Room is clean, design is stylish. Did not have breakfast at the hotel this time due to my tight schedule. Location of the hotel is good, a lot of good restaurants and also very shopping friendly.

Front door was broken. Needed to change for a new room. Furnitures were quite worn-out, scratch marks were common throughout the room. Not quite the standards I expect from Grand Hyatt.
