. Équipe d’animation sur place et soirées organisées. Petit bémol à l’accueil où il faut souvent attendre et peu d’infos communiquées à l’arrivée. Sinon le reste du personnel est très serviable même le directeur tourne souvent et n’hésite pas à vous demander si vous avez besoin de qqch… Bref super séjour dans cet hôtel club

This was a stunning property. We arrived to the property very late at night and it was nice that at 2 AM. Somebody was there waiting for us. Any helped us with all of our luggage in the sweltering heat. His name was Luca. The grounds are absolutely stunning and well kept, the staff here is extremely friendly. I enjoyed the walk down to the beach and snorkeling by the rocks. It is truly beautiful property not very far from Lou, which is also wonderful town. The only suggestion I would have is water shoes for those in the area wanting to visit the beach and also to pack light because it is difficult going through all of the steps in the property to get to your room. I truly have nothing bad to say about this property. I just wish that the store would’ve stayed open a little longer instead of closing for such a long period of time. I cannot wait to come back again

What an amazing trip. Everything was top notch! This report is amazing and over delivered from what my expectations were going in. Beautiful location, beautiful hotel, rooms are nice and well kept. Very close to a perfect 2 weeks. My only complaints were some of the staff at the pool are a little indifferent to your needs, but for the most part they were all amazing. Well done! I would highly recommend this place, and would go back in a second if I’d ever be in the Cefalu area. Location is not perfect to visiting other cities, and require lots of driving.

El hotel es bellísimo, tiene muchas cosas que hacer, tenía, pádel, alberca, kid’s club, opciones para comer. Está en muy buen estado, limpio y bien decorado. El servicio de todos es excelente y amable siempre. Lo único que no me pareció muy bien es el diseño de las habitaciones, muy justas cuando tienes espacios generosos y pocas ventanas. No es para personas con capacidades diferentes pues no hay elevadores ni rampas. O estás lejos de la zona de amenidades Pero puedes estacionar sin cobro, y todo es muy seguro, sin duda lo recomiendo y regresaría. Ah, la playa parecía Río, linda pero con muchas piedras, lastiman u. Poco pero nada del otro mundo. Cefalú no está tan cerca, unos 20 min Para quienes no llevan auto, tomarlo en cuenta

I was presently surprised when we arrived at this hotel as it is an all inclusive resort but isn’t advertised as one anywhere on Expedia and the hotel’s own website. We were only here for 2 nights but wish we were here for longer. The restaurants are great here and really good pizza. Absolutely stunning maintained gardens throughout the hotel and views of cefalu mountains. The only downsides I have to mention is that the hotel has a shuttle which isn’t advertised well as we ended up paying €60 for a return taxi to cefalu without being told upon check in that there is a free hotel shuffle available for us. The hotel is also poorly signposted with a lack of signage to illustrate where you are and where the bars and restaurants are (they are massively spread out) we ended up getting lost many times! Also the hotel needs to improve accessibility for all guests as there are no lifts and there are unnecessary added extra steps and stairs everywhere. I feel for those who require accessibility needs as this beautiful hotel isn’t suitable for them as a result.

Beautiful property outside of Cefalù. We had a car so easy to go into town. This hotel is searched on a beautiful bluff and has a lovely little beach that you take an elevator too. The pizza place was very good with amazing views. Very good value for the room.

What an amazing trip. Everything was top notch! This report is amazing and over delivered from what my expectations were going in. Beautiful location, beautiful hotel, rooms are nice and well kept. Very close to a perfect 2 weeks. My only complaints were some of the staff at the pool are a little indifferent to your needs, but for the most part they were all amazing. Well done! I would highly recommend this place, and would go back in a second if I’d ever be in the Cefalu area. Location is not perfect to visiting other cities, and require lots of driving.

