ATTENTION, il n'y a pas de SPA NI DE PISCINE dans l'hôtel contrairement aux photos et à la description faite dans l'annonce. La piscine et le spa sont situés à 900m de l'hôtel et sont accessible pour 35€ par personne (10% de réduction si vous séjournez à l'hôtel). A notre arrivée nous avons été très surpris de découvrir que malgré les photos et la description faisant état de la présence d'une piscine incluse dans le prix et faisant parti de l'hôtel il n'y en avait pas dans l'hôtel. La réceptionniste nous a assuré que nous étions les premiers à nous plaindre, puis elle a reconnu que l'hôtel n'arrivait pas à changer l'annonce sur hotels.com pour mettre à jour l'accès payant à la piscine et le fait que cela ne faisait pas DU TOUT parti de l'hôtel. L'hôtel n'a fait aucun geste commercial et la réceptionniste nous a affirmé qu'elle ne pouvait rien faire. Nous avons fait une réclamation à la plateforme et nous avons obtenu un dédommagement partiel. Ayant envie d'une piscine pour notre séjour, nous n'aurions jamais réservé cet hôtel si nous avions su qu'il n'y avait pas de piscine. I stayed here for 3 nights in September. This was a disappointing and bizarre experience. This is not a 4* hotel. The first issue - we had 1 really rainy day and had some soaking wet clothing. We asked reception if they could turn on the radiators in our room, the answer was no, something about the whole hotel’s heating has to be on or off as a whole. We asked for some kind of heater to dry our clothes, the answer was no. 2 more days later the clothes were still wet and we had to pack them wet in our suitcases. The second issue - later on the rainy day we decided to pass some time at the spa. The website is misleading this is not included with your stay. The price is €35 but hotel guests get a 10% discount so €31.50 for 3 hours. Reception rang the spa and nobody answered, she says they are fully booked but they should have spaces from 6pm. I asked how do you know that when nobody picked up the phone? I didn’t trust their answer so we did the 2 minute drive to the spa and we got booked in for 4:30pm. At check out there was no “how was your stay” just “this is the amount you owe for the spa”. Terrible service. The rooms are tiny, the only upside is a nice view but when you’re out for the day it is irrelevant. There is little space in the room, barely enough room in the bathroom to move, and I’m a size 8!! There is no atmosphere, no activities, the evening meal we tried once it was overpriced beef, it is like they try to be fancy when they are not. Avoid!!

Stayed here for a hiking trip to the Eastern Dolomites. The hotel itself is very picturesque with mountain views from the lobby terrace and from our room balcony. the common areas are very modern and spacious with a hotel bar that was a common place for guests to hang out in the evenings (but was never too loud even though our room was very close to the lobby). Included breakfast was excellent. Free parking out front. As others have said, the rooms are definitely outdated in appearance, but everything was clean and comfortable and functional. The main downsides were: 1) The rooms have great mountain views but given the location they get a lot of afternoon sun and it was really hot/stuffy in August. Even with the balcony door open all night it was hard to sleep due to the temperature in the rooms overnight. 2) Not a very convenient location for Dolomites hikes (everything will be ~20-25 minutes farther away than Cortina). Also the hotel sits high up on a hill so it's not great for walking to restaurants/supermarket, but parking in town was very easy and the drives were short.

We had the most stunning stay at Hotel Boite. We were here for our 1 year anniversary and it felt so special. The staff were incredible at marking the day & always so helpful & friendly. We loved having the hotel as our base to explore the Dolomites, would definitely recommend having a car to get around! We loved using the spa facilities but you do need to book in advance & have to pay to use it. We can’t wait to plan our next trip here!

Das Hotel ist sehr abgelegen am Hang gelegen. Der Pool befindet sich 500m entfernt. Auf Radfahrer ist das Hotel nur Chat ausgerichtet. Wir konnten unsere Räder (4) im Skiraum abstellen, welcher dann gefüllt war. Insgesamt ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Für 1 Nacht hat es gereicht

Gostamos bastante da hospedagem, hotel com uma super estrutura, quarto muito bem cuidado e bem mantido, roupas de cama e banho de ótima qualidade. Todos da equipe do hotel muito bem preparados e atenciosos. As fotos do anúncio não fazem juz ao hotel, ele é muito melhor! A decoração dos quartos é um pouco antiga, mas é do estilo do hotel, tudo bem conservado e funcionado. O café da manhã é muito bem servido, com varias opções, oferecem ainda (a parte) jantar muito bem elaborado.

