Nightcap at Colyton Hotel

Only ten minutes to Sydney Motorsport Park. Convenient parking. The room was very nice and the hotel was quiet during the night (Friday).

Cosy and bar and restaurant in same place!

Presently surprised, nice big room plenty of space, clean linen, shower was wonderful, easy to access, designated parking space.

The room was a goid size and was very clean and the bar was well stocked we coud gave a free bottle ifvwster every day very goid service

This is a very convenient motel with facilities to eat drink and relax. Is very quiet occasional noise but not disturbing. Very clean room with comfortable bed, ensuite with a walk in shower, bar fridge and tea coffee making facilities. Smart TV with good wifi connection for streaming your Netflix I will stay here are again close to Sydney Motorsport Park and great value for money

I liked the easy parking the bed was clean and comfortable the only thing was it would have been very handy to have a microwave

The rooms where decent size very comfy beds. Rooms were clean and a really good shower. Very easy to find and good dining options at the bistro.

We could not rest whole night as there was several loud fights and screaming outside our room and police attendance to mange the situation, it was very scary and unsafe. We were exhausted the next day and could not wait to leave that place. Shower / bathroom was also mouldy and smelly, for a &160 a night motel!!! Unacceptable

Room is very clean and everything is like new. Towels and bed linen are hotel quality and bright white. It’s a motel size room in American standard but it’s nothing like our filthy motels in the US. It

On arrival I entered the room and there were 6 big blow flies in the room. I went to reception and they brought some fly spray for me to spray the room. I then went to dinner and came back late to find 3 more of them. It was too late then to get some more spray. It was also very noisy with other people staying there not considering other people wanting to sleep.

Generally clean, but the left over smell from smokers is a bit annoying.

It was okay, the bathroom and bed were dirty.

Room was serviced every day but only with fresh towels. We stayed for a week and found coffee cups that had not been cleaned properly, bed side tables that had drink rings and not been cleaned and our room was not cleaned for the week we stayed. Surroundings were very noisy

They refilled our milk but left the dirty glasses. The towels in the floor in the bathroom were folded and re hung instead of giving us new ones. The room serves its purpose but the service was well under par.

Very clean, renovated room. Service was great, meals were delicious. Venue was great overall

An overnight stay before returning to the airport for our flight back to the UK. Basic facilities in the room which didn’t reflect the quality of photos on the website. Cockroaches in the shower

Check in out of hours was made easy, accommodation was clean & tidy. Only drawback was the layout of room - confirmation was for King-size bed, actual was 2 x Singles - one of which was on wheels so sensitive it rolled across the floor. Nevertheless, it was accommodation on par for price.

Comfy beds and good hot showers! Gets very cold though during winter.

Especially when people start leaving from 12am on ward, people talk loudly, revving up car and cranking up music in their car...maje it really hard to have a good night sleep.

Room too light even with blinds down it left gaps needs dark curtains and noisy of slamming doors from other guests bed too soft

The unit was small and compact but clean and tidy. Could do with a ceiling fan. Was noisy at times with people coming and going but overall very nice place

i really want to give a positive review as the Hotel has potential but fails. Being a Pub Hotel it is to be expected that some noise to be heard of patrons. The rooms very clean, AC, TV, small bar fridge, ensuite. But, window facing where you park your vehicle is obscured so when you have someone pearing into your vehicle. You literally have to open the door to see them. yet the window overlooking the carpark of the pub side is clear...why? There is an internal PA system in the room (for emergency evacuation) and for an hour each night it starts crackling with static. Being in Room 1 next to the entrance/exit all you hear is vehicles come and go as they go over the drain grate. But what what really pissed me off (tonight), after hearing everyone (possibly employees and patrons leave). The external alarm system goes off. a loud beeping sound like an alarm clock or a truck reversing. i have attempted to contact both their standard an emergency ph with no success. Reception empty. Pub closed. That was an hour and 30mins ago. The alarm is still going. What type of business operates when they allow an alarm go off continuously when they have hotel guests. i doubt any chance of sleep tonight. edited: alarm going on two hours. no-one around. Hate to imagine if they were broken into or a fire started. ...This was my original review which was deleted on the website

A first time here for me. Realistically it is excellent value, and i will use again. A little dated, and when you get there late there is a bit of a wait at reception, but overall it was great. Dining is really good.

Good stay - seeing a show at Rooty hill so in a good location and easy to get to from Goulburn

A short 10 min drive to the Coliseum theatre to see all of your favourite shows. Highly recommend, I will be staying here again. 🙂

I like the place because it is close to Mount Druitt.

Nice and good value. Had a meal from the bistro and I think for the price it could have been better, but this was a once off and might not reflect the regular quality. Good place to stay none the less.

Good place easy for Dining

Asked for twin single bed set up - got king bed set up. But comfy bed tho. Excellent daily service with fresh towels etc. pretty convenient place to stay & real good bistro meals. I’d def stay again