Très Beau complexe. Le parc est magnifiquement entretenu et permet de belles balades et de supers points de vue. Parking sécurisé sur place. De nombreuses terrasses ou transats répartis dans le parc pour se poser.La piscine très grande eau chaude et beaucoup de transat…bar à côté avec musique d’ambiance. Petit déjeuner très complet. Le buffet est bien garni et varié mais 30€ c’est trop cher…à ce prix vous vous faites un bon resto à Cefalu…nous avons testé 2 autres resto dans le complexe : une pizzeria et un spécialité sicilenne les 2 face à la mer : très bon et prix très correct (attention non inclu dans la demi pension donc si vous avez le choix ne prenez pas la demi pension car le prix du buffet payé sur place est le même que celui qui est inclu). La chambre est spacieuse mais peu meublée…manque table et chaises. Très propre le ménage est fait tous les jours. Équipe d’animation sur place et soirées organisées. Petit bémol à l’accueil où il faut souvent attendre et peu d’infos communiquées à l’arrivée. Sinon le reste du personnel est très serviable même le directeur tourne souvent et n’hésite pas à vous demander si vous avez besoin de qqch… Bref super séjour dans cet hôtel club

Excellent resort avec un accès par ascenseur à la plage privée. Vues magnifiques. Excellent PDJ et dîner. Points négatifs : Non adapté à des couples car plus de 80% des clients étaient des familles italiennes avec des bébés. Très bruyant dans le restaurant… Dommage.

Die Lage ist wirklich toll und das Personla sehr freundlich, aber ansonsten war ich leider eher enttäuscht und finde, dass die Anlage 4 Sternen nicht gerecht wird. Ich hatte ein Deluxe-Zimmer gebucht in der Annahme, dass es einen Balkon hat (wie auf den Fotos abgebildet), aber offenbar gibt es viele Zimmer nur mit Fenster statt Balkon. Für mich mit kleinem Kind ziemlich unpraktisch, weil man abends keine Möglichkeit hat noch draußen zu sitzen oder nasse Badesachen irgendwo zu trocknen. Die Atmospäre beim Frückstück ist ziemlich Kantinen-Style und die Qualität des Essens leider nicht besonders gut, sodass wir nach dem ersten Abendessen in der Anlage dann jeden Tag außerhalb gegessen haben, was besser und günstiger war.

Ottimo tutto, pulizia e servizio. Capitolo ristorazione: avendo cinque ristoranti pensavo fossero abbastanza per un breve soggiorno, non preferendo il buffet. Invece devo dire che pizzeria e ristoranti avevano prezzi decisamente esagerati (Margherita 14€) e pochissimi piatti. Siamo dovuti andare a Cefalù a cenare. Per il resto tutto ottimo (escluso il caffè… portatevi i pocket coffee)

Abbiamo prenotato presso questa struttura un soggiorno di 7 notti in mezza pensione. Appena giunti il check in è stato freddo e poco accogliente e nonostante il resort sia enorme non ci è stato detto nulla e ci è stata consegnata una mappa. In camera, diversa da quella prenotata perché non aveva il terrazzino ma un affaccio al piano terra su un piccolo marciapiede (e solo una sedia), troviamo formiche e lombrichi (o millepiedi) vicino la portafinestra. La richiesta di un cambio camera ci viene negata perché la struttura è piena. Per pulire la camera ed essere ascoltati, sono servite due ore e non poco nervosismo per la proposta di altre due camere di molta più bassa categoria. Dopo aver pulito la camera, senza aver ricevuto scuse, emerge pure che la porta finestra era danneggiata. Ci siamo sentiti presi in giro e trattati con superficialità senza un minimo di disponibilità e comprensione. Colazione e cena ripetitivi e non entusiasmanti. Un 4 stelle, per noi, sopravvalutato.

The atmosphere may vary depending on the time of year, but during our visit, most of the guests were older adults and families. Although the resort was clean, the building itself is somewhat older, with some upgrades having been completed. The rooms, however, feel slightly outdated. We stayed in a Sea View Deluxe Double Room, and unfortunately, the walls were very thin. You could hear almost everything from the neighboring rooms and the hallway, making it difficult to sleep, especially with guests coming and going and the cleaning crew working nearby.

This is by far the BEST resort experience I have ever had in my entire life. The pictures don’t even do this place justice, it is so beautiful you just have to see for yourself. There is tons to do, workout classes, multiple restaurants and bars, dj parties , the yoga and Pilates on the beach with Noora >😍, a wonderful spa ( ask for Adriana she was amazing! ) , and THE BEACH😍 I am genuinely so disappointed I didn’t book this place for an entire week. I will be back very soon for sure 😍