Fint, gammelt hotell med fasinerende historie. Veldig stille og rolig beliggenhet. Slitt balkong og trange bad, og det tok ca. 10 min. å få varmt vann i kranen om morgenen. God frokost, men vi savnet varme egg og nystekte brød. I tillegg hadde de 5 ulike utgaver av saft, men ingen skikkelig appelsinjuice. Halve frokostbuffeen bestod av kaker, noe som er uvant for oss skandinaver. Alt i alt et greit hotell, som med enkle grep kunne blitt veldig bra.

This hotel was built in 1963 and while it is an interesting example of that era, the hotel is badly in need of an update of facilities. The toilets do not flush effectively and there is no refrigerator nor any kind of cooling system which made for an uncomfortable stay during the heat of summer. The staff at this hotel were amazing however and did their very best to assist us in every way. We wish to thank them for their kindness and consideration. The morning breakfast was very good and is highly recommended. Public transport options are very limited if you do not have a vehicle.

A estrutura do hotel é espetacular, e a vista para a montanha incrível. Limpeza impecável, quarto com estilo bem rústico, apesar de não ser muito espaçoso, bem decorado e confortável. Ganhamos duas taças de espumante de boas vindas. O café da manhã é excepcional, um dos melhores que já estive.
A estrutura do hotel é espetacular, e a vista para a montanha incrível. Limpeza impecável, quarto com estilo bem rústico, apesar de não ser muito espaçoso, bem decorado e confortável. Ganhamos duas taças de espumante de boas vindas. O café da manhã é excepcional, um dos melhores que já estive.

Leider muss ich hier tatsächlich mal eine Bewertung abgeben. Das Hotel hat seinen ganz eigenen Charme und ist für sich eigentlich recht cool. Was leider garnicht ging, das waren die Zimmer. Wir mussten das erste Zimmer wechseln, da im Bad bereits die Holzverkleidung am Waschbecken hochgekommen ist. Das zweite Zimmer war zwar ohne gravierende Mängel (Mülleimer war kaputt), aber die Einrichtung kam gefühlt aus den 60er Jahren und entspricht absolut nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Was uns so schockiert hat, war der Ist-Zustand im Vergleich zu den Fotos… der Fotograf hat gute Arbeit geleistet! Frühstück war ok, aber der Kaffee war ungenießbar. Wir haben den Besuch abgebrochen und sind von 2 Nächten nur eine geblieben. Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Le personnel était très souriant et aimable. En revanche les chambres sont très mal insonorisées, on entend les voisins discuter à toutes heures du jour et de la nuit et les bébés pleurer tôt le matin... La literie est moyenne également, dans notre chambre le sommier craquait au moindre mouvement, ce qui ne manquait jamais de nous réveiller. Le est le petit-déjeuner bien fourni, la qualité de l'accueil et la déco qui est sympa. On est cependant loin d'un hôtel de luxe mais plus dans un moyenne gamme.

A cool refurbishment job on an old property. Lobby, bar, dining hall all very cool while being cozy and inviting. Rooms are a bit small, but most all come with a small balcony to view the beautiful mountains rising in the distance.

I stayed here for 3 nights in September. This was a disappointing and bizarre experience. This is not a 4* hotel. The first issue - we had 1 really rainy day and had some soaking wet clothing. We asked reception if they could turn on the radiators in our room, the answer was no, something about the whole hotel’s heating has to be on or off as a whole. We asked for some kind of heater to dry our clothes, the answer was no. 2 more days later the clothes were still wet and we had to pack them wet in our suitcases. The second issue - later on the rainy day we decided to pass some time at the spa. The website is misleading this is not included with your stay. The price is €35 but hotel guests get a 10% discount so €31.50 for 3 hours. Reception rang the spa and nobody answered, she says they are fully booked but they should have spaces from 6pm. I asked how do you know that when nobody picked up the phone? I didn’t trust their answer so we did the 2 minute drive to the spa and we got booked in for 4:30pm. At check out there was no “how was your stay” just “this is the amount you owe for the spa”. Terrible service. The rooms are tiny, the only upside is a nice view but when you’re out for the day it is irrelevant. There is little space in the room, barely enough room in the bathroom to move, and I’m a size 8!! There is no atmosphere, no activities, the evening meal we tried once it was overpriced beef, it is like they try to be fancy when they are not. Avoid!!

Stayed here for a hiking trip to the Eastern Dolomites. The hotel itself is very picturesque with mountain views from the lobby terrace and from our room balcony. the common areas are very modern and spacious with a hotel bar that was a common place for guests to hang out in the evenings (but was never too loud even though our room was very close to the lobby). Included breakfast was excellent. Free parking out front. As others have said, the rooms are definitely outdated in appearance, but everything was clean and comfortable and functional. The main downsides were: 1) The rooms have great mountain views but given the location they get a lot of afternoon sun and it was really hot/stuffy in August. Even with the balcony door open all night it was hard to sleep due to the temperature in the rooms overnight. 2) Not a very convenient location for Dolomites hikes (everything will be ~20-25 minutes farther away than Cortina). Also the hotel sits high up on a hill so it's not great for walking to restaurants/supermarket, but parking in town was very easy and the drives were short.

