Das Frühstück ist relativ überschaubar, aber man wird auf jeden Fall satt und es ist für jeden was dabei. Das Bad war schon etwas abgegriffen, der Teppichboden im Zimmer etwas eklig. Dafür war das Bett super gemütlich und die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut und nicht laut oder so. Wirklich cool ist aber der roof top pool mit den Liegen und Tischen. Ein echtes Highlight! Das Personal an der Rezeption ist super lieb. Mit der Ubahn (10er Karte kaufen!) ist man in ca 20 Minuten in der City. Rundherum gibt es viele einheimische Restaurants - für Vegetarier wird es hier aber schwierig, da muss man dann eher in die city. Super ist auch der kostenlosen Airporttransfer.

Mein erstes Zimmer befand sich im Keller, ohne richtiges Fenster – lediglich ein schmaler Schlitz, durch den man gerade so Tag und Nacht unterscheiden konnte. Damit hatte ich nicht gerechnet und es war sehr bedrückend. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig. Man hört Toilettengänge, Duschen, Gespräche, Fernseher und sogar das Frühstücken – von allen Seiten. Das hat mich wirklich gestört. Nach meiner Beschwerde durfte ich das Zimmer wechseln. Das neue Zimmer war kleiner, hatte aber Tageslicht und sogar eine kleine Küche mit Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Dafür hörte man diesmal deutlich den Lärm der Autobahn. Wenigstens kam der Lärm nun „nur“ von einer Quelle und nicht gleichzeitig aus allen Richtungen. Der angepriesene kostenlose Shuttle zum Flughafen fährt nur tagsüber, was man wissen sollte. Der Pool ist unbeheizt und befindet sich auf dem Dach. Auch dort ist der Lärm der stark befahrenen Straße deutlich zu hören - an Erholung ist dort nicht zu denken. Insgesamt: Alles ist sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich, aber wer Ruhe sucht, wird hier enttäuscht.

The pictures aren’t quite the quality of the property. This property is old and the only update that we saw was the bathroom. The air yeas not working properly. We had to open a window to be cool. Would not stay here again. The only positive is that it has a free shuttle to the airport

The shower has Molds; Ants crawling in the bathroom and on the bed. We decided to check out after few hours; The rooms are very very small and suffocating; The air conditioner doesn't cools - it just makes noise. The backyard area is just good in pictures - in reality its not usable.

Quarto 210 é um puxadinho ao lado na piscina, o ar-condicionado velho não funciona, o banheiro tem cheiro de mofo, as fotos do hotel não mostram esse quarto, foi a pior experiência que tive em um hotel na Europa em anos. Paguei caro por um hotel de qualidade recebi um quarto horrível. SCAM Total! não sei os outros quartos, não entrei. Queria desistir da estadia, mas fui informado que não poderia, enfim GOLPE! Na foto um carto confortável com ar condicionado na prática um quarto com ar condicionado que não gela. Apenas a noite quando o cima melhorou tive um pouco de conforto mas deixei a janela aberta dormi com o barulho (melhor que dormir no calor)

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos y estamos fascinados con el hotel y el personal, la habitación muy limpia con refrigerador, microondas. habitación muy completa y limpia, la zona muy segura con fácil acceso a la gran Vía de Madrid en transporte publico. Si vas varios días a Madris es te es tu hotel, además nos apoyaron a recuperar una gorra y un cargador, y eso que la gorra la extravié en un taxi. Quedo profundamente agradecida, espero volver pronto y seguiré recomendandolos.

El hotel es un hotel muy nuevo, la habitación es nueva casi a estrenar,...pero es pequeñísima!! 12m2, y allí esta: la cama, la ducha, servicio, lavabo, mesa, silla, armario, TV. O sea todo lo que tendría una habitación normal, reducido a lo mínimo. No tenia lugar ni para abrir mi maleta. La ubicación esta muy bien, la zona es tranquila. Pero yo no se si volvería

The staff in reception was kind and helpful but ordered taxi at the wrong time twice. The cleaning of the rioom was good, but the room was VERY unpractical: A room with refrigerator and mikrowave owen, but absolutely nowhere to sit, only one too big chair impossible to pass and almost impossible to sit in. Nowhere to put luggage. No soaps neither in shower nor washroom. No table besied the bed ( no room; just 25 cm to pass. The whole room was full of one single bed for two !- Breakfast was very poor, with no warm food at al, no fried eggs, no bacon, no sausags, no potatoes....very littel bread, very little cheese,,,a few cold boiled eggs ( 5 in a bowel for all people) and a very rude waiter who accused us for eating too much!? He spioned on us to see what we had taken! Very unpleasant! A bit peculiar to walk away to another house, no the house beside the hotel, but still further away, to find the room. We were lucky with no rain, no vold, but if..??! Sorry, but this hotel cannot be recommended.

The pictures aren’t quite the quality of the property. This property is old and the only update that we saw was the bathroom. The air yeas not working properly. We had to open a window to be cool. Would not stay here again. The only positive is that it has a free shuttle to the airport

More like a hostel than a hotel. Walls are paper thin. Heavy metal front door is incredibly loud when opening and closing all night long. I would go elsewhere for the money if you want a decent night sleep and walkable area to enjoy Madrid.

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos y estamos fascinados con el hotel y el personal, la habitación muy limpia con refrigerador, microondas. habitación muy completa y limpia, la zona muy segura con fácil acceso a la gran Vía de Madrid en transporte publico. Si vas varios días a Madris es te es tu hotel, además nos apoyaron a recuperar una gorra y un cargador, y eso que la gorra la extravié en un taxi. Quedo profundamente agradecida, espero volver pronto y seguiré recomendandolos.

El trato en recepción como siempre cordial. Lo único que no, nos ha gustado es que después de las 23 horas, ciertos clientes en la planta baja al pasar por recepción y el pasillo hablaban demasiado altos. La dirección debería de tener ese punto en cuenta. Estuvimos por trabajo. Lo demás muy bien.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The hotel in the pictures is not the same hotel you actually go to. When I asked about this, they said the hotel in the pictures is a different one and costs more money. Breakfast is not included. When I first got there my room didn’t have a working heater, so I was freezing the whole night. Then I was moved to a different room where all my belonging were soaked and some of them even ruined because the shower flooded the whole room. Customer service was terrible.

The staff in reception was kind and helpful but ordered taxi at the wrong time twice. The cleaning of the rioom was good, but the room was VERY unpractical: A room with refrigerator and mikrowave owen, but absolutely nowhere to sit, only one too big chair impossible to pass and almost impossible to sit in. Nowhere to put luggage. No soaps neither in shower nor washroom. No table besied the bed ( no room; just 25 cm to pass. The whole room was full of one single bed for two !- Breakfast was very poor, with no warm food at al, no fried eggs, no bacon, no sausags, no potatoes....very littel bread, very little cheese,,,a few cold boiled eggs ( 5 in a bowel for all people) and a very rude waiter who accused us for eating too much!? He spioned on us to see what we had taken! Very unpleasant! A bit peculiar to walk away to another house, no the house beside the hotel, but still further away, to find the room. We were lucky with no rain, no vold, but if..??! Sorry, but this hotel cannot be recommended.

But the breakfast is very poor the bread has been left out even the sliced bread was dry on the crust the cheese and meat looked has if it had also just been left out from the previous day them cheese had gone dry on the edges the looked as if it was on the verge of being off the colour was not great. The fresh fruit was the same. Breakfast is not value for money imo.
