This was a nice property and close to great restaurants and shopping. The only option for the hotel is valet, and it’s extremely expensive. The self parking right next-door to the property is very inexpensive and convenient. For a weekend night I paid $13 for 24 hours. Versus $54 for valet.

Great hotel. Nice rooms, nice amenities and a great bar. Everyone we interacted with from check-in to the bar staff, etc., seemed genuinely friendly. The rooms are small, so just be aware of that, but they are efficiently designed to make you comfortable. They also offered small, unexpected extras that help to elevate the experience, not the least of which was a free cocktail!

Really enjoyed this hotel. Area around had lots of food options and shopping. Valet parking made me feel happy that I didn’t have to worry about my car. Definitely will be staying here again

Super clean hotel, fantastic gym, and help yourself to amenities you may have forgot. I love the self-service where I want it, and the personal face-to-face service upon welcoming, dining, and check-out. These folks have a great system down.

The Moxy Hotel rooms are nicely sized. The little knobs where to hang clothes and the self-serve locker for amenities on the second floor are quite unique. The only thing missing from the room is a safe and body lotion from the locker. The bathroom could also use a little more light.

Power went out the second night of our stay (for 12 hours) and the HVAC system was wonky after that-- had to move rooms (staff was good at trying to make the situation right) and still ended up in an overly-warm room if we turned the thermostat off, and an excessively loud, rattly fan if we turned it on... Otherwise it was a nice stay-- really enjoyed the lobby/bar and all the places to hang things in the room. Great decor throughout as well.

Loved this hotel and the staff. Our room was comfortable and nicely appointed, loved the many hooks all along the wall (who needs a closet?). Great bathroom / spacious shower with excellent water pressure. The bar / lobby area and outside sitting areas were comfortable and has a great vibe. Would definitely stay here again!

I definitely would not recommend this property. Upon entering our room the bed looked liked it had been slept on. There was several hairs in the sink, on the sink and in the toilet. A dark brownish streak across the shower floor. After I called the the front desk the staff was very accommodating and moved us to a new room. The second room had one washcloth and something splattered all over the painting. We brought back left overs from a nearby restaurant just find the room did not come with a fridge or microwave. Instead there is a community one on site to use. I do not complain. Instead I always look at life half full, but this contemporary style they are trying to achieve makes these rooms look and feel like a jail cell. For the price range there are several hotels that I’d definitely recommend, this will NOT!! be one. In fact just the opposite.

We froze. Thermostat would not go higher than 74 degrees and there were no additional bankets in the room. No soap in the shower. Towels were threadbare (worst ever experienced at a hotel) and there were no wash cloths. The bartender was fabulous and we loved the view from our 7th floor room.

The towels and bed linens were terrible. We were provided 2 bath towels, both were completely worn out and had holes, one hand towel and no wash clothes. The blanket for the bed was so rough you couldn't rest your bare skin on it without discomfort.

We found bed bugs on the linens / beds!! It`s such a disgusting experience. It was Christmas Eve, December 24th and, instead of checking in and going out tohave dinner and celebrate, we found ourselves waiting for the housekeeping to come and change everything on our beds, including the mattress cover and duvet cover.

I’ve stayed in this Hotel a few times, love the atmosphere, location and staff. However, this time, I didn’t choose the Mountain View rooms. My room had view on the back alley with direct bedroom view of another hotel. I had to keep my curtains closed. During the weekdays, the garbage pickup happens from. 5:30 to 6:30 am, too loud too sleep though it. Not sure I’ll stay there again

Fabulous location, great vibe, comfy beds, good water pressure in shower, and fun activities in lobby. Wish they would have had a way to make coffee in the room. There was coffee available in the lobby, but who wants to get dressed and go downstairs to get that first thing in the morning??Also there was a translucent window between the bathroom and main room, so if one person turned on the bathroom light during the night it woke up the other person.

Cool hotel. Great bar. They were packed full. My ac would not turn off. Called at front desk. They did nothing. Was snowing outside, i was stuck with a room at 62 degrees. Talked to the front desk lady when I che ked out, rolled her eyes and said great she will have it fixed. Said and offeder nothing.

I don’t think I’ll be staying here again, despite having come here in October 2023 for a week for work and again in January 2024. A staff at the bar was pretty rude to me when I asked about how to order food without sitting at the bar. They could have easily framed it positively or encouraged me to step somewhere specific to order, but it deterred me entirely. The hallways felt super cold (honestly felt like 50 or 60 degrees) during freezing weather which was just bizarre to me. In general, it didn’t seem worth the cost and I’ll likely stay someplace else next time given the lack of amenities and mediocre service. I also decided to stay here the most recent time purely for the gym and some equipment that was three months ago was damaged and/or missing, which was disappointing.

I’m no complainer, and this was the literally worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I arrived at the hotel to find out they had over sold the hotel and they did not have the room I reserved. I get it, stuff happens, I was frustrated but it was manageable, low-grade frustration. I hopped on Expedia to find another nice hotel and no problem, there were plenty in downtown Denver. When I asked the lady at the front desk which hotel she preferred, she informed me that they had rebooked me at a suburban Marriot 20 minutes away and they would not cancel/refund my reservation. I had paid substantially more for this hotel close to downtown, the hotel they were moving me was a suburban freeway hotel. No one suggested a price adjustment. The two people at the front desk were so rude, condescending and unapologetic. I was treated as if this were normal and the error and my resistance a suburban freeway motel were my fault. I’ve never posted a negative review about any other business anywhere but this was absolutely shocking. Eventually they contacted a general manager and they did refund me and I was able to book a nice hotel down town, but this was the worst of the worst. I look forward to connecting with their general manager and escalating it Marriot corporate. It was that bad.

Lovely one night stay with my daughter! Loved the delicious welcome cocktail, the reception welcome, our very comfy & cool room. The gym was great, enjoyed having my coffee on the upstairs terrace. The comp coffee bar downstairs was a nice touch and the parking across the street was so easy! You’re in the perfect neighborhood at a great rate. Thank you!

It’s a friendly, convenient hotel in Cherry Creek North. Cherry Creek Mall is in easy walking distance. Although there are lots of restaurants in the area, I enjoyed tasty, just the right size food at their bar/restaurant.

This was a unique property where the check in desk was combined with the lobby bar (totally didn’t mind!). The free check in cherry rosemary drink wasn’t my fave, but we also got free coffee and snacks in the lobby! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, the gym was clean and workable, and the “ironing room” had little amenities to take and use which was greatly appreciated. The location is also great- walkable and safe, and easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our weekend stay in Cherry Creek. Super chic, great amenities. Loved the bar/coffee bar downstairs and outdoor seating areas with lights and fire pits. Easy walk downtown. Easy parking. The gym looked great too, but we didn't use it. If you are staying for business this may not be for you, unless you are okay with using shared work spaces as there is no desk in the room. The shared spaces looked great though. There isn't a refrigerator in the room either, but a shared one downstairs as well. That would have been nice to have. but it was perfect for what we needed! It felt very safe I would feel totally comfortable staying here alone. Would definitely stay here again.
