Staff at the property were very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to assist. The location is a bit far from the attractions and any dining options. The onsite restaurant was adequate. The metro station is a 7 min walk away through a residential neighbourhood and connects to everything in the city. Took us 50 minutes by walk and metro to reach Sol or Chueca.

I attend a conference at IFEMA , hotel is a 8 min distance by car . It was convenience to stay there, because hotels by venue where fully booked. Hotel is clean , comfortable, nice atmosphere and people at front desk very nice and helpful. Very easy checkin . Cons , is located by an route , not a nice place to walk around and center is at 25 minutes by car . Nevertheless I call a car instead a taxi and went to excellent restaurants located at 20 min . I would recommend to call cars instead taxi hit is cheaper, mainly when getting back from IFEMA to hotel. I certainly would recommend the hotel for business .

Staff at the property were very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to assist. The location is a bit far from the attractions and any dining options. The onsite restaurant was adequate. The metro station is a 7 min walk away through a residential neighbourhood and connects to everything in the city. Took us 50 minutes by walk and metro to reach Sol or Chueca.

Clean room, 10 min walk from metro, but one of the staff at reception was rude. He had general bad attitude & not friendly. Also, When collecting our luggage he gave us all but 1 case, but was saying we had another ticket for the remaining case which we didn't, after explaining he very hesitantly got the last case and didn't give it to us like the other one, but rather rolled the suitcase across the reception to pass it to us and didn't say another word.

Property well maintained, staff was great but wifi was horrible. NO free wifi. You had to join a club which I tried and unable to join due to keep getting errors. It seems this place don't have strong wifi signal. Not a good location for good places to eat 😕

Very well placed for nearby work places and not a far distance by taxi from central sites like Prado Museum. The rooms are fine, not luxurious but exactly what you need for a good nights sleep, clean, well appointed room. Nice restaurant for breakfast, lunch. Friendly staff so no complaints from me