Fint, gammelt hotell med fasinerende historie. Veldig stille og rolig beliggenhet. Slitt balkong og trange bad, og det tok ca. 10 min. å få varmt vann i kranen om morgenen. God frokost, men vi savnet varme egg og nystekte brød. I tillegg hadde de 5 ulike utgaver av saft, men ingen skikkelig appelsinjuice. Halve frokostbuffeen bestod av kaker, noe som er uvant for oss skandinaver. Alt i alt et greit hotell, som med enkle grep kunne blitt veldig bra.

This hotel was built in 1963 and while it is an interesting example of that era, the hotel is badly in need of an update of facilities. The toilets do not flush effectively and there is no refrigerator nor any kind of cooling system which made for an uncomfortable stay during the heat of summer. The staff at this hotel were amazing however and did their very best to assist us in every way. We wish to thank them for their kindness and consideration. The morning breakfast was very good and is highly recommended. Public transport options are very limited if you do not have a vehicle.

We had the most stunning stay at Hotel Boite. We were here for our 1 year anniversary and it felt so special. The staff were incredible at marking the day & always so helpful & friendly. We loved having the hotel as our base to explore the Dolomites, would definitely recommend having a car to get around! We loved using the spa facilities but you do need to book in advance & have to pay to use it. We can’t wait to plan our next trip here!

Hotel is no-frills. Expect a comfortable bed but not much service or customer experience beyond bare minimum. We were saddened and frustrated that two minor requests: bottle opener for wine and a fan were met with a “no” upon request. We understand if nothing is truly available, however, staff felt quick to deny a request and not look to support anything further. I think if you come into this hotel with the right mindset you’d be fine. However, we previously stayed in higher end hotels and that made this customer experience very lack luster and left a poor impression. Would try another hotel next time around.

Very quiet and peaceful setting. Staff were lovely and very friendly. Room was nice but very warm and unable to control temperature. We loved the bar/lounge area and the staff working on the bar were fantastic! It would have been good if the hotel offered an alternative dinner option to the their set menu e.g. pizzas or something cheaper and more convenient, as there were limited options locally for dinner without having to drive. Overall we had a great stay here, and would definitely visit again.

Such a great stay. Only caveat is it’s very isolated from the town so you have to drive to go anywhere outside the hotel. Very nice staff. Great views and food was very good. Loved breakfast. Will be back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Boite! Having the half room for breakfast and dinner was not only convenient, but also SO good. Breakfast had lots of options compared to a regular buffet, and it was some of the most quality European pastries we’ve ever had. Dinner was also unique dishes and very enjoyable.

Stayed here for a hiking trip to the Eastern Dolomites. The hotel itself is very picturesque with mountain views from the lobby terrace and from our room balcony. the common areas are very modern and spacious with a hotel bar that was a common place for guests to hang out in the evenings (but was never too loud even though our room was very close to the lobby). Included breakfast was excellent. Free parking out front. As others have said, the rooms are definitely outdated in appearance, but everything was clean and comfortable and functional. The main downsides were: 1) The rooms have great mountain views but given the location they get a lot of afternoon sun and it was really hot/stuffy in August. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet die Schränke sind etwas klein. Zum Balkon müsste man eine große Stufe hinauf. Das Hotel lag 30 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Was wir nicht in Ordnung fanden war das Abendessen im Hotel das mit 40€ pro Person nur als 4 Gänge Menü verfügbar war. Wer also die 40€ nicht bezahlen wollte musste also mit dem Auto oder Zug Fuß 30 Minuten in den Ort laufen. Frühstück war reichlich und okay und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

A estrutura do hotel é espetacular, e a vista para a montanha incrível. Limpeza impecável, quarto com estilo bem rústico, apesar de não ser muito espaçoso, bem decorado e confortável. Ganhamos duas taças de espumante de boas vindas. O café da manhã é excepcional, um dos melhores que já estive.

Gli aspetti positivi ed il fascino di questo hotel mettono in secondo piano gli eventuali difetti. Cibo ottimo, colazione top, struttura in mezzo alla natura. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto: mi è mancata una navetta per il centro di Borca e/o per gli impianti di San Vito, si è sempre costretti a prendere la propria auto. Per il resto CONSIGLIATISSIMO!
